This place is always busy. I don't know why they are always busy, but I get it. I got the chicken nuggets, fries and tea. It was crowded, but not horrible. I liked the nuggets with yellow mustard and fries with ketchup. I would go back again when in the area.
Ive never been to a Chick-fil-a before until I went through the drive through with my cousin, we had the spicy chicken sandwich and added bacon to it and it was really good! The drive through line was really long but it went by super quick! The staff is friendly and have good recommendations on what to order if you like certain items! My favorite part was the lemonade! It still had the pulp and tasted great compared to the standard fountain drink lemonade.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience at a chick-fi-a. Their establishments are always top notch and customer service is always on point. Super nice and smiling. Food is always fresh. Thanks Chick-fil-a for always making the best food and hiring the best employees 🙏🏼

1st time ever at a Chick-fil-A. Ordered a to-go maple bacon grilled chicken meal. Got 4 little sauce packs. Spicey, Garden, Chick sauce. Meal was ready in 10 minutes. Came home dipped fries 🍟 in each sauce. Fav is the chick sauce. The Grilled Maple bacon sandwich was amazing! Next time I'm ordering a peach shake 😋

Went in a little after 6 pm. Drive thru was pretty full. Ordered a couple of things, before I could throw away the wrapper from my straw they had my order ready. Always great food and great service.
Ok, I typically don't write reviews of fast food places AND as a member of the Queer community, I have a philosophical dislike of Chick FIL A. However, my wife and I were in a bind and this was the quickest food at the moment. I have to say, the service at this location was on point. They were fast, efficient and running like a well oiled machine. Our order was accurate and there were probably 10 to 12 cars in line when we pulled in. We were still out of there within 10 mins. The whole process was damn good. Plus our food was hot too.
Amazing staff and customer service! The line is always crazy but they've improved the pace by taking and delivering orders in the driveway. These kids work hard and fast and deserve tips. The food is also good, especially the fries, but I actually go mostly to support their amazing crew!
I am disappointed for the 3rd time in three weeks that my recent order # 307 ( Friday Feb 28, 2025) was incomplete and did not appear to be well organized. There seemed to be a lot of kaos and very little Quality Assurance. I have been bringing my grand kids almost every Friday to eat after school. I was asked to pull over from the drive though and they would get my drinks. I indicated to the nice young many who was in training that some of my order was missing as well. It took three trips but was finally straightened out. I am sure that the drive through line can and should run a very well organized start to finish for the customer with very little problems, as I have been a customer for the last 6 years, and only had one small issue prior to these last several visits. I'm hopeful Chick-fil-A can and will do much better

