Place is amazing I’ll drive the extra 10 minutes to go to kinderhook instead of hudson... hudson gets my order wrong all the time where the one in kinderhook never got my order wrong and has a better staff 100%

This is my favorite breakfast spot. They make the best bagels in the world I don't even like to eat any other bagels. They also have a holy moly coffee that is out this world.

I ordered online a Bagel tray with Assortment of Cream Cheese this past Sunday on 01/22/2022 after a close friends sudden death of his mother and it was a late order but received a call at 8am confirming order took payment over phone , easy pick up..it was beyond Amazing fresh and everyone enjoyed after a trying few days.. 5 Star's Bagel Tyme !!

OMG, so good! I’ve driven past this place so many times since my vet is in Valatie but never stopped. Today I had gotten a bad coffee somewhere else so when I was going to be passing, I figured I’d stop in and try so I could get a decent coffee. I’m so glad I did! The woman working the counter was super kind, price was affordable and the coffee AND food is delicious. I got a caramel latte that is the perfect amount of sweet. I also got a fresh bagel that is sooooo fresh with honey walnut cream cheese, freakin delicious! Will be stopping by more in the future!

I’ve lived all over the country, including Brooklyn and these Bagels are the best. The sandwich fillings are quality and the bagels and whipped cream cheese never disappoint. Service is quick. I do wish the coffee were better or that they had espresso drinks but the bagels and toppings are far superior to the other bagel place in town that tourists rave about.

Been coming here since I was a child in their old location! By far the best NYC style bagels including most bagel places in NYC! All of their bagels are amazing, if they run out of my usual flavor(which hardly happens since they are made daily all day) I tell them to just surprise me and I’ve never had a bad flavor. The French toast bagel is a particular favorite and I love that they have “mini bagels” for my baby nephew to chomp on when my sister comes to visit. To this day, when she comes she always asks for bagel tyme for breakfast because our whole family loves them..even got my brother who was a New Yorker for many years and cut out bread awhile back hooked on them. The whole staff is so sweet and amazing I dont know how they always hire the best workers but they do. Absolutely never had a bad experience here! They did get my order wrong once a few years back but I was in a hurry so I didn’t notice until I left. I ended up absolutely loving the sandwich anyway and order it all the time now so I can’t really complain about that. Overall great food, great service, for those who complain about the price, you’re paying for a quality product that is generous and delicious. If that’s too much to ask go to DD and get a cheap, reheated, 3 day old bagel instead. I’ll support my local business that provides quality food and excellent smiles of service everyday!

So tasty! My favorite is the lox and cream cheese made deluxe, with tomato onion and capers! I also enjoy their coffee "flavor of the month". My favorites that they've had are funfetti cake and snickerdoodle, but I've never had one I did not enjoy. The bagels are the best you can get outside NYC. There are so many flavors of bagels and cream cheese to choose from, so you can go every weekend for a year and still not have tried everything! Would recommend to anybody who's in the area looking for a high quality breakfast/ brunch.

Before the covit my wife and I used to visit, we were always happy with the food. 6 years later, I'm riding the bike trail I look over, and there is the old bagle shop, which has not changed excellent food..try it

With a couple locations in my area I like to grab a quick bagle with cream cheese. Usually a French toast bagle with strawberry cream cheese. The ice coffees are good too. I do recommend using cash since they do have a minimum of $7.00 for CC or personally I use a refillable gift card which I add credit on when I don't have cash and make a purchase under $7.00

BagelTyme is always Delicious! They're pretty quick even in a long drivethru line. Down sides..expensive & always forget the 2nd egg on my double egg n cheese😕

Counter staff rocks and bagels are really great, especially a little warm. Sandwiches come quick and fresh. Busier each time I go in. Prices better than competition. Plenty of seating, and drive-thru, to boot

The "cappuccino latte" was a little bit of coffee and a lot of cold milk. No frothing or steaming was done - it was given to me luke warm. I had them reheat it but it was still awful. Shouldn't put things on the menu that you can't make. Sandwiches were good although not sliced in half. Service was friendly but a little slow. Lots of parking and seating. I'd visit for sandwiches and basic drinks but don't order that "cappuccino latte."

Good food but got my order wrong 3 times in 2 weeks amd i only go twice a week. Ive gotten all the way home to find out my daughters bagel wasnt accounted for and mine wasnt made correctly. Which all sucks because the food is AMAZING

Rude staff. I stopped going here and I'm local. The guy was arrogant, older brunette was nasty.

Definitely not what they used to be. If you order a bagel toasted with cream cheese it will be toasted but not hot and will be kind of stale, like they pretoasted and it sits around until somebody orders it. If you get something like sausage egg and cheese on a bagel it will definitely be rubbery because it is all microwaved.

Waited 20 minutes for a bacon egg and cheese and it’s absolutely disgusting.

Went there for bagels I got them home and they were all burnt on the inside if I wanted burnt bagels I would have gone to dunkin dounts definitely won't be back

Ive been going to Bagel Tyme for ages. They have the best, freshest bagels in the County.

The last 10+ times I have gotten a simple bacon, egg, and cheese, they never make it correctly and are always missing something on the sandwich. I am going to start saving myself $8 - $12 a day and make breakfast at home, at least it all be correct.

None of the employees wore masks. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese hard roll. My egg was not full cooked and slimy. My bacon was chewy and the hard roll was burnt. Awful experience. Staff was unpleasant. Would not go here again, especially with the pandemic and the refusal of the staff to wear masks.

Foods good but they don’t know how to take an order to save their life. Past two times completely wrong. Didn’t think it was that hard. Third time I went, boyfriend spoke very slowly and we finally got it right!

Bagels were stale or a day old. Eggs cooked in microwave. Plus they charge you 5% for using your card, on top of inflated prices.
