Worst McDonald's ever, slow and always gets the order wrong, plus everything is always cold. Out of 5 times... 5 times something was missing or the order was wrong. For example, the last time at the drive-thru I ordered 6 nuggets from the app and they gave me 4, a 500ml drink and they gave me the 400ml one, other times something was completely missing. It's not possible that they get something wrong every time... EVERY TIME!

For the umpteenth time, after buying takeout, some products were missing. A 9-pack of nuggets was missing, and the 6-pack of nuggets only had 5 pieces. Terrible as usual. I recommend going elsewhere.

I've never written reviews, but this time I'm forced to. Not a single thing on the two menus is good. On one I found a bite on the bread, on the other bacon stuck out of the sandwich. Other times they don't provide straws or forks for the bacon-filled fries (I'm talking about drive-thru, obviously). After making me wait over half an hour, I even see them outside smoking. Change the staff, please!

You guys are awful! I arrived after ordering from the app, and the place was almost empty, so you weren't in any hurry. They served me a greasy bag from the window with four menus inside... the fries upside down and free to wander... and four glasses of Coke split between two paper cups covered with plastic wrap! Are you kidding me??? How was I supposed to carry that stuff home if I were alone? They didn't even give me a bag for the drinks because "otherwise they might tip over." Not to mention the way the sandwiches were arranged... It's not the first time you've done things wrong, but this time you've completely outdone yourselves. People pay for proper service. If you can't offer it, at least let me know in advance.

At the register, I ordered the Moroccan Menu for €1.90, which included a croissant! When asked what I wanted, I told her which ones were included and listed the flavors. I chose pistachio. When paying, the price was the total, not the offer! So I asked her to cover the offer behind the register, so she moved toward the department manager, who declared that the offer was for the classic croissant, which I hadn't been offered/declared, unlike my explicit request. She complained to the department manager about the lack of transparency in their operations! Service rating: "terrible."

One of my worst experiences of McDonald's. Maybe we timed it wrong but massive queue, dirty tables, cold chips, overflowing bins, incorrect items and stressed staff. An experience to be forgotten.