I had to write this review before I forgot. I had one of the best experiences at the restaurant today. We had the pleasure of having Natalia assist us with getting our meal ordered. What a way to set the tone for our visit at the drive thru!! She was extremely pleasant and personable. The other employees we came in contact with were also kind and attentive. Natalia started our order and Jesus handed our food to us. The young men and women at this location were customer focused Id visit again just for the customer service.
What can I say? I have nothing to critique. The chicken is juicy and savory, the lemonade is a dream drink, and the waffle fries are always hot and crispy (sometimes a bit too salty, but only sometimes). They have a breakfast menu and healthy options like salads and wraps, but be ready for long lines for the drive-thru; it is JUST THAT GOOD. Thank heavens for their app to order ahead.
Wow, I've heard of southern hospitality but man these guys are the best! Not only was their food phenomenal, but the staff was so kind and professional. We ordered twice and the 2nd one we had to wait like a little over 10 minutes which wasn't super long by any standards, but we were met with an apology and 2 free food vouchers. Great people, great team, and just a wonderful experience.
Food tasted great and they had amazing customer service! This is the first Chick-fil-A that I’ve been to where an employee went around to each table asking if everything was okay, if anyone needed more sauce, a to-go bag or a drink refill!
Amazing service!! They know how to take orders quickly during this Covid situation & pull cars through fast! Great work! So many cars in line through, so they messed up my order. But when I called them, the store manager in blue shirt understood me clearly & help me out very efficiently. Went above & beyond to solve the issue!! 👍🏼 So happy to be eating what I ordered and writing this review! 😋
I’m surprised by the great environment. They raised the bar for fast food in US. The staff is very friendly, always smiling and they bring food to your table. The food is delicious. Never thought a fast food place could make my day happier.
Politics aside, the food is always really well done. Everyone is pleasant and rarely make any mistakes. Then again these days I don't think there's a place that hasn't messed up my order. Lately everywhere I've been experiencing where the receipt is correct, but the wrong food made it in. It's happened quite a bit lately. It happens less here though, they run a tight crew.
Love getting a bite to eat at this place. The chicken strips, waffle fries and brownies are so delicious! They are always super busy when I go but they seem to keep the pace going. You can also order online for drive to pick up which I enjoy. Just wish I could have more than 4 chick-fil-a sauce with my order. Sometimes the staff won’t give me more and I use more than 4 for my meal. The foods quality you can taste!
Excellent customer service and extremely efficient. They had a really long line. There were at least 20 cars ahead of me but I was on my way in 12 minutes including having to wait for my food for a few minutes. My favorite item is the Mac n Cheese. It's always served hot and it's surprisingly very flavorful.
I pulled in here after almost 30 hours of travel, in a state of near dilerium. Ryan and Giovani both took great care of me and made sure I had everything I needed, for which I'm very grateful. The drive-in line was quite long but I walked in and the food was speedy, fresh, tender, juicy and delicious. Nice to be back with excellent American customer service again.
I eat at this Chick-fil-A at least once a week. The App is easy to use and I love that I get points to redeem free items from the menu. Workers are always friendly and give helpful suggestions when ordering a new menu item. No matter how many people are here, the service is always extremely fast. You can tell they have it down to a science. I’ve never had a bad experience here and don’t think I ever will.
Today, I went through the drive through. They have the double line so it does move pretty quickly. Even when the cars are lined out on the main street. My order was complete and hot when I got home. Although my chicken strips were on the small side, they were very delicious, Can never beat those fantastic waffle fries, and I always have to share their mac and cheese with my dog. She loves their food as well. So I always find myself splitting my meals with her from there. Prices are high, but the food is great! The employees are great, and the speed of service is fantastic for me. If you go, don't forget to sign up for your points because after you gather so many, you could put it towards the free food and drinks.

I have lived here my entire life. Coming back from the mountains always mean stopping at in and out along the way. Today is the first day that I stopped at Chick-Fil-A and probably will continue to moving forward.
All of the deliciousness with none of the fuss. What an amazing place. The chicken is so dang fresh. That chick-fil-a sauce so tasty. Fries were perfect. They forgot napkins tho! Will have to try again many more times to see if i get napkins. :P
Chick fil A is a model of consistency from restaurant to restaurant. This one isn't any different. Great service, great food, can't beat it.
I have always like Chick-fil-A...but now I REALLY like Chick-fil-A! I never thought of Chick-fil-A as a breakfast place but now I will absolutely consider it one of my favorites. Their egg white grill is incredible tasty and healthy! The parfait is light and yet delicious. And the grilled chicken bowl was my wife's favorite! Secondly, but maybe most important, the service was incredible. Greeted with warm smiles, refilled our beverages while in their dining room and of course got some really good, "My pleasure!" after each time we said thank you. Vacaville Chick-fil-A, me and my family will be back!!
The food was good as always. Chick-fil-A has the best service in the industry. This location is no exception. The lines are managed well so don’t be intimidated by the crazy long lines. You can order through the app and maybe get your food faster, but either way it won’t take too long.

We like to stop at this location on our way home from our yearly Six Flags field trip. Today, when our bus broke down, the crew was prepared with our dinners and patient with our bus full of middle school students. The food was tasty, but the service was top star level. Thank you very much!

Even though there was a long line I didn’t take a very long to get through and get my order stuff is super friendly and very hopeful the order got through quick and I got my chicken sandwich faster than I thought I would very lovely place and lovely to see the people outside customer service is exceptional they have to stand out side in this heat and they still do a great job thank you
After a long day at Sic Flags, we like to bring our students to Chik-Fil-A for dinner due to the long ride home. Our bus, unfortunately, broke down and the staff was extremely accommodating. They were able to get over 40 meals out quickly. They were all so kind and patient with all of us during those hours we were stranded. Thank you to the staff on 5/30, late afternoon. We are so thankful.
Love this Chick-fil-A! I really appreciate how kind, respectful, and attentive the employees are. It gets so busy, but food wait times have always been fair. During the times l've been in, l've also noticed the constant cleaning of tables and floors. Thank you for keeping it so clean, and props to the crew for all that you do!

