Viajo mucho para España y nunca he comido así de bien . El mejor sitio donde he comido desde años. El sitio es un poco escondido , pero me encanta tener que buscar sitios autóctonos que no sean turísticos . Os aconsejo de verdad de pasar por aquí . Quieren una experiencia de gusto expecial no duden en pasar por aquí. Entiendo que parece que intento levantar l negocio por ser amigo pero así no es . Viajo mucho por España y creo que desde que viajo por aquí este ha sido uno de los mejores sitios que me probado y n mi vida.! Espero no se haga comercial porque tal vez las cosas un poco fuera del comercial son las mejores. No duden en probar este sitio caliente y reservado . Huele a traición y visión culinaria del futuro !!
Experiencia inolvidable. De los mejores bares de tapas que he visto en Sevilla, todas las que nos pedimos estaban insuperables. Relación calidad precio buenísima además de un personal muy agradable. Volvería mil veces para probar toda la gran variedad de tapas originales que tienen.
Estuvimos probando casi todos los platos y muy buenos, nos quedamos con ganas de probar algunos que ya no tenían, a destacar las albóndigas a la bourguignonne, el croissant ahumado con cochinillo, la ensaladilla de gambas, patatas bravas… y los postres, muy curiosa la torrija, que al destaparla sale incienso del tarro, todo muy bueno y original, simulando dulces siendo platos salados. El servicio lento, mi hija que es intolerante a la lactosa, para poder comer ciertas cosas se tiene que tomar una pastilla que le dura media hora y se tuvo que tomar 3, porque los platos salían con cuenta gotas. Los baños muy limpios.
Maravilloso!!! Llevaba tiempo queriendo ir después de ver las críticas y viendo la carta. Buenísimo todo. No se puede poner un pero a la comida, ni tampoco al servicio. Genial todo!
We couldn't find a single fault. The tapas we tried were incredible. The cod and caramelized piquillo pepper rice was wonderful, the tuna tripe was spectacular, the oxtail donut is a must-try—it's a delight—and the cod churro was a surprising and delicious experience. All the tapas looked amazing, and we're already planning to return to try more. The staff is very professional and attends to our tables perfectly. The wine list is also very interesting.
I frequent this bar to celebrate any special occasion with friends, and whenever we go, we usually order almost everything on the menu. Everything is delicious, and of course, the torrija is a must.
The flavors are meticulously crafted, the dishes are beautifully prepared. The explosion of flavor in the mouth of the Vietnamese spring roll is a truly unique experience.
Spectacular food, everything you try is delicious. The atmosphere is great, and most of the waiters are super friendly... If I had to find a fault, the kitchen closes very early, at 4:00 PM, considering how late we eat in Andalusia, but oh well, we respect that. A place well worth visiting.
Everything was perfect. The tapas were very different, all beautifully presented and with high-quality ingredients. We arrived around 2 p.m. without a reservation and luckily got a table, but it's always full, so I recommend booking if you want to try one of their wonderful tapas. The waitresses were very friendly and attentive to everything. A 10, I'll definitely return.
Charming place with old walls, all white, and very cool—perfect for hot days. I stopped by for work and ordered: Shrimp salad 3.0/ with its own farmyard oil, freshly made, with shrimp on top—delicious, one of the best I've ever tried! Sirloin tataki on crispy bread and eggplant tartar, an exquisitely soft bite that goes down perfectly! Scallop royale au gratin with manzanilla sauce—very delicious, but I would have liked it if the scallop were whole and not crushed in the sauce; the béchamel flavor with a hint of manzanilla predominates. A delight, and I'll definitely come back again and order more dishes from the menu.
My partner and I tried this place on our family's recommendation and we loved it. We booked the night before and, even though there were only a few tables left on the terrace and it was early, we had a great time. The staff is friendly and attentive, the alley where the terrace is located has a lovely and pleasant atmosphere, and the food is spectacular. We were able to try lots of different dishes because they serve tapas, which we loved. In short, a place worth visiting sometime to enjoy their food.
Very reasonably priced and excellent tasting tapas! It was my first restaurant experience in Utrera and the bar has been raised incredibly high. If the other restaurants are able to match what they had to offer than Utera is truly a culinary hotspot.

