Recensioni di Al Vecchio >Mulino Valdurasca - La Spezia
A go-to for family lunches and dinners with friends or business meetings for years now. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the menu offers typical local cuisine, with generous portions. The panigacci with a variety of cured meats and cheeses are delicious. The ravioli with ragù and the testaroli with pesto are simply exquisite. The grilled meats are also very good. Excellent value for money. Congratulations!

We ate at this unassuming restaurant. We hadn't made a reservation, yet the staff found us a seat. We don't speak a word of Italian, but they were really patient and super nice, with a smile from ear to ear. We had the meat ravioli, the tagliatelle with pesto, and the panigacci (the server explained to us how they were eaten locally). Incredible restaurant! The quality is beyond expectations for unbeatable food! Incredible value for money! We would definitely recommend it!
Excellent place to try testaroli and panigacci. Both dishes are very tasty. Plus, if you're patient enough to stop for a moment to watch the fire heating the testi, you can watch the panigacci being prepared and cooked. It's a spectacle. I've been told the meat is also very good, but I'll try this one next time. Definitely a place to stop at least once when you're in the area. Reservations are essential, because, given the low prices—which is obviously a great thing—it's packed. Well done guys, keep it up!
Absolutely phenomenal meal. Recommend the tagliere to try the local meats
We spent seven days in Ceparana, and what a find this restaurant was! We went on our host's recommendation, and we highly recommend it! We went twice to try as many dishes as possible, from the antipasti to the various pasta dishes and meat dishes, not forgetting the panigacci—you can order with your eyes closed! Everything is a delight! And the desserts provide an exceptional finale to the meal! Special mention goes to the waiter and the team who add a truly authentic touch to this place. You get off the beaten tourist track and experience a real immersion in regional cuisine! If you like wine, try it too; it's very good!
Amazing experience, food is great. Recommend to try panigacci.
The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The food is fresh and excellent. I recommend trying something different every time because you'll never cease to be amazed by the deliciousness! I highly recommend the homemade ravioli, porchetta, mixed antipasto, and grilled pork!
My compliments to Massimiliano! He was a very kind and friendly person from start to finish, and thanks to the guys in the bakery and kitchen for their dedication! My wife and I had a wonderful time, the food was fantastic, and Massimiliano was so welcoming. ❤️ We'll be back. ❤️ ((The only flaw was the atmosphere. It WAS A LITTLE COLD.))
It was so much fun eating ligurian panigacci with crudities and cheese. Whether it was prosciutto, salami, pancetta, or gorgonzola, a homely feeling came back to me as I was spreading them or putting them into the bread. Let's not even talk about that insane tiramisu, I was blown away. The waiter was talkative and funny, especially when he knew we were multilingual, so he would swing between languages at each serving.

We showed up last minute on a Sunday no reservation and in true Italian style the seated all 8 of us. Then the food started coming and was perfect. The filets on the skewer, the meat and cheeses and the topper was the raviolis! Hands down the best Ravioli I’ve had. We are already planning to include this restaurant in our trip to Italy next year! A true treasure!!

We loved the location of this restaurant. It is a typical italian restaurant. The prices are good for the portions and the personal was really nice and friendly to us. All in all was it a nice dinner.
Excellent local restaurant with extraordinary spirit!! You have to try panigaci!
Panigacci al top.

Horible service, mediocre food for which you have to wait 50 minutes to find out that the order was massed up. The majority of the customers ordered pizza, so maybe stick with that. The wine was good, if it counts.