There was a giant cow outside so you know I had to go in. Never seen that at any other Chick Fil A. The atmosphere was immediately positive and they WEREN’T STINGY WITH THE SAUCE. Best Chick Fil A experience in a minute!
I don't believe I've ever had a bad experience at Chick-fil-A. All of the servers are absolutely delightfully young people and their customer service skills are stellar.
It was this Canadian's first trip to a Chick-fil-A. It did not disappoint! Staff was super friendly and efficient! We had original chicken sandwiches, chicken strips, chicken nuggets, waffle fries and a cobb salad. Everything was amazing! The chicken sandwiches were delicious. The buns are out of this world - I'd eat them plain. The chicken was real chicken! Juicy, tender, with a little crunch. The chicken strips were tear apart soft and again, real chicken! It was all good. I can see why the drive thru line-up is 12+ cars long. Highly recommend this Chick-fil-A.
Another amazing experience here on our way back to Reno. I walk in and you can see that everyone is working very hard. I ordered 2 Chicken sandwiches. Cooked perfectly and not greasy at all. I loved the sandwich and will return soon.

Ordered through the app and the food was brought out to us freshly prepared. They gave us a generous amount of sauces and napkins. Employees were very warm and had the best attitude. Only complaint is the waffle fries tasted like they were unsalted and we're a little soggy even though we ordered regular ones.
Overall pretty good chicken. I love their salad with honey mustard dressing & I even love to mix in their honey mustard dip because it has an a very very slightly Asian spiciness. They give a decent amount of chicken in to, too, like it should be.
You can not go wrong with Chick-Fil-A normally. Unfortunately today they dropped the ball a little on my delivery order. First not a single napkin in the bag. Unacceptable. Secondly my chicken cold wrap tasted stale like it had been prepared awhile ago and they were just waiting to hand them out. The team members were all very friendly.

This is a very busy Chick- Fil-A in the Vacaville outlets. Parking is hard to get. The drive-through line was crazy! Inside, it was loud and busy. Of course, the staff was friendly and the food was good. Would just prefer a larger restaurant with more seating, more cashiers, more parking.
I asked for "Straight out of the fryer, Hot" but didn't get that. My food was hot, but not that hot. It's hard to get people to listen and deliver in most places. Otherwise, l enjoyed it.
Great, quick service. Initially ordered for pickup through the drive-thru on the mobile app, but I was able to change it for pickup in-store which definitely saved me some time. Inside it was busy, but the workers were all polite and got my order out quickly. Great location!
Of course, the food is delicious. The employees are friendly. Upon leaving through the drive-thru to pick up your order, all I can notice are the vehicles that have scraped their vehicle in this poor thought of an exit. Sandwich and fries were consistently good as usual. I must have arrived during a shift change or lunch break. Several employees were in line ordering food. Extra time was wasted because of extra chit chat and conversation between each break employees and cashier, causing a long line of actual customers backed up behind them, including a mother holding a baby in her arms. I tried to ask for her to move up in line but employees seemed distracted in their loud banter amongst each other. As I waited and placed my takeout order their were two employees waiting for their orders in front of the condiment and napkins area. They were busy on their cell phones and totally blocking access to the area. I tried to get ketchup from that area and said excuse me but the employee didn't hear me or pay attention and was feverishly typing on his cell phone. Management should keep higher standards for employees on break and make sure they dont interfere with guest experience.

