I don’t know what happened but lately the coffee has become terrible. There is no milk foam that should be in latte. I don’t understand what is the problem, did they change a milk or its barista, but latte is not latte anymore.

I had to do a bit of work after having to leave my airbnb so I came here. I had a salmon bagel which was dry. The coffee was fine, the tables were filthy and sticky, the aircon was freezing and WiFi was kinda useless.

I ordered an americano with milk. The girl who served me my americano did not add milk. Told me no when I asked for milk and said that when I order, I must ask for milk as it costs extra.....which I did! Then she put the tiniest bit of milk in. Really bad and really rude. Put off by this experience and will not be returning or recommending.

There is a reason why Starbucks has put a separate cup for SOY milk. When I order a VEGAN - SOY drink don’t mix it in the blender cup for Dairy! Educate your rude employee. For the record this was on 16.7 at about 21:45 I ordered an iced matcha.

SO BAD!!! If you want to ruin your vacation, come here. I travel all over the world. Everywhere this brand works with high service. In Valencia, in this cafe, they will do everything to ruin your morning. The girl took my order - she made a mistake in my order, but did not apologize, but used foul language and said "if you don't like it, get lost"... I often went to this cafe, the first time I saw this girl. I asked the manager to resolve the issue, but the manager smiled impudently and did not apologize. All Starbucks service standards are violated in this place in Valencia. I do not recommend visiting this place. rudeness and a ruined mood are guaranteed! Kristina