Prepare to be amazed as cooking turns to art and art turns to pleasure with this amazing establishment. If you have thought that you knew all about tapas, well, think again as not everything is obvious in this restaurant: from savory doughnuts made of goat cheese to a jar of jam that is in fact crab paté. Simple looks hide complex dishes made with cure and excellent ingredients with explosions of flavours both balanced and full of novelty. The restaurant is not too big and very popular, booking is advised, it is a very short distance from Seville by train and I very much recommend it to anyone that can reach it, it can also be quite busy, different dishes may be brought 1 at a time at your table and sometimes particular dishes may not be available as out of season or ingredients, but none of this has discouraged me to bring attention to probably the most pleasant culinary experience I've had close to Seville. None of the dishes here are standard tapas you will find but so is their taste, keep an eye out for events and new recipes on their Instagram, the cook likes to experiment and bring out new delicacies! Good wines selection as well . My recommendation is: everything that you are not allergic to.
What can i say i told them that i did not want to eat any meat and they altered the dish for me with out me asking. Great place service was amazing. although a little pricey for tapas about a euro more than average. However, the food and presentation was very important and tasted amazing.

Fantastic tapas but the service could be more friendly and pro active...
Some of the best tasting food I've had in Spain so far. I also like how it's close to the plaza, but tucked away by itself. The tapas are a little small, but it's still not overpriced. Ordered mostly meat dishes, and each of them was cooked perfectly and had a great sauce. The Crema Utrerana was a totally unique, buttery experience. Service was also nice and helpful.
They recently downsized their menu and took my favorite things off.

Lovely restaurant. Imaginative menu, friendly staff. Portions on the smaller side but the quality of the ingredients and cooking makes up for this. So good we had to go back
Maravillosa comida, todas las tapas muy sabrosas y originales. El personal muy atento y amable. Lo único a mejorar es que el ambiente se percibe saturado, poco espacio. Repetiremos e iremos a conocer el nuevo local que abren en Los Remedios, Sevilla capital. El poste delicia para golosos.