Th service was impeccable, without a doubt fire. Only issue is their Sprite didn't taste like sprite?? It was carbonated but tasted like water.
We typically love Chick-fil-A but this location not so much. We went two different times hoping the first experience was a fluke. The hospitality team just isn't like others. Both times there were personal conversations going on between them while getting our order. The there were multiple hairs in our food.
I love this place. The service in the afternoon is amazing. And the people there are always so nice. The place gets very very busy at lunch, so plan accordingly. It's funny that they are soo much faster in the afternoon than in the mornings, and it's not that busy in the mornings... Update: This place is under new management and the service has suffered. They no longer care about speed of service. Only one register open at the counter during lunch rush. The drive through is CONSTANTLY backed up. Management used to be out helping, but no more since the man left management. O well, I just have to plan extra time out just not go. Both have happened. I wish the old management was still there.
Good customer service, I liked the way they guided me to the orders, but they reserve the refilled beverages, so it will be embarrassing to ask each time to refill, just put it outside on the floor, food was good especially the potatoes, the portion was good, baths should be more cleaned, in general it was a good experience.
I stopped eating here years ago. Not because the food or service isn't good. But because I've been kicked out. I've been stuffing my clothing with the dipping sauces. Once it's full, I just tackle the silliest looking customer, and we wrestle. As they defend themselves a mixture of colorful sauces, and misc. Body fluids burst from me, and spray everwhere. Some people record this, and post it on social media. The spike in revenue that that establishment gets after my wrestling matches, makes the managers happy, so I don't know why I'm always getting arrested. On days I don't get arrested, I try to find an wasp hive to wear as a helmet, one day I hope to find a tarantula inside, disguised as a wasp. the Tarantula infiltrated and is sending Intel to its home planet....I mean what are they telling them? "The subterfuge was going well, until this giant human head covered in sauce entered the enemy fortress!"
edit (20250209): someone asked me to pick up a meal for them, so we added some food for us... asked for it to be in two orders... they said no problem... but it was not even close. We had to stop in parking lot and sort the order out. In doing so we realized that one fries order was missing. I went back into store, and this time they happily corrected the issue. I am adjusting my rating... if I go again, I may adjust my rating again. [old story] So I have been here many times... Always get a spicy chicken sandwich... got home... the sandwich had nothing on it... drove all the way back to the store to get my order corrected... only to be "corrected" by the manager that I did not order the spicy chicken sandwich "deluxe"... and then he even had the nerve to tell me (knowing that I was not aware of this ordering distinction) that if I want a spicy chicken sandwich with lettuce then I would have to order a new one and pay for it because they cannot give away spicy chicken sandwich deluxe's away for free. What? Flippantly discarded me like the trash... I don't remember the last time I was treated like this in a fast food restaurant? I guess that they can afford to lose long time customers? I can say that I won't be back anytime soon, if ever... there are other options out there. Wow... what a crazy whirled
First.. let me preface this... i have NEVER been in this physical restaurant. The people are always amazing at this LARGE SCALE Drive Thru. Atmosphere is friendly, albeit more like a fast moving theme park ride, The Chick Fil A food however is WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for the portions you receive: kind of a bummer, because chicken portions so small i cannot really enjoy the food. Cannot score higher overall if the food experience is lacking
Damn Khoa! I got 1 out of the 3 things I ordered. I guess there was confusion when I ordered but I spoke clearly & we were both respectful but I could tell he wasn't really listening. But I mean, who cares really, this isn't a high stakes jobs but I digress. It turns out I was right when I didn't receive the side I wanted. "Oh well right, I like their fries anyways" I thought, finishing my meal... just to be disappointed & shock that they gave me some kind of holiday special milk shake with hard candy in it! I ordered an oero shake that has soft chewy bits of cookie crumble in it. This was a hard minty candy. I can't eat that & I've driven too far too return. So here I am, complaining. Everything was okay. I usually get the salad with grilled nuggets. This time I also ordered a classic chicken sandwich to go. The grilled nuggets were too salty. This is not the first time. But this time it seemed extra salty. I couldn’t even enjoy it or finish the nuggets. I wish their chicken has less salt and be more heart friendly. People can always add salt. They wrapped the sandwich in like a little foiled bag and it trapped the steam. When I was ready to eat my sandwich it was kind of soggy. Maybe try not to eat that to go. On a separate occasion I went inside to eat they mistakenly put my tray on another table with no one sitting there. I waited for a long while until they caught on that I was missing my order. It was weird that they would just place a tray in an empty table. They need to use a number system and not by color cause it’s very confusing. Multiple people are holding the same color at one time.

This is a sad review to have to write. Chick fil a has not been living up to its normal high standards. It seems their chicken now has antibiotics, their fries are inconsistent, and if you order yogurt or Mac and cheese you only get half a cup. Their prices have increased drastically over the past few months. You do know I can go get a sit down meal at chilis for what you’re charging for a kids meal today.

