I think the best Dunkin’ place ever: staff super friendly, restaurant clean (that’s a rarity), food and drink good as usual, disinfectant wipes for customers, parking lot, unfortunately it is 4 hours and half far from my house. Good job
The girls tonight did absolutely awesome! Im mentally struggling, but these 2 girls called me beautiful and made my whole night! Something that simple to remind me of who I am at this difficult time 4 everyone. Thank you girls!!!

The service and atmosphere of this Dunkin is the best of the Utica area. Staff was very friendly and professional something I found to enhance my visit to this Dunkin. This just enhanced this dining experience at Dunkin.

I love dunkin so much! My grandmother gets it every day! This one is her go-to spot. For her special order cause she can't have sugar. If you go, ask for Bernice. She's my grandmas, and mines favorite!! 😉😉💛💛🤗🤗😂😂
We ordered egg on croissant sandwiches with hot cocoa and coffee. As we ate in our car we enjoyed spring's lovely arrival. Our meal was delicious. When dining here please note that Utica's marshland park along the Erie canal is very close by.
First and last time here because we stopped on our road trip, but the employee morale here seemed great and they all seemed to be friends working together. Made such nice conversation with us. There was a shorter, blonde girl who took our order and she was SO kind, especially taking my moms extremely confusing order :) and the man making drinks was a perfectionist being super sure to make sure our coffee was exactly how we liked it. Great people
I luv going here. They always have my drink and make it just the way I like it. Even tho it's not on there menu. Anthony is a very very nice gentleman that works here. Always glad to help you and make your drink like you want it so you are happy. That's customer service right there. Thank you very much. I love my frozen or iced pumpkin chia latte. The service is good, all orders were done correctly, but it's was busy and that takes time, good job staff if you reading this. The food was delicious, I was hungry, and it's was good. I didn't get any coffee so I came speak on that. 5/5
Stopped here at 5:30 in the morning for a coffee. Lady was extremely nice and I got my drink as soon as I pulled up. Quick and friendly service
This Dunkin is above what I have experienced at other Dunkin Donuts. Staff is fast moving, always have a line of cars in the drive thru and if you walk in, still walk out on short order. I get my medium cold brew ( no ice, one cream) typically within a couple of minutes even with a whole screen of orders from the drive thru. Some staff even know my order before I say anything.
Best Dunkin’ in the area, if I could I would drive out of my way to go here every day. They have never messed up an order and coffee and food is always fresh. Conveniently located about a 1/4 mile from the thruway ramp and best designed drive thru in the area.
I had problems in the past but they actually made changes now when I come at 740 I can get my hot latte, gotta have my latte. Way to go Dunkin #Tipmyhat

I got 9ff of I-90 on a cold rainy night to buy coffee. I barely made it to this store before they closed on a Sunday night, but the coffee was fresh and hot and very tasty, staff was sweet like Sunday morning, tho they were ready to close. I am eternally grateful to have gotten this big giant cup of Love! Will eat here again for sure
Excellent customer service experience with an upbeat and enthusiastic server by the name of Tim. The other staff were equally active in completing the order and were very pleasant and they were quite witty. Got our order quickly and we were informed of a two for $5 special which ended up being a savings. Got my regular 3 pounds of coffee for $19.99 which by far is the best deal going anywhere for ground flavored coffee. Not to mention that it is my favorite coffee! The owner of the franchise has much to be proud of with this store. It is always clean and neat and extremely easy to get in and out because of the traffic lights and turning lanes on both entrances of the strip mall. America and I definitely runs on Dunkin!
Great place to go for coffee, but at times the coffee has coffee grounds at the bottom of the cup. Other than that I love the place. Need to improve how they brew.
Friendly people! Manager let us Floridians use their store broom to sweep the snow off our windshield. The loaner was NOT equipped with snow tools!
The staff was great. They were caught up with the drive through which makes going in the store a little slow, but not bad.