Ofú, ofú! Y la gran pregunta que me hago es cómo puedo llevar tanto tiempo sin haber visitado besana tapas?, imperdonable. Vamos a empezar diciendo que el rinconcito de utrera donde encontrar besana tapas es un enclave con duende y con historia, el callejón del niño perdido. Puedes optar por las mesas altas exteriores o bien en el interior donde tienes la barra o las mesas. Mejor reservar con antelación porque en las horas puntas, siempre suele estar lleno. Voy a ir anticipando que no me resulta una opción especialmente adecuada si vas con niños porque la carta no está diseñada ni muy adaptada para ellos, salvo que sean niños (que por suerte haberlos, ahílos) con muy buena boca y quieran probar sabores y texturas diferentes a los habitual. Bueno, vamos con la manduca... Para empezar fuimos con 3 entrantes. El primero de ellos las patatas bravas....espectaculares es poco. La patata viene servida en forma de gofre y sobre ella se añaden las salsas mayonesa y de tomate, ambas totalmente caseras y todo coronado por un pimiento chipotle para que los más osados le inquen el diente. Un plato que te sorprende visual y gustativamente, que ya es mucho decir en algo tan simple a priori. Seguidamente nos pedimos la ensaladilla de gambas 3.0. Realmente muy buena, la patata en su punto, la mayonesa con los corales de la gamba y un buen puñado de camarones. Sinceramente no nos pareció que los camarones aportaran mucho más que un toque crunch, y visualmente no me mejora la elaboración más que si se le añade unas buenas gambas o langostinos. Para terminar con los entrantes tomamos el bao de puntillitas. De absoluta locura. El pan perfecto, la puntillita suave y con máximo sabor, la tinta negra mezclada con la hierbabuena...de película. Como platos principales fuimos primero con las albóndigas en salsa de trufa. Están suficientemente buenas como para no rechistar, pero el punto quedó ligeramente crudo en el centro y eso no se agradece en este tipo de elaboración, la salsa soberbia. Por último, nos marchamos el chipirón relleno de longaniza con alioli de pera. El chipirón, clavado en punto y sabor. Muy tierno, a la vez que braseado. El relleno de longaniza pues muy abundante aunque para mi gusto algo más seco de lo que me hubiera gustado, y el alioli de pera pues no le encontré el sabor de la pera la verdad. Para concluir la experiencia nos trajeron de postre la maceta de tiramisú. Sin duda el plato más flojo de todos. Visualmente precioso, con las cucharas a juego, simulando ser palas de jardinería, pero la textura no es la que esperaba en absoluto . Por supuesto el sabor es muy bueno pero se asemeja muchísimo más a unas natillas que a un tiramisú. Es todo prácticamente liquido exceptuando la capa superior que tiene café en polvo y cacao, parecido a comer cucharadas de cola cao. Para la siguiente ocasión probaremos elaboraciones diferentes para conocer bien toda la carta, ya que no es muy extensa. La atención del personal pues muy amable y atenta y el precio realmente estupendo. En definitiva Besana tapas es visita más que obligada en utrera y lugar que va a convertirse en un recurrente para mí, sin duda ninguna.
Local en el centro de Utrera relativamente pequeño y angosto por ello algo incómodo, dado el número de mesas que hay. Tiene una carta muy sugerente a base de tapas creativas e innovadoras. Sus patatas bravas y el bao de cazón están ricas, hay otras que acaso abusan de las masas y las salsas. Sus precios son muy razonables, El servicio varía en función de la cantidad de clientes. En las reservas hay que pagar una cantidad por adelantado.
The alley where it's located is very charming, but above all, I'd highlight the food—it's spectacular. The presentation, the portions, and the combination of delicious flavors are all wonderful. It's true, as other reviews mention, that the service isn't very fast and is somewhat disorganized; if they fix that, it's a perfect 10. The food and the trip to Utrera are well worth it.
Cozy restaurant with friendly staff. We arrived at 1 pm and were the only customers. Later it became fuller. They gave us a QR code to scan the menu but this has too large disadvantages: the letters with the description of the dishes are too small on my little screen and it was impossible to translate. Then they gave me a "real" menu and I could use Google Translate. From 4 dishes 3 were good. The salad was much too sweet.
Nestled in a cozy spot in Utrera you can almost miss it! But the atmosphere is friendly and the food is delicious!
A place with original tapas and innovative cuisine. It's been open for a long time, remaining true to its style of cuisine and service. The food is good, but the prices are high. The downside is the location. Although it's in a nice spot in Utrera, it has no chairs, only high stools at the street or bar and low ones in the dining room, which makes it uncomfortable if, like me, you don't have a developed core. One detail that surprised me, and why I don't give it a higher rating, is that the table I had reserved was set up under an air conditioner that dripped water on us. When we called them, they did nothing to fix it; they turned a deaf ear, and we had to eat even more uncomfortably.

El sitio es correcto, no excepcional pero mantiene una línea al contrario que otros establecimientos de la zona con cierta fama pero con continuos altibajos tanto en calidad como en precio., Nomalmente el precio y el servicio son correctos pero hoy ha sido diferente. No había demasiada clientela, tres o cuatro mesas pequeñas dentro y una terraza vacía que invitaba a sentarse. Me he sentado, he esperado a ser atendido sin éxito. Me he acercado a la entrada para que la camarera viese que estaba allí, esperando ser atendido. Ella me he visto y he vuelto a mi mesa alta junto a la entrada. He seguido esperando otros diez minutos, unos clientes han salido a fumar comentando la estricta y tosca manera que el personal tiene para permitir a los clientes sentarse en una mesa u otra. Me he acercado nuevamente a la puerta y me ha asegurado de que la camarera me ha vuelto a ver, he seguido esperando un rato, he recogido mi abrigo y me he marchado. Voy con cierta frecuencia y suelo dejar buenas propinas. Puedo esperar este comportamiento de un bar atestado de clientes y con un servicio que no da a basto, puedo esperarlo de un bar cutre de barrio, pero en un establecimiento al que se le asocia cierta calidad me parece que no es aceptable. ¿Repetiré? Pues probablemente lo haga por comodidad y ante la falta de opciones similares en Utrera, no por estar satisfecho con el trato recibido. No soy persona de poner opiniones negativas a no sean plenamente merecidas, y este es uno de esos casos.
