Abbiamo ordinato due antipasti, favolosi gli scampi crudi , i gamberi in saor buoni ma veramente molto ridotti il piatto forte del locale : risotto con crostacei crudi e cotti Deliziosi anche il piattino offerto ad inizio pasto Un bel posto ed un conto piuttosto importante!

Locale elegante con un piacevole sottofondo musicale. Entrando la cucina è a vista, cosa a me sempre gradita, poi si accede alle salette con i tavolini. L’acqua è servita in eleganti bottiglie, che volendo si possono acquistare. Ho assaggiato i maccheroncini alla rapa rossa e li ho trovati davvero interessanti. Tiramisù rivisitato ma ottimo. Servizio impeccabile!

Abbiamo scelto con i nostri colleghi di cenare qui ( e non era per prima volta ) Subito quando entri si nota la bellezza del locale l’accoglienza gentile atmosfera rilassante. Quindi la nostra cena è andata molto bene con i crudi,capesanta cotta i primi e dolci. Tutti a un livello veramente da Michlin dalla preparazione dei piatti alla alta qualità e buon gusto lo stesso livello anche il servizio è tutto il personale. Niente da dire di male. Bravi continuate così come sempre.

Il pesce era cucinato alla perfezione, con un sapore fresco e senza salse pesanti o olio in eccesso. La qualità degli ingredienti era evidente. Il servizio era buono, attento e veloce, senza essere invadente. Il ristorante aveva un'atmosfera rilassata, ideale per un pasto e una conversazione in tutta tranquillità. Abbiamo trovato i prezzi ragionevoli per quello che offrivano. Nel complesso, un pasto piacevole e semplice, di quelli che ti lasciano soddisfatto e ti fanno venire voglia di tornare.

Locale perfetto per un aperitivo curato e fuori dal comune. Spritz molto buono, ben bilanciato e preparato con attenzione. Aperitivo molto particolare, con grande cura nei dettagli, sia nella presentazione che nell’atmosfera. Si percepisce attenzione alla qualità e voglia di distinguersi. Ho ordinato pasta italiana ed era deliziosa, cotta alla perfezione con un sugo saporito ma non pesante. Il piatto è arrivato caldo e in porzioni generose. Il servizio è stato eccellente, cordiale e attento in ogni momento, ma non invadente. L'atmosfera è piacevole e accogliente, ideale per sedersi a mangiare con calma e chiacchierare tranquillamente. Tutto è filato liscio, senza lunghe attese o fretta. Non è un posto dove andare di fretta, ma piuttosto dove godersi il pasto con calma. Sono uscito soddisfatto e con una buona sensazione; è uno di quei posti che ti soddisfa quando hai voglia di pasta fatta in casa.

Consigliato come ristorante romantico a Venezia dall Gambero Rosso. Ho trovato un locale accogliente ed elegante ma non impacchettato. Abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione classico che ripropone ricette storiche rivisitate. Ho trovato i piatti davvero perfetti , dalla materia prima alla presentazione ma soprattutto i sapori bilanciati e mai scontati. Una stupenda esperienza da rifare.

Delightful as ever. This time we had Gamberoni in “Saor” all’antica (Prawns in “Saor” sweet & sour) and Caprese Gourmet (Buffalo mozzarella mousse glazed with San Marzano tomato) followed by Petto de Anara in salsa “Pevarada” (Duck breast in Pevarada sauce) accompanied by a flight of three delicious and very reasonable different wines recommended by the excellent sommelier. The food was truly exceptional — perhaps the best we’ve had in all our travels across Europe. The lamb ragout pasta was outstanding: the tender, flavorful lamb paired beautifully with the handmade pasta’s delicate bite — a perfect harmony of texture and taste. The slow-braised beef cheek with the restaurant’s special sauce was unforgettable: meltingly soft meat, layered flavors, and a rich, balanced seasoning that lingered pleasantly on the palate. What impressed us most, however, was the impeccable service. From the moment we arrived until we left, every member of the staff was courteous, attentive, and professional — warm without being intrusive. The explanations of each dish were detailed and engaging. A special thanks to David and Alvise for their genuine hospitality and thoughtful care — they made our lunch truly special. Such a lovely restaurant to enjoy in the heart of Venice. Was pleasantly surprised by the food and the service. The decor was a cherry on top - red walls, super Venetian feel (or at least what I imagine Venetian decor to be). The staff were so kind! My partner is vegan and he had the vegan 4 course tasting while I had the 4 course omnivore. The food was delicious! I strongly recommend- while the restaurant is made up of mostly tourists, it’s not a tourist trap at all. Great quality food and service.

