El sitio tiene un ambiente acogedor, moderno pero sin perder ese toque familiar que te hace sentir a gusto. El personal fue muy amable y atento, siempre con buena disposición. El servicio fue rápido y todo salió como esperaba. Los precios están bien para la calidad y cantidad que ofrecen. Ideal tanto para ir con amigos como en pareja. Me gustó que todo estaba bien cuidado, desde la presentación hasta el trato. Una experiencia muy agradable que sin duda repetiré en otra ocasión.

After walking by this restaurant a few times, we were attracted by the good looking skewer poster and decided to give it a try. That's why we were disappointed when told that it wasn't available. Since we're seated already, might as well finish dinner here and so glad we did. The grilled squid and pasta were fantastic! We opened a bottle of wine and ended this wonderful meal with a yummy dessert. Service was exceptional as well. Highly recommend.

Ingrid really helped us pick a nice wine of our taste. And also was very sweet. Food was great, not expensive, we would recommend you to go here if you want some nice pasta or pizza.

El restaurante estaba hasta arriba de gente y los camareros iban un poco estresados, nos advirtieron que la comida tardaría en salir pero al final salió a tiempo. La comida estaba buena a excepción de la ensalada con beicon que solo sabía a lechuga. El precio algo elevado.

Muy muy muy rica la comida, los postres y los vinos. El servicio al cliente es también muy muy bueno y amable. Fuimos a comer 4 y nos pusieron en la parte de arriba. Estaba bastante lleno ese día, pero nos atendieron muy rápido y la comida no tardó la verdad, eso es un punto muy positivo. Aunque, si tuviera que remarcar algo negativo/que no me acabó de agradar es el baño de arriba. Ya que el restaurante es de una calidad muy buena y cuando fui al baño me chocó lo diferente que era acorde al restaurante, pero estaba limpio la verdad. Si hablamos del precio, es caro. La cuenta nos salió por 120€ (Unos 30€ cada persona). ¿Volvería? Pues si, volveré algún día ya que fué una experiencia muy buena.

Teníamos hambre y estábamos en el centro de Valencia. Entramos en el restaurante con buenas expectativas y nos hemos decepcionado. Pedimos una ración de bravas. Y por supuesto no eran caseras. No pasa nada. La expectativa era la pizza, que como podéis ver en la foto tenía muy buena pinta. Entre dos personas hemos comido 3 trozos porque simplemente la masa estaba empapada, una consistencia muy rara. A lo mejor no dimos suerte este día, pero no tenemos ganas de volver a probar. La atención es buena, tanto el camarero como el personal son atentos.

We did not have a good time here. Gave up our reservation to a different place since we were tired and wanted to eat somewhere nearby, big mistake. We were walking along the area and thought, okay, looks like a decent place. But everything that we got was not good at all. My mom had Hawaiian pizza, and yes that's not really legit Italian, but the quality of the pizza in general was so poor. I had salmon carpaccio for my appetizer and it felt like they just got packaged smoked salmon and put it on a plate with extra garnish. We also never got our gambas because they accidentally jotted down fried shrimp instead. And we were waiting on tbe gambas and never received it. The risotto and carbonara were just okay. Looking at the Google reviews, perhaps we should have had dessert as it looked pretty good. Didn't get to take a photo of our food since we were tired and felt a bit frustrated with the orders. However, a lot of the tables were ordering a particular dish. I think it's a calzone. Maybe that's good, but I wouldn't know.

The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, and the terrace is pleasant, but the experience was a bit mixed. We had to wait a long time for one of our dishes, which was frustrating. Also, the terrace tends to smell strongly of smoke because people are smoking nearby, which makes it less enjoyable. The food itself was decent, and the staff was polite, but overall it didn’t stand out. It’s an okay place to eat, but there are better options nearby.

Locationwise: in the heart of downtown VLC, only 150 - 200 m from Plaza de Toros & Vlc train Station Nord! Just in a shopping street among shops and other eateries… So… don’t expect the best of the best food, as it is NOT! But… honestly, also not bad, no… it was ok … whatelse would you expect in such an A- shopping location… But the pizza was good of taste and definitely full with ingredients… in my case: ham & mushrooms. Nowadays… you have to search for these ingredients… We also ordered a pork tenderloin with gorgonzola sauce… that was also not bad at all. Portions are big… quality/price wise, ok.. conform location. Glad that I tried it, but for me, its not an eatery where I have to come back, when in Valencia… Seating outside on the terrace is fun… seeing a lot of movements… And view at the Plaza de Toros…

Mal servicio y peor comida. Camareras prepotentes, lentas y con un trato fatal sobre todo la morena de tatuajes y uñas largas (para servir... ejem) que nos sirvió de malas formas porque tenia una compañera que no sabia mucho. Nos cobraron mal sin aplicar el descuento y la mala compañera le echaba la culpa a la pobre chica nueva que se fue a un rincón. La comida... pésima, pasta pasada, champiñones malos y salsa de bote, pizzas quemadas que hacían que nos ahogaramos en el salón de arriba. El restaurante un chiste, se cayó un trozo de "pared" mientras comíamos porque es papel pegado. No nos hicieron el descuento, no me di cuenta y pague a través de esta app y no me querian devolver el dinero por ello. La camarera alzando la voz y montando un numerito... todo bochornoso y para no volver. Se les olvidó quitar el descuento en un día de mascleta y lo pagaron con nosotros... xq ya al llegar nos pusieron mala cara al decir que veníamos con the fork porque se les olvidó quitarlo en día de mascleta

El servicio es pésimo. Uno de los camareros nos estaba vacilando continuamente y haciendo gestos inadecuados. La comida sin más. Hemos pedido un risita rústico y era solo arroz cocido encima, sin sal. Pedimos la cuenta y nos han cobrado el risoto sin haberlo comido porque lo hemos devuelto completo. Finalmente lo hemos reclamado y nos lo han quitado de la cuenta. Una vergüenza porque podía sacar un gran potencial a ese restaurante en el centro de Valencia y no es así. No vamos a volver.

On October 17th, 2024, my girlfriend and I decided to dine at this restaurant after reading many positive reviews. We were in the mood for Italian cuisine. My girlfriend ordered pasta, and I opted for a pizza. Shortly after the food arrived, my girlfriend noticed a small hair on the edge of her plate. While this shouldn’t happen, we chose not to make an issue since it was at the edge and hadn’t really touched the food. Unfortunately, the taste of both the pasta and the pizza was quite average and didn’t live up to the price. However, the size of the pizza was fair. Things took a turn for the worse when, upon reaching the second-to-last slice of my pizza, I found another hair baked into the crust. This was particularly unpleasant as it was clear that the hair had gotten into the dough before the pizza was even cooked. I immediately notified the waitress, who took my plate away without offering an explanation or asking if I’d like to keep the last uncontaminated slice. A few minutes later, a different waitress asked if I wanted another pizza. Given that I had already eaten most of the first one, a second full pizza wasn’t a feasible option, and I explained that to her. She walked away without offering any alternative, such as a complimentary dessert or drink. At no point did anyone apologize for the incident. To make matters worse, when we received the bill, I was charged for the pizza in full. This felt incredibly unfair, considering what had happened and the fact that no alternative solution was offered. Should I have just accepted a free replacement pizza, eaten one slice, and left the rest? Ridiculous. While a hair in food can occasionally happen, the staff’s lack of proper handling and service was unacceptable. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service in a situation like this. I cannot recommend this restaurant.