Generally fast and reliable. In my opinion the best DD in the area is the one on the corner of River Rd and Cavanaugh in Marcy, but this one is pretty good, too. I’ve used this location to meet business clients and it has gone well.
I don't go to dunkin often, but this is the only location that always seems to have their machines calibrated properly. I always get the same iced coffee with 2 creamer and all the other locations look like they're serving me a glass of milk with ice. This one still looks like coffee. The service can be slow at times but my orders are always right, even when I have my kids with me and they want a bunch of stuff too.
Staff is usually polite but not always paying attention....the past two weeks i have had my order messed up four times but the manager Courtney always makes sure to correct it on my return the next morning i know she does her best to keep her staff on point i wish they would all work with her on a consistant basis
A nice shop, clean and decently maintained. I went in at the start of the morning rush when it was busy, but the crew worked quickly and efficiently whilst remaining in high spirits. This shop made me hopeful that young people can still be excellent workers.

VERY SLOW!!!!! Donuts were good but I waited in line for about 10 mins. There was 1 person being waited on that whole time to walk out with some kind of drink. They really need to step up their speed, I was late for my appt!!!! Not too happy!!!
Female cashier was very bothered for customers being there. I ordered two cups of coffee, 1 black, the other with two cream. When I looked at the recipe the one with cream had sugar as well. When I corrected her she was quite sarcastic.
The lady at the register was very professional and kind.😀The lady that made my food was very unprofessional. 😞😡She didn't even look at me. And she basically through my food on the counter, good thing it was in a bag. I give that lady no stars but the lady at the register i give her 5 stars.
Great food and my favorite breakfast but I always have to wait a long time every time I pull up to the drive thru speaker. It’s like they don’t know if someone has pulled up and I always end up sitting there for a few minutes before I order with a long line behind me and nobody in front.
Little changes. No long term help and those work with little interest in the company. Sweep up and wipe down when you have no customers.
I’ve been pretty critical of this Dunkin’ in the past because the drive-thru service used to be painfully slow—every visit felt like a long wait just to place an order. Thankfully, I’ve noticed real improvement lately. The team seems to be moving quicker and handling orders more smoothly than before, which is great to see. While the service still isn’t the fastest compared to other locations, it’s clearly headed in the right direction. The staff are more attentive, and the overall experience feels more efficient than it used to be. Coffee quality is standard Dunkin’—nothing out of the ordinary—but the progress on service is what stands out most. Right now, I’d give them 3 stars because there’s still some room to grow, but if they keep up this positive momentum, I can easily see this becoming a solid 4-star location soon.
This location was incredibly busy. The drive-thru was up to the road and the counter service was at least eight people deep. I'm not sure if they are understaffed or if there was a large event going on that caused the large rush of people. It did look that they did not have a full supply of baked goods in the cabinet which was not what I was there for. Will not go on to detail on customer service because they could have just been stressed because of the long lines but it wasn't the most pleasant experience for a cup of coffee.
it's somewhat unclear if the blonde clerk w/glasses was having the absolute worst day of her life or is simply void of any semblance of customer service skills—but someone please allow this young lady to access therapy.
Not very clean in there. Waited 10 minutes just to order my food and I was the only one at the counter. My hot chocolate tasted like water.
Get the drive thru running better,,, I come every morning!!! my order was incorrect quite a few times,, (more than usual!!!) this morning I ordered a decaf xtra cream 1 sweet low I received a regular with no sweet low. I was the only car in the drive-thru. (was not busy)
Very slow deive thru. I can arrive at 8am and still get to work late because of the drive thru at this Dunkin.
I will never understand why Dunkin is so popular especially after this experience. High prices and absolute discerning service - no thanks.
Get the same order at every Dunkin I go to (different one most days due to where work takes me) and its the exact same price everywhere. Here though, more expensive. My bagel wasn't toasted at all on my sandwich, was ignored at the counter for a while despite multiple workers looking at me and not taking my order, and worker got annoyed when I was standing there waiting for my receipt. If there's another dunkin available, go to a different one or better yet worth more money to just go to starbucks right down the road for better service.
