The food was delicious, our waitress Azaria was fantastic. She was fun, friendly and made helpful suggestions. The sequence of receiving the yummy biscuits, salad to the main entree, and refilling drinks was impressive. Definitely the best service we have had in a long while.

The food a little while to come out but the Servers were excellent! Debbie was our main Server who did great, and Crystal came and assisted her, was stellar with making sure we were accommodated.

3rd visit at this location - near perfect as always. Lunch specials are a great value, I just wish they had more gluten free options.

Went in tonight because we were displaced from the fires and had no power in our area and wanted something good to eat. Our server was Leslie and the service was outstanding. She was freindly and very attentive to our needs. She made fresh coffee and brought us fresh hot buiscuits and came back to check on us often. It took our minds off of the chaos of the day and the even pace of food had us leaving happy and full. We had the chicken strips dinner, the sweet chili shrimp, the popcorn shrimp and the sirlion and grilled shrimp and it was perfect. Compliments to the chef! 😀 We knew we could count on your resteraunt to not let us down. We look foward to returning again in the future Great service Fresh seafood and live lobsters. I got to say, that Red lobster hasn't been having the freshest of seafood in recent years. But today I was pleasantly surprised when everything was absolutely great! First the cheddar bay biscuits came! Piping hot! Then the seafood stuffed mushrooms which are normally pretty good, were off the hook! Then the fried calamari came! It was fire 🔥🔥 I don't like when calamari is just chewy. This came so crisp and delicious. So I'm already thinking 3 for 3... Then I got the ultimate feast. This comes with crab legs a lobster tail shrimp scampi I got a baked potato with sour cream and the stuff you know. And it comes with Walt's famous Breaded shrimp 🍤. Whatever they're doing now is good because the crab tasted very good which is usually hit and miss so I was very delighted. The lobster was also exquisite. Kudos to Red lobster because whatever they're doing, just keep doing it!

Had a wonderful dining experience at the Vallejo location. Every employee my husband and I had the pleasure of meeting was super friendly, the manager on duty was a lovely young lady who came out and answered all our questions. We will definitely be back to see the bar tender Denise as well, good drinks and even better conversation! Our food was cooked just to our liking, we sent our compliments to the chef(s)! Came in on a Wednesday for the steak and lobster special, thinking about coming back on a Tuesday for the crab..yum! I visited Vallejo Red Lobster 10-19 at 6:20 pm . I was seated right away and greeted by Crystal that she would be with us shortly. (she has amazing energy) There was another table that was seated after us being taken care of by another server. Also Crystal was handling a table who had ordered food before us, she apologized for the delay in their food coming . I noticed because a young boy was anxious about his food coming and the time left before 7:00. She then took our order after apologizing to us for the delay. Crystal kept saying things were backed up and she apologized again to the family with the young boy - finally, the food came for the family with the young boy, but I noticed that the table that was seated after us were served food before both of Crystal‘s tables. While Crystal serve the table with the young boy. Meanwhile our food came out and was placed on the table next to us. I felt that was odd because instead of them just giving it to us, It was placed opposite of us. Once again, Crystal apologized to us not sure what happened and why our food wasn’t placed at our table . Employees like Crystal should be applauded and awarded for being able to maintain their composure, even after being completely overwhelmed with tables, being backed up in food, not being given in a timely manner. As a form of restaurant owner, she exemplifies what true professionals are. She is an asset to a company like red lobster who is trying to gain the public trust back and I hope you guys realize this.

