We eat at Outback at least once a week a week. The service and food is always spot on. Alex S. was extremely friendly and accommodating to our requests. We enjoyed our meal and will return often. If you’re looking for a place for your family to eat or even a great date night, Outback is a great option.

Seeing this slander is crazy!! I come here like three times a week and that’s definitely because it’s nothing short from great. Samantha was my server recently and she was amazing and attentive:) I didn’t like an item I received and she quickly brought me something else, even though it was super busy!

Victoria cut filet very tender and a weight watcher favorite of mine. Baked potato was huge with all the fixins and some asperagus on the side. Husband had lamb and said it was the best. We've never been disappointed here. Back again in 2021, food is delicious as always! Our server had too much cologne on and that really affected my nose and appetite.

While visiting Vacaville from NY it was my first time trying Outback. Cassie was our server & she was provided our family with exceptional service. She greeted us with a bright smile & made quality menu recommendations that our family enjoyed. It’s my firm belief that superior service contributes to the most positive experience. I am hoping that Cassie’s standard of excellence will be met at the local Outback in my small town of NY.

I think Samantha C is doing a great job! I am concerned though that reviews are in conjunction with how waitstaff is scheduled. This seems like a poor decision based on Outback Steakhouse. I can’t imagine how this contributes to workplace culture. I suppose I can find other places to get steak and I hope this corporation soon has employees that can find a better place to work that values them.

I had such a great experience thanks to our server, Samantha C. She was kind, patient, and really went out of her way to make sure I felt comfortable. I have some dietary restrictions and can’t eat anything deep-fried, and Samantha took the time to walk me through a few menu options without ever making me feel rushed or like it was a hassle. She was super helpful, answered all my questions, and made sure my meal was exactly what I needed. On top of that, her service was friendly and genuine the whole time. It’s rare to find someone who cares that much about making sure guests are happy, and Samantha absolutely did. If you’re dining here, I highly recommend asking for her — she made the whole experience so much better!

I love the Alice Springs chicken. It is my usual meal for lunch or dinner, but you have to ask for the honey mustard sauce that used to come standard. My wife had the salmon which I have had before and it's very good as well. So just for the record the Alice Springs chicken plus the salmon plus an ice tea, with tip, Lightened my wallet by 50 bucks!... The food is good, but it's not $50 good... so I don't eat here as often as I use to... just sayin'

Food was immaculate! Server was great and everything was great! Restaurant was clean, server was quick with our food we tried a new beer while there, my husband and I definitely recommend it! My husband has the ribeye and the wild rice and fries. He said everything tasted excellent, steak melted in his mouth and his rice was good and his fries were perfect. I had the french onion soup which came out wonderfully, it was super hot and tasted heavenly, I also had the sirloin and it was great was cooked to perfection and I had the baked sweet potato with everything on it and it was the best one I've ever eaten 😋 My husband and I will definitely be back and if you go and plan on drinking definitely give that beer a try if not for the amazing taste but for the funny mouthful of a name Dogfish head sea quench ale 😍

We stopped by Outback on our way back home, Cassie was there to serve us. She was fantastic! Every time she came by to check on us she had a big welcoming smile on her face. The food was excellent as well! Steaks were cooked perfectly. We’ve visited this location twice recently and have had excellent experiences each time! On our most recent visit, Corryn was our server, and she was not only pleasant but also quick and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious, served at the perfect temperature, and arrived in a timely manner. The restaurant itself is spotless, which adds to the overall great experience. This location has definitely become our family’s new go-to spot!

I can’t even begin to describe the amazing service I had from Ashley M tonight, saying she went above and beyond would be an understatement. Like too many Outback locations the front door (Public Entrance) faces the street where there isn't parking. The parking too the side of the building and is across a parking lot driveway. The parking lot is shared with the other stores in the shopping center. We were seated next to two very loud ladies who were apparently hard of hearing. We could NOT enjoy our excellent food nor hold a quiet conversation until these ladies left.

The hostess who seated us seemed out of sorts and at first put us off. Our server Blake came to ask if we wanted an appetizer or drinks and everything changed: he brought out a hot mini loaf of brown bread (so yummers with butter!), he took our drink orders, and said , "Ladies first." when my husband and I stated that we knew what we wanted. My chicken on the barbie (see photo) was seasoned great, the fries were crispy and not over-seasoned, and I didn't need a take home box. My husband's steak was a bit underdone but he loved the fries as well. Hated that we had no room for dessert.