I’m not sure how much more clear I can say chocolate LONG JOHN, not once, but twice and still receive the wrong donuts. My coffees are never stirred. I’d be able to do it on my own, if only I had straws with my drinks. It wasn’t the worst of experiences but it wasn’t exactly the best.
We used to frequent this Dunkin’ Donuts on a daily basis but ever since the new manager has started here the whole vibe is awful. The staff yell to each other loudly and many times use swear words, f-bombs are used frequently. You are at the counter next in line they walk by never say “it will be a few minutes before I can get your order, then when it is your turn they take your order and then work on others so you wait and wait. Also the cleanliness, most times tables aren’t clean, carpets aren’t vacuumed and you know that is not one day of dirt.
Came here the other day (10/4/25) looking for the munchkin Halloween bucket, but they were out of munchkins when we asked for it. Came back the next day (10/5/25) and ask for the bucket with munchkins. We were then told they are not for sale while they are openly displayed on the display case. The service is also really slow and they always seem to be backed up. Also got assorted munchkins and they gave us all glaze….If you are wanting a quick breakfast don’t stop here. Really disappointing. Won’t be coming back
I counted seven people behind the counter working and three people in line. Always amazes me amount of time it takes for them to take your order with this ratio. The person at the cash register completes the order in front of me and casually walks away and does absolutely nothing for three minutes. She returns and takes my order and informed me it would be 10 to 15 minutes based on my experience & reviews I read I informed the person at the register I was not here for speed or good service. She had an attitude at this point and was not engaged, so I was amazed that when the order did arrive it was right. The only positive thing I can say about the my Dunkin’ Donuts experience.
Latte/Cappuccino/or any espresso drinks are now WAAAYYYY too bitter. In 2018, Dunkin started upgrading their espresso and drink machines, and now purposefully makes their drinks stronger and more bitter. They say it's to compete with Starbucks. Well, if I wanted Starbucks then I'd go to Starbucks! When I go to dunkin, I ask them to make it like before, less bitter, but it's just not the same. Usually they have to remake it a few times, and in the end I just return it. Sorry dunkin, you lost a customer. I guess I'll go to Starbucks. They actually have some drinks I like.
The woman working, I didn't catch her name, was completely rude to me. She seemed miserable and she should not be working with customers. I didn't even get my coffee I just left because of how rude she was.

5 of us ordered and you can't get 1 cappuccino right after ordering was asked if I wanted sugar free stated please don't give me sugar free this was face to face so by the time we got out of there my morning cappuccino was sugar free sugar was a waste of money for the trash and the lack of caffeine made for a rotten day thanks
Rude staff,3 hours of sleep,walk up to counter,5 staff member never said a word.3 minutes later we will be with u in a minute. Never again will we come to thos location.

This is the worst and I mean the worst dunkin donuts ever. I sit in there drive thru for 15 minutes with not a word from the worker inside .then I'm trapped because I have cars in front and behind me so I cant even leave. So 25 minutes later I got my coffee. I will not be going here ever I mean ever again. To anyone who does good luck. I hope you have better luck than I did.
This is without a doubt the worse Dunkin doughnuts in the country. We walked in with 2 customers ahead of us and after 30 minutes of waiting they had barely served the first customer. With 6+ prople working there and all walk in customers extremely angry and demanding to be served the personnel continued to ignore us and serve the customers at the drive through which had maximum of 2 cars at any given time and were served immediately by the entire staff. Dunkin should consider hiring people intelligent enough to adapt to the situation and be considerate of clients.
They constantly make my latte wrong and then dump half of it to fix it. Which waste more than half of my drink. They do it so often, I'm not even sure they know how to make a latte. This place is a joke.