Mother’s Day Dinner at Red Lobster Vallejo – Flavor, Fun & Family Vibes We celebrated Mother’s Day at the Red Lobster in Vallejo, and the experience was absolutely worth it. My wife loves seafood, so we brought the whole family out for a special dinner—and this place delivered big time. We kicked off with those famous Cheddar Bay Biscuits. Still warm, buttery, and flaky—basically little clouds of happiness. My wife ordered the Ultimate Feast (crab legs, salmon, shrimp scampi, and grilled shrimp), and it was cooked perfectly with bold flavors in every bite. I had the Bar Harbor Lobster Bake—lobster tail, scallops, shrimp, mussels over linguini in a white wine garlic broth. It looked like something out of a food magazine and tasted just as amazing. We also shared: Signature Seafood Mushrooms – shockingly good, even for someone who doesn’t usually do mushrooms. Bacon-Wrapped Scallops – buttery, crispy, and packed with flavor. Calamari – lightly fried and flavorful, not rubbery at all. Bacon Mac & Cheese – cheesy comfort food, and the kids devoured it. Drinks? The Watermelon Lemonade and Strawberry Lemonade were tasty but a bit sweet, so we added a splash of water. Still refreshing. It was the first time some of our kids had ever been to Red Lobster, and they couldn't stop talking about how good everything tasted. We did wait close to an hour despite a reservation, which was a bummer, but the staff was friendly and made up for it once we were seated. Bonus: Before dinner, we walked over to Best Buy next door and I picked up a few cool collectibles for my collection. After dinner, we ended the night with a movie—"Sinners"—different, intense, and a perfect way to wind down. This Red Lobster is a great spot for special occasions or just when you're craving seafood done right. It’s family-friendly, flavorful, and left us full, happy, and with some great memories. Had a great lunch today. Wasn't extremely busy like most visits and our waitperson made the experience good today. She was prompt, polite and an experienced wait person. Hi my daughter and I ate here at the beginning of the year during a week day but I was not able to leave a review right away because of surgery. We had a very nice experience, the food was delicious and environment was nice . The only thing that could use some work was that the floors were a little on the smelly side and our waitress left us for quite a long time after delivering our food . These things happen and can be an easy fix . On the other hand we enjoyed the food so much that we are going back tonight. Every year we celebrate my Moms Heavenly Birthday at the location in Vallejo normal party of 28-30. We specifically requested the room in the back with Michelle upon arrival that area was taken so they sat us in the front room! After discussing with manager on duty he was able to offer a sensible resolution ! In addition we had an outstanding server name Debbie that made our experience better she did an amazing job!

We stopped by to have lunch on a Sunday and the place was pretty quiet, got seated right away. You must order the scallops wrapped in bacon, they are incredible! The menu is a lot smaller now but they still have their top menu items. Can't go wrong with ordered shrimp scampi and Walt's shrimp. Our server was very friendly and nice. Only reason I am not giving them five stars is because we did wait almost 40 mins for the main entrees. Other than that, will come back for the scallops!

It was a good place for seafood, we oldered muscles and a dozen fresh oyster as Appetizers. The oysters are big and fresh, taste really good, just l don't really understand why they put ketchup as sauce... The muscle was a little bit too salty, maybe chef just wants to show how much he/ she loves us lol... I oldered wild king crab leg with salad and mashed potatoe, my boyfriend got lobster meat with shrimp and salmon. The crab was really fresh and tasty, l love it so much! But for my boyfriend, he doesn't really enjoy the lobster meat cause taste not that fresh... Anyway, it's a good place for eat seafood, but if you want really fresh fresh seafood, maybe somewhere will be better. BTW, the free bread (Forgot the exactly name) was delicious!

Everything was great! Except for one thing, Sasha I believe is her name., the front hostess. That young girl has an attitude like you will not believe it. For all the times that I've eaten at Red Lobster I never had a bad meal. We tried the seafood boil and it was good. We've seen the post of the entry of this item and was skeptical but once we learned that the new CEO listened to his customers good or bad we had to try. We know this isn't a tradition seafood boil place it it was flavorful. Our server was polite and pleasant but I did not like the fact that he reached over my food and me to serve others on the other side of the table. It just bothers me to the core. He could have walked around to serve the others. As you walk into the establishment you can smell the stench of the bathroom and it have notice this each time I've walked in. My daughter thought it was the tank of lobsters. Now how does that sound. All i can positivity say is the food was good. Please address/correct the others mention especially the bathroom PLEASE! Could just be a ventilation problem.

The biscuits were quite tasty w/ butter & he re-filled them. All our entrees were delicious. The bill was reasonable, especially with a couple gift cards to use. The two cocktails were a bit too sweet & pricey @ $13.99. Otherwise, an enjoyable evening. Nice atmosphere with the tank of lobsters in the entree way. Go try sometime!

I ordered the Caribbean Rock Lobster tail and a 6oz. Fillet. Presentation was good but the lobster was over cooked and I clearly didn’t receive a 6oz. Fillet. I’m not knocking Red Lobster, just the meal that I received. I’ve had the same basic meal in Trinidad, Saint Lucia, Jamaica, Vancouver, Calgary and NY. this year alone so yes.......... it was over cooked and a strip steak is nothing like a Fillet. Food establishments need to be more careful with putting out product that is not correct. There are a lot of people out here that practically live on the road, eating out every day and night. We know what food tastes like, we know what food looks like. If you are out of a certain product, say so don’t send it out and call it something else. BatesX3

They're trying to revive Red Lobster. High prices mediocre food. Not a good price to value. If you're in an area with limited choices then give them a chance. But, if you are in a city with lots of their choices try something else. Spent $100 with tip and no drinks not even soda or tea.