1st time there. Food was good. Never had bacon on salmon so that was a nice new treat. Service was ok. The all you can eat shrimp is worth it. The garlic shrimp is very good. Happy hour m-f 3-6pm or 9pm till close.

Went here to celebrate an anniversary in our family. I knew exactly what I wanted before looking at a menu as I am a creature of habit haha. My absolute favorite drink of the cocktail menu is the Huckleberry Hooch! It is the perfect balance of flavor and alcohol made with moonshine. The fried mac n cheese is my fave appetizer. I tried one of the new combos which was the blooming chicken and steak. Was it the greatest dish in the world?? No, but again I am a creature of habit. The food was not fresh or good. We ordered alfredo pasta with chicken and shrimp and the pasta was not fresh at all and also it didnot have enough sauce. I asked for extra sauce but also it was not good. We ordered the steak and it was not marinated at all. We also ordered the shrimps plate and it was not good. We also order lobster tail and it was not fresh or delicious. The only thing that was good in our order was the burger and the dessert was great. We liked the choco brownie dessert it was delicious and juicy. Also the burger was good. Otherwise all of the other orders were not good at all. I hope that if we tried this restaurant one more time, our whole experience will change from bad to good. As we faced a bad experience in our dinner while we were having hosts. Also the service was very very slow and we stayed like 40 minutes until we werw seated while 60% of the tables were empty, but they said they have shortage in the staff.

This was my second time ever at an outback steakhouse. The waitress was great, the food was not very good. My fried chicken Sammie tasted like burnt fry oil. The blooming onion tasted the same. There was a family behind us with teenage young adult kids. They were talking about inappropriate things like drug use and parties. They cussed a lot and very loud. To the point my 9 year old asked me why they were cussing so much. To which my only reply was " because they aren't smart enough to come up with normal sentences." Overall, I will not be going back. I should have just waited the 2.5-hour wait to get in Texas Roadhouse.

Service was good but the steak was not cooked as asked, and when the dessert was taking too long we asked for it to go and they gave us balsamic vinegar instead of raspberry sauce?? It was barely 8:00 on a Thursday, left feeling unsatisfied and it only got worse when arriving home and trying to revive the night over a slice of balsamic cheesecake.

They have a promotion on their website saying they have 7 dollar drinks everyday so when I got there I inquire about the drinks. I was told they have no idea what I was talking even after I showed them the advertisement on my phone. We still ordered drinks anyway. They taste like they should have only cost 7 dollars, very waterd down. We ordered the steak dip from the appetizer menu, it was very tasty. I ordered a 18oz bone in ribeye with a Bleu cheese wedge salad and a loaded baked potato. I ordered my steak medium. They overcooked the hell out of my steak! No pink! The bake potato had no flavor and barely had any toppings on it. The wedge salad was good. My husband had the steak and shrimp pasta it also lack flavor and his steak was overcooked.

Went there during Superbowl 24 with a friend and we left not very happy. We both ordered the same, Filet Mignon medium rare. My friend got a medium (to well) but kept it and I got a medium well but denied. So my friend already finished when I got my medium rare (which tasted good then). Other things like a second round of Corona, where the lemon was forgotten, completed the not too nice experience for a 125 Dollar bill. Just one final thing - if you guys want to watch Superbowl instead of taking care about your guests - please close during this time, we did not really feel welcomed and well served as all the staff sat around the (empty) bar and partly forgot about the few customers.

9:15, at night, you’d think they’d want to come take your order. We got seated right away but nobody came, so we walked out. Bad service

Man, I never thought I post a low review. I've been on a roll. I normally sit at the bar area. I feel like service is always on point there. This time, we sat at restaurant side tables. Service was bad wait time for food and drink was horrible. Also that if the waitress remembered to bring out our food or drink. I mean, i ordered water. Felt like they were waiting for it to rain to serve the water. Just awful. I'll try again maybe next year.

