Per chi è della zona il posto è noto! Sono andata per provare... e due/tre giorni dopo sono tornata! I piatti dedicati ai panini sono veramente buoni e sinceri! Ci siamo alzati soddisfatti con tanto di complimenti alla cucina! 💪💪💪
Very kind and helpful staff, welcoming atmosphere, we are a group of friends who go every Friday evening from the Aosta Valley also considering the very fun and well-organized karaoke evening
A favorite place to continue informal work meetings... delicious sandwiches, good salads, exceptional snacks, and everything else... Highly recommended, always busy.
I can't comment on the food as I don't eat in the evening, unfortunately! We came down from the Aosta Valley yesterday evening by chance and discovered this wonderful pub full of life and joy. We had a wonderful evening and will definitely return. (Yes, my husband had a Milanese and chips for dinner, of course, eating late makes it a bit difficult to digest... just drink a nice digestive and move a bit and everything goes away 😀) Thanks for the wonderful evening.
A perfect balance of a cheerful and relaxed atmosphere, good food, and always friendly and smiling staff. Friday night karaoke: TOP 😉 Another plus is the fact that there are vegan options on the menu! Thanks!!!
The place is beautiful and the beer is excellent, especially the craft beer! The staff is friendly and very helpful... We had a lovely evening and I'll gladly return! The only flaw... the music! But that's my personal taste and doesn't reduce the stars in this review! 😊 Absolutely recommended!
Good atmosphere and delicious food
I go there every week to eat classic pub dishes and I've always had a great time. I decided to spend New Year's Eve there with a dinner menu. I knew I was eating in a pub so I wasn't expecting much, but instead they served a dinner with really good dishes and excellent presentation, like a real restaurant! I would therefore recommend it not only for the classic pub service but also for the evenings with themed menus.
Beautiful venue, excellent service, DJ music, great for company.
A well-furnished, wood-paneled Irish-style pub. A wide selection of beers, all very good. The sandwiches and appetizers are excellent (the St. Patrick's Day sandwich is my favorite). The staff is helpful and friendly. Evenings often feature events, music, karaoke, pool games, and various games available to guests. Good value.
After a good half-hour wait, a member of staff came to take our order. I should point out that the room only had two tables occupied, and the wait for our dinner was worth another 3/4 of an hour, but only one course and another half hour for the second. The fact is that the two of us couldn't eat together. This also happened at other tables near us.... The price also didn't match the menu price: €46.00 (chicken, platter, 2 beers, and a water).
We've been there a few times for beer, and I have to say the beers are generally very good. The appetizers, like the onion rings and the Ascoli olives, are good. I can't say the same about the food, as almost all the meat dishes were lukewarm, and two dishes had frozen inside. The Milanese steak was also full of oil. On a positive note, they noticed the mistake and discounted it from the total and offered to replace it. We'll definitely be back for the beer.
The place has gradually gotten worse. Prices have risen significantly, but the quality hasn't always matched. Our last order was for mixed fried foods; we noticed the Ascoli olives were missing, replaced by something unspecified and inedible, without even being notified.
Honestly, I found the dishes disappointing, cold and soaked in oil. It was a mixed fried fish platter, with chips, and a fried squid ring platter, so crispiness is essential. Compliments to the waiters, however, who were always kind and polite.
If I could give it a 0, I would have. I'll tell you about my evening at this place. Sunday evening, me, my husband, and my daughter. My friend, her husband, and her 2 children. 7 people, 2 of whom were children. We entered happy and full of hope because we'd heard great things about the place and the quality of the food. We entered at 6:15 PM. At 7 PM, a waitress came to ask us for our order. We ordered 2 children's menus. 2 burgers with fries. And two pans of pasta: one with tomato and basil, one with arrabbiata sauce, and a grilled meat. The waitress initially said she couldn't bring us two pans. We explained that we didn't see the problem. I mean, it costs €20. We'll pay for it. We'll ask for two pans, 1 kg of pasta in total. I don't see the problem anyway. After a short while, the waitress came again and told us that the pasta wasn't available like this and that they had penne with speck and cream and spaghetti with ragù available. Without any problems, we said it was fine anyway and proceeded at 7:45. The grilled meat arrives, half charred and half rare, a sort of Florentine steak. We're all a little shocked, but we continue our chat. After 20 minutes, the first pasta dish arrives for the husbands. Penne, no longer penne, but fusilli, and the pasta was overcooked. Within 5 minutes, it was like reinforced concrete, and despite everything, we remain silent. After another 20 minutes, a hot dog finally arrives for one of the two girls. After another 20 minutes, the hamburgers arrive for my friend and I. They arrive burnt: burnt meat, burnt bread, all burnt. We rightly start complaining among ourselves, saying that we've never seen anything like this in our entire lives. After another 20 minutes, then at 9:10 pm, they bring a burnt hamburger for the other girl, and the other half a kilo of pasta: spaghetti with tomato sauce (sorry, weren't they with meat sauce?). This time, the spaghetti was raw. Even though we had said at that point that we wanted to speak to the chef, we were ignored. We left everything behind, and asked for a lot for We were even told that bringing food to the dogs was that disgusting. I got really angry and told him to try it so he could understand the reason for the request. Anyway, the moral of the story is that the service was awful. I recommend changing the kitchen because my daughter cooks better than them. The waiters are rude. And I advise you not to go. I've attached some photos of the disgusting dinner.