Caveat emptor. I was unaware of this area's reputation and parked in a blind spot between security cameras, and someone broke into my car while I was eating. When I informed the staff they said "Yeah, this happens all the time." My experience inside was an otherwise typical Red Lobster experience with acceptable food and prices.

Waitress was helpful.. steak was covered with libster sause when i order it off... new steak was very raw, when i ordered medium well... however.. the rest of my dinner party enjoyed their lobster and the salmon was perfect.

I love red lobster, but this location smells awful when you walk in drainage problems its low key not satisfying to smell while you wait to be seated. Other that that service was top tear my server was on point.

Nice place to eat. Wait service was super nice and helpful. Server was newish but did good. Not very many dairy free options... At all. They have an awesome allergen menu which let's you look quickly at what's in every dish by allergy. This was my first impression of a red lobster and I admit it was better than anticipated.

I ordered fish and chips, substituted a loaded baked potato for chips. It came with a huge piece of fish, but as I took a bite, it was all batter, no fish. It was so overcooked that the fish shriveled up into a leathery strip at the bottom which I could not even chew. The baked potato was good and I had a piece of cake. The server was cheerful and friendly, but we had no utensils and excused herself after our food came to wait on a large party that arrived. The hostess took over and was fine. One other in our party said her food was overcooked. We had gift cards from Christmas, which was the only reason why we chose this high priced place. Long John Silver's drive thru could have put this place to shame, at a quarter of the price. I won't go to the Vallejo, CA Red Lobster ever again.

Not Sure, this picture shows the smallest potato in the world, but it cost me over seven dollars after the minimal amount of toppings was added! Everyone knows a potato does not cost anywhere close to five dollars.

First, when my granddaughter and I walked into the establishment, the staff looked at us like we had extra heads growing out of our foreheads for several seconds before addressing us. Our server spilled my water all over our table as he took our order for food and drinks. Then he proceeded to ignore my repeated requests for another glass water. I eventually had to walk to the bar to get it myself. Mind you, I spent close to $150 on 2 people. Never again!

So, ordered food to go. I got a cup of lobster bisque and popcorn shrimp. The lobster bisque is nowhere near warm and only served half the cup!! $10 for half a cup of soup. Come on Red Lobster, do better.

Place was dark, but we were lucky to get request a booth with a beautiful view of the mountains. After being seated, we placed our order and the waitress was apparently at a computer looking at the internet. She was so distracted that she forgot about us and our food sat under the headlamps too long. Asparagus and Orzo rice were way too dry. Not even edible. She said she was going to give us a discount which never happened and she tried to give us a bag of biscuits to make up for it. Nevertheless, the meal was not worth it. Thank goodness we paid most of it from a gift card.

The lack of attention to customers at this establishment is glaringly evident. We were left waiting while listening to the waitresses argue about who would take our table. The staff seemed to be a group of young individuals with zero customer service skills. Their unprofessionalism made the experience frustrating and unpleasant. It felt like we would have been better off elsewhere.. we came in around 430pm today! But what can you expect from Red Lobster honestly...

Over 3 hours from the time we walked in, until we were finally able to leave. The long wait (50 minutes but they told us when we checked in) is fine. The 15 minutes to put out orders was not great. The hour and 15 for our food to come out was excessive. Would have been a bit better if they had remembered all of our food, or gotten the order correct. When the bill finally arrived, after asking twice, they over charged us.

We were a party of 5. I was very surprised by the food and service we received. The food came out half cooked. The shrimp were still gummy inside. The food was missing ingredients from the pasta as well as the food being cold. I was so dissatisfied. We sent some items back and asked for the manager. The lady that came out was very rude and said they did not have many cooks so the district or either regional manager was cooking??? I was so confused. I switched put my shrimp pasta to the Cajun Chicken Pasta she said it would be an additional $9 dollar's? Isn't shrimp more expensive than chicken?? My meal was already $29. 95. The lady who said she was the manager said the price up was due to the cook not having that item prepared. That made absolutely no sense. I still wonder if she was the Manager or a Shift Manager... terrible customer service, terrible food. Do not waste your money. You might get sick from food prepared unsafely. Would not recommend.