I don’t understand how people could eat here, the food was below average and expensive. We got to the location at around 7 and did not get out till 9:30, the service is SLOW all that time for the food to be warm and below average. Constantly would forget drinks or bring them 30 minutes later. Waitress was the only thing holding the place together. The only seasoning used here was salt and alot of it, other than that everything tasted the same just over salted.

The food at this restaurant not good, the prime rib was, cold, dry and look old, looked like leather shoe. I hope I won't get sick. My son's food had a curly hair in it. The happy hour, never happened, they over charge. Wouldn't go back. 🤮

2nd time we went here in a month, before that likely 20 years. Ok, wasn't happy last time the the meal but wanted to order a steak since that's their claim to fame. I want to emphasize that both times the service was excellent. This time ordered the Nashville wings...WAY too much seasoning, nearly unedible if it wasn't for the blue cheese dressing to kill the flavor of the seasoning. Wife had the prime rib sandwich that tasted very odd...possibly bad cheese since it had a sour milk flavor. My expensive $32 Flame cooked rib eye wasn't even 1/2" thick, very tough, grissley...nowhere near what a $32 steak should look like at a "steakhouse". Gave you guys 2 chances and will not give a 3rd, too many other choices in the area to waste anymore money here

Walking back from the restroom to the table I slipped on something they left on the floor fell all the way on my back and hurt my wrist. I immediately told the front workers so they could clean it up so that someone else would not fall like me or at least put a sign. Then I sat down at my table. The whole time I was there they never cleaned it up or put a sign. See picture attached this is the slid mark from my shoe and how far I slid before I fell. Also once we got out food the salad was drowned in dressing to the point it was not edible and the steak was so over seasoned it was inedible as well. Do not come to this location. It is not worth the service or the price. Will not be coming back.

We went to Outback for dinner one night. We ordered steak and lobster.. my meat was under cooked it was very pink to red I couldn't eat it because it was so red. After we got done eating dinner I told the waitress I wanted to order dessert for us to take home. It was about 10 minutes before close, she informs me that they were closing within 10 min and the kitchen was getting ready to close therefore we couldn't order dessert to TAKE HOME. My husband was furious. When she said that he got up and walked out. Our dinner ticket was over $150 and for that kind of money I would expect better service than what we received. We will probably never return to that Outback ever again.

I went on a Saturday night and it was busy I didn’t mind this and I decided to wait for our table which only took 30 minutes. When we got to our table the waitress came fast, but she didn’t give her name. I asked for the platypus drink and water for my beverages. I got the platypus drink but not my water which I was disappointed about. We ordered the blooming onion appetizer which wasn’t to our liking but that’s no big deal we just had higher hopes for its flavor. We also ordered two blooming onion burgers but instead of the burgers we were given stake sandwiches instead. They were very chewy and definitely not what we asked for or wanted. My boyfriend really wanted a burger and was really upset about this. Through out the time there our server never came back to check on us while being very engaged to the other customers around us. We decided to pay right after we got our sandwiches then our server came and asked if we wanted to go boxes we said yes because we didn’t want to waste food she gave us two boxes and no bag to carry them out as she gave others. These may seem like small things but these small issues ruined our perception of Outback stake-house and we plan on never eating here again.

We ordered 5 meals 2 were chicken tenders 1st meal was found light brown eyelash hair the person eating it dark hair, 2nd tenders were cold and unseasoned, meal 3 was sirloin it was cold after the first 2. bites , meal 4 was a supposed to be a a nice steak instead handed a half ass sirloin asked waiter about it he said that it was not chat gpt even said it was a sirloin,meal 5 fried shrimp looked extremely eh and unflavored. both steaks no flavor too . image below was the half asses “non sirloin “

The updated look is definitely lacking, having no outdoorsy vibes anymore. The first drink I got came out in a dirty glass. To try and salvage the dinner I chose not to complain and just drank through the straw. Our waiter literally never made eye contact with me. He asked if we wanted another round, we all said yes, but my drink was forgotten. When it was brought out it was missing ingredients and the straw. Literally haven't been here in years and won't be back any time soon.

Third time in a month and it has only got worse. Steak over cooked. Salad full of stuff you toss. Beer flat and stinky. Used to be my favorite place for the last 20 years. Prices have increased and quality food has decreased. The kitchen needs to be improved. PS pic was suppose to be medium/medium rare