15 minutes after my door dash order, they canceled the order because they were closing. In 15 minutes. You had 30 minutes to have a bunch of coffees ready and you couldn't do that??? Thanks for waiting almost 20 minutes to do so
Door's are always locked can't get in until past 7 and then your coffee is messed up
The service is so slow. It doesn’t matter what time I go into the drive thru as the wait time is ridiculously long. I just can’t go anymore, especially not before work because the line is too long and the service too slow. I now go to Starbucks and that is so much better!!
Note to the public: does not sell donuts 10 minutes to closing . Should advertise that this unfriendly establishment closes earlier than posted . Get better service at Speedway because they are engaging with a smile. Take note. Customer service e 101 👊
Asked for and paid for extra cream cheese in my bagel but got almost nothing on it. 3rd time in a row I asked for extra cream cheese and was ignored. Paid extra for a burnt dry bagel. It’s actually impressive that you guys are so consistently bad. Haven’t been here in months because it’s always so bad but I gave it a shot on my way to work, order a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant. They gave me cold sausage with the cheese not even melted on it, on a croissant that was so old that it turned to dust/crumbs when I tried to pick up the sandwich. Threw it out my car window maybe a mile down the road, but the food was so bad I doubt the local wildlife would even eat it.
I’m guessing that any order outside of a simple coffee becomes too overwhelming for Alyssa. Barking out in a sudden elevated and angry tone, “ANYTHING ELSE? SO YOU WANT 4 OF THOSE?!??” And hearing her peer’s unsuccessful attempt at making her aware that her tone was unacceptable, in the background by saying, “Alyssa….?” tells me that customer service isn’t a priority or that my decision to spend at Dunkin and not Starbucks across the street, isn’t appreciated. $44.70 at a Dunkin’ seems to be abnormal and Alyssa isn’t equipped with the patience nor customer service skills to deal. I should’ve cancelled immediately after pulling up to the window but Jesus took the wheel.
If I could put a zero I would. The drive thru worker didnt greet me. I got "5.64" and she took my card. Handed the drink out and gave me my card back. No thank you or have a good day. Nothing. Advice to the girl with the "faith" tattoo on her neck..... Leave food service because you're terrible at it! Thanks for motivating me to save my money next time.
Every time they mess up my order
Lady at the register was very rude. Ordered a bacon cheese on a crossiant and there was no crossiants. I then ordered a iced coffee with caramel and cream and no sugar. They messed up my drink and put sugar in it and I went and let the girl know it was wrong and she went and got rude with me and swore at me. And pulled the drink out of my hand and threw it in the garbage and went and had another one make my drink and it was wrong again. I will never come here again. Don't deserve to be treated the way I was. Fine recommend noone going here.
Went through the drive thru today. They were so rude and didn’t really care about what they were doing. I ordered a berry burst sparked energy that tasted like water.
TERRIBLE customer service. Awfully rude to their customers saying “leave before i beat your ass” when you could have just remade the drink you made incorrectly. They could use a serious attitude adjustment
3 times now I have gotten coffee from there that didn't appear to be correct. Pretty simple coffee order soooo not sure how it could be messed up especially when it seems like the drive thru was taking their time between cars as if they finish the person at the window before taking the next order. Disappointed that the lobby was closed and had to do the drive thru when the week before was fine.
This has got to be the worst Dunkin in utica. Service is extremely slow. There staff walks around like there lost. Every 1 looks miserable, and half the time they don't have the donuts you want. O AND DID I MENTION HOW SLOW THEY ARE. OMG
Asked for a bagel, bacon and egg breakfast sandwich with no cheese get back to my place of work and realize that they gave me a bagel, bacon and cheese no egg on top of the fact that this place No customer service adequate whatsoever ! Keep driving to a different one ! Dunkin has gone down hill all around .. staff seams miserable and can’t get orders correct ! And I’m at work so no way to exchange and won’t have a chance to eat for 5 more hours thanks a lot !

They are always out of carmel, barley ever have croissants. The people at the drive through are rude. They get rid of their holiday drinks before the holidays are even over. They get rid of the best items. One of the worst dunkin’s around.