I used to love place. Food was good service was good staff was great. Who could forget "Sparkle". If your a regular you would remember her. Tonight I was disappointed. Wait time was 45 minutes to 1 hour when the hostess says 15 minutes. Why do they do that? If you really want to eat there you will if your told an hour. After being seated it took 15 minutes to see a waiter. Another 10 before we received silverware and menus. The waiter took our drink order and we received them 20 minutes later. Are meals arrived cooled and different times. I could go on but you get the picture.

Expecting some understanding from the manager, we approached them for guidance and support. However, their behavior was far from satisfactory. They displayed impatience with our nervousness and made minimal effort to assist us. Instead of being a calming presence during our time of need, the manager's dismissive attitude only heightened our frustration and disappointment. Unfortunately, this experience made me question the level of security provided at the establishment. The fact that such incidents seem to happen regularly, as indicated by the lack of concern from the staff, is an alarming realization. As a customer, it is disheartening to see a business place so little importance on the safety and well-being of its patrons. I strongly urge anyone considering dining at this Red Lobster location to reconsider their decision. The lackadaisical attitude of the attendants and the unsympathetic behavior of the manager are clear indications of a business that fails to prioritize customer satisfaction and assistance. In conclusion, my experience at Red Lobster was nothing short of a nightmare. The complete lack of empathy and assistance displayed by the staff, combined with the dismissive and unsupportive attitude of the manager, left me feeling utterly let down. Sunday Oct 13. Arrived at 7:10. Washed hands, seated by 7:15. Hostess was lovely. Our booth was right against the divider for the bar. Restaurant was not busy. Normally we have a great experience with all the servers there. We had never seen this server before. Server came by at 7:20 to say he would be back soon to take our order. He did not drop off biscuits or water. 7:30 he finally came back and we ordered. $100 worth of food and drink. I specifically ask for biscuits. 7:35 he came back because he forgot part of our order. He did not bring biscuits or water. 7:40, still no biscuits or water. 7:45, still nothing. 7:50, still nothing. We are all hungry and I'm confused as to why we have been sitting there for 35 minutes without a single biscuit or glass of water (much less the $30 worth of beverages we ordered) on our table. When I finally see him on the floor again (at a different table), I walk over to him, tell him we are leaving, and we walk out. If he had dropped basket of biscuits at our table or stopped by to explain (or even acknowledge!) the ridiculous wait, we would have stayed. This server just didn't know how to manage his time or have any customer service skills. He completely ignored our table for 20 minutes.

This is your truck at Red Lobster This is your truck being broken into That's your duffel bag that was on the floor with your laptop being pulled out of the broken window. Witnessed by a customer at the restaurant (Red Lobster Vallejo CA) reported to the restaurant staff while in progress and they did NOTHING! 45 min later we find the smashed out window when we returned to our truck. The restaurant did not call the police They did not ask any of the customers if that was your truck or make any attempt to find the owner. In the video, you can see two police cars passing by one at the time the suspect was casing the truck and one shortly after. Called the police and unless it's an emergency call 911 or - leave a message. The police called me back today at 9:31 am (16 hrs later) to tell me that I can file a report online or go back to Vallejo and file a report in person. How ironic, file a report online when that was your laptop that was stolen while you're traveling away from home. To this date 2/6/2019 The police have not allowed us to file a report. Crime is not a problem in this area because you can't report one

Yesterday was my birthday. I went to red lobster to celebrated. I ordered ultimate feast and it was not good. No crab in the crab. The potato was overcooked food. Wasn't not hot. It was a terrible experience. I don't think I'll be back at this Red lobster in Vallejo, California. It cost me a $100. , but the waitress was nice

Well..went on a Tuesday night at 7.00 and only 3 tables..I ordered two lobster tails 1 was ok..the other was so tough I couldn't cut it with a fork..it had been really heated in the microwave. The waiter asked how everything was i told him about it.he asked if I wanted another one. I said no thank you..can you charge me for only one tail..the other was still on my plate not a bite taken..he asked the manager and she said he ordered 2 he pays for 2.. I payed and left and had horrible stomach cramps all night..can't say if it was the food..but it was my only meal that day..will never go back..

We have never been to a red lobster before so we took the whole family. The hostess was very nice and there was no wait, so we were seated right away. We then sat for 23 minutes without anyone acknowledging we were there. Other guests that were seated after us had received their waters, drinks and salads. We assumed there was a misunderstanding about whose area we were in so I spoke to the host and she said she would let him know. He still avoided us, so we got up and left. If you are going to spend hundreds of dollars at a restaurant, someone should say hello at least. Stay away from this place and probably this franchise.
