The place is on the main road leading to Livigno from Bormio. There are several free parking spaces outside. I think the highlight is the croissants, which are very good and warm (at least both times we went). The coffee is also very good, and the prices are reasonable considering the surrounding area. The staff is friendly, and the service is quick and courteous.

It's 3:00 in the afternoon, and I'm in Valdidentro, a small village in the upper valley. I can't find an open restaurant, when suddenly, next to the ski lifts, I stumble upon a bar with beautiful flowers outside, undoubtedly cultivated by delicate and kind hands. As soon as I walk in the door, I'm greeted with a wonderful smile. A woman in her forties, despite being busy making coffee, turns around and greets me with a savoir faire worthy of a five-star hotel. I politely ask if there's a snack available, and in the blink of an eye, I'm presented with a list of gastronomic specialties and excellences that I'm already licking my lips over. I opt for a Valtellina sandwich with mushroom sauce and a beer to go with it. I'm sitting outside, and like in the best fairy tales, a very pretty girl with Nordic features and a Mediterranean physique appears and places my sandwich on the table with a kindness I'll always remember. It goes without saying that everything is delicious; the sandwich is exceptional, the female figures even more so. It goes without saying that this will become a regular stop for me until the gentleman wants me with him.

We stopped at this bar for an aperitivo and some shelter from the freezing cold outside. We sat at a table and were promptly served. The Spritz was good, accompanied by a small platter of appetizers. The prices were reasonable.

I stayed at the splendid Nira Mountain Resort and wandered into this café, right across the street, attracted by the excellent reviews. The croissants were truly excellent, and the service was okay. But as a tourist who loves Stelvio National Park and the surrounding nature, I was really disappointed to find a petition on the counter protesting the presence of wolves in the park. Of course, everyone is free to express their opinion, but personally, I'll find another café for my breakfast.