Worst Dunkin' in the area, avoid at all costs. Complaint List: Constantly messed up drinks (just frothed milk). Ordering online for drivethru pick up then being told at pickup window, please pull around the side, and we will bring it out. (What's the point of that?) Ordering online for in store pickup is just as much of a joke. You order online so you can go inside and pick your drink up from the pickup area, but there are no drinks. You still have to go to the register and let them know who you are, and then they will start making your drink. Seems most employees are not on the same page. (If you have been to any other Dunkin' you would know.) Conclusion: I would recommend driving a bit further to the Dunkin' on 9221 River Road in Marcy it is like a 10 minute drive, but it is so worth it.
Horrible experience! Worst customer service
I go to this dunkin almost every day (not by choice, my coworker wants it) and the amount of time you wait for a simple order even when you order ahead on the app is insane. Today I stood there for probably 10-15 minutes waiting for my drink while my food was done and getting cold. And this wasn't a one off thing. It's just about every god damn time.
Our food came out cold and incorrect. The food preparer didn't know how to make the food and was terrible at fulfilling the order correctly!!!!!. No one greeted us and a horrible atmostphere!!!!

Was told it was going to be a TWENTY FIVE minute wait for food because they are "super backed up". There isn't one thing that they serve that takes that long to make, they just can't keep up and don't want to make it. Absolutely absurd.
Food order is always incorrect, service is nonexistent, and they make you feel as if the customer is an inconvenience to their personal conversations. Don't ever go here. Especially not if you're expecting to get anywhere on time afterwards. I waited 10 minutes for a black cold brew. Being a franchise, you would think that management might have a bit of a grasp, but unfortunately, the pace is determined by the 15 year old employees with no motivation to work. As problematic and expensive as Starbucks is, at least they've got it together and can turnover a drive through line.
The workers at this location are literally trained to ignore you if you’re in the walk up. I’ve never experienced this at any other location but have had this happen multiple times here where you walk in and there will be four or five workers all backs turned avoiding any eye contact and acting like there is not a line of people with messed up orders waiting for any worker to turn around. It’s such a bizarre thing to see in person because they know you’re standing there and they don’t even give a “just one second” or “I’ll be right with you” they just pretend not to see you and if you’re lucky you’ll get a little side eye glance. Absolutely hate getting food from this location because if they mess up at the drive through you’re better off getting back into the 10 car pile up line that backs into the road than parking and walking inside to fix your order.
this place has gone down hill. you wait forever to be waited on, coffee tastes likes hot water with milk and the employees just fool around. not going there anymore
If I could give zero stars, I would. The service at this Dunkin’ was ridiculously slow, and the staff didn’t acknowledge us at all. I thought using the kiosk would make things faster, but it seemed like they weren’t even checking the orders. When I asked about mine, they just pulled the sticker from the receipt machine like they had never seen it before—meanwhile, there was a huge backlog of stickers, meaning tons of orders were probably being ignored or delayed. Clearly, from all the other bad reviews, this place shouldn’t even be open. It’s completely disorganized and a waste of time.
If I could give a 0 rating that's what I would give. I placed a mobile order and waited 20 mins in the drive thru because the worker was taking one car at a time. I had 2 cars in front of me when I pulled up to the drive thru. The worker would take one order at a time and make people sit at the speaker until they completed the order for the car at the window. The whole point of placing a mobile order is to be qui k, this was the least quickest way to order my $3.49 coffee. Do better!
Awful! Waited in line for over 10 minutes to be told rudely when I ordered a bagel with bacon n cheese “it's gonna be a long wait” so I decided to get my husband and I just 2 Boston Cream donuts since it was faster and these were the worst Boston Cream donuts we ever saw and tasted !! look at the picture !!this is how their donuts look like ( back had custard coming out , and it’s not their typical style Boston cream donut) and they tasted awful. How can a place this bad still be open?