EDIT 2024: Chik-Fil-A still has good food, but they've gotten so expensive now that you're better off eating at an actual restaurant. Sadly I don't recommend it anymore because of this. Treating fast food as a luxury was a mistake. // OLD:Great service and food. It's Chik-Fil-A, so there's not much to say. I only hope the workers get paid well because some of them were working outside in the cold, hard rain, just to get our orders. And there was a huge line too. They work too hard for our food. I feel pretty bad for them.
What happened Chick fil a ? This was a great spot for salads but now I don’t evening want a salad from there. The salad use to be full of dark greens and great toppings. Now it cheap iceberg lettuce. We have gone to the drive-through several times recently. The last two times my son‘s order has been left out of the bag completely. Items that were paid for and show on my receipt. Being that I have small children (toddlers) I am unable to just rush back to the restaurant. I called and explained that we were missing two of our items on our $54 order. I was told that a supervisor named Josh would call back within 24 hours. No one ever called. I called again and left a message requesting some sort of resolution. Still no callback. This is very frustrating as the price of food is High and we have many other options to eat out.
I’m very disappointed with this CFA location. I have been let down the last 3 times I have been here and after today, I will no longer be coming to this location. The first few times that I came in the drive thru my food was either incorrect, or missing sauce. No big deal. As a former CFA team lead at CFA Madison Ave in Sacramento, I understand that things happen (as I’ve been on the other side). Today I came inside to dine in because I wanted to give this location another chance as this is the closest CFA to me now and needed lunch as I was running errands. My cashier was extremely sweet (I forgot her name), but I waited 25 mins for a regular Spicy southwest salad (that are in the lowboys, not a specialty salad) and a medium fry. This is a VERY long time especially when salads are pre made in the AM and fries only have a 2 min holding time. This is a simple order that could’ve been out in a timely manner. Especially because the order screen was NOT in the red. Granted I understand that it was getting busy and that it was around 1:23pm, but then I noticed tables filling up after me and everyone else received their food and I was still sitting there with no one to check in on me. After walking up to get my food I wasn’t even compensated purely for the inconvenience. I’m not asking for anything, an apology of the mistake would’ve been nice. I’m hoping that the team leads speak with the team to slow down a bit with taking orders and ensuring the correct color marker is with an order, to the bagger not pressing the order buttons too fast and potentially skipping an order. I was going to speak with a manager, but I needed to leave as I had other obligations. Again I’m very disappointed, and will not be coming to this location again. I was let down in many ways today and definitely feel that I have not received the true Chick Fil a hospitality from this location the last 3 visits. I know you guys have the ability to do better, there are other guests that will not be as nice. Please take this as an opportunity for growth. -Savannah
Worst Chick-fil-A I've been to. It took 47 minutes to get my online pick-up order. When we ordered, it said it would take 7 minutes for the order. It was hectic and unorganized. Normally Chick-fil-A has a system based on customer service and efficiency. Not this location. The drive through orders were being moved through much more quickly. In-person and online orders were taking forever.
I went into Chick-fil-A to use my rewards, I got a grilled chicken sandwich. However just like my last experience, I found small bits of bones inside my chicken. The last thing I want while enjoying my meal is accidentally swallowing small bits of bones. So I've come to the conclusion that I will not be eating at this location until changes are made in the prep cook area and better quality check is made.
They screw my order up every time I’ve never gotten a complete order from them
We ordered a Cobb salad. Half of the ingredients were missing:( when I talked to several employees for the missing pieces they proceeded to go on break. No sense of urgency or care for the customer at this restaurant.
Constantly forgetting items in drive thru. Food inconsistent.
Food is good but they forgot my sons food and I didn’t notice until I got home. Luckily, I didn’t eat all of my 12 nuggets and was able to share with him. I couldn’t go back because they were closed. I recommend everyone check your bag to make sure all that you ordered is there before you leave.
Forgot the dressing for both my salads and had to go back through the drive thru 🙃
Don’t do mobile order at this location, they do not have a separate line. Drive thru attendants were also rude
Went to get breakfast this morning and tell me why the breakfast burrito look like a tortilla rolled up. I had 2 meals for that burrito and it was small. Top it off. Didn’t give me salsa when I asked for them and both large drinks were wrong.
Terrible service. On 10/3 Friday I ordered four sandwiches two spicy deluxe and two regular chick fil - a sandwiches. Upon arriving home, they didn't provide the two spicy deluxe. I called them and they assured they will refund on the app so I could redeem the nearest restaurant. It's Monday the 6th no refund. I called the store again anf they gave me the same sweet talk about fixing it and manager will call me. This is my 3rd experience with this restaurant, they always screw your orders