I had the pesto pasta (perfect texture — I loved that bite! My friend asked for chili flakes so I tried some too, and it was surprisingly good), the osso buco (super tender and flavorful), and the tiramisu (loved that hint of booze!). This place right here! Great food, honestly probably one of the best places I've ever been to get food, and I don't care what these negative reviews were talking about, everything here was great. The food was great, the people were great, the atmosphere was great. My partner actually said the Lasagn Ette Au Ragoût De Boeuf was her to 3 meals of all time and she's traveled to dozens of countries just for food. There was even this one negative review talking about a lamp that seemed racist and as a black man it was anything but that, it just had some culture to it that others would never understand. 10/10 would definitely recommend coming here for food and we will be coming here again.

Fine dining at its best. This restaurant serves perfectly prepared pasta, the appetizer was also fantastic. And, oh my, the dolce was heaven on Earth. One may say it’s a bit pricey ristorante, but for the food of such quality, I would say it’s totally worthy. The staff was amazing, we tried to speak in our poor Italian, but they all knew English decently. If you want to have some good dining experience in Venezia, this place is the one I definitely recommend!

Their promise of historically Venetian ambiance and meals is not only authentic but deeply elaborated on throughout the dining experience. Each individual aspect of the food is explained, cultivating a meal into a holiday experience. The waitstaff consists of knowledgeable individuals, in addition to their sommelier with well expected and delivered expertise. Some foods that I have regularly brought me near tears, and other foods that I was set on never trying again, I consumed every bite with speed. Could soup is normally a turn-off for me but, their gazpacho was out of this world phenomenal. The lamb chops were, as well, otherworldly. The wine selection is not what I was expecting but, it was somewhat extensive, they just did not offer any of the Italian wines I was hoping for. Regardless, I found those wines and this place helped me to perceive my trip as a once in a lifetime experience, even as an individual moving near Venice in a year. This is not a place you will regret going to but, be weary as the bill can add up quick!

Exceptional take on traditional local cuisine. Taken aback by the quality of the ingredients. Stumbled across Bistrot De Venice on the Michelin Guide, and it certainly belongs there - perhaps with a star. A fantastic balance between haute cuisine and local dining.

We would like to thank the team at Bistrot de Venise for the unforgettable experience they gave us on August 12, 2025. The menu, the dishes, and the service were all perfect. We have been to many very good fine dining restaurants, but this was perhaps the best experience we have had so far. Each of the dishes in the romantic lunch menu was exceptionally delicious, beautifully presented and harmonious in flavor, but for me, it was perhaps the Raffioli de herbe...vantazati that made me say it was the best dish I had ever had in my life. I planned a special surprise for my mother and reserved the romantic menu for her, knowing her love for roses. The experience was exceptional, with impeccable service that made the evening truly memorable. Each dish was introduced with clear, thoughtful explanations, adding to the anticipation. The welcome drinks were delightful—fruity, refreshing, and perfectly balanced. The scallop dish was a standout for me; it was cooked to perfection and paired with an addictive, flavorful sauce that elevated every bite. The ravioli was equally impressive, its unique filling complemented by a rich, well-crafted sauce. The beef fillet was another highlight—tender, succulent, and cooked to a flawless medium, just as we requested. For dessert, we were treated to a delicious creation with a harmonious sweet-sour balance that left us feeling refreshed and satisfied. Eel was terrible , bunch of bones inside, tasted bad, presentation was very nice , i wish taste would be the same. Shrimps with onions were not very good as well. Only pasta and ravioli were delicious. Didn’t even finish half of our dishes. Deserts looked cheap and tasted the same. Inside the restaurant smelled like in the basement, that’s because it’s located under the ground i guess. Service was good , no complaints, but it’s a restaurant and it’s expensive restaurant, so i think the food is not worth those money . Paid 330 euros for 2 people. NOT RECOMMENDED. thanks

Charged us a lot of money for the bread… opening appetizer had a bug along the plate rim and I said there’s a bug he said it’s not my problem 😭 beef tongue was tender but SO SALTY it’s like been marinating for too long or something. Pasta had three shrimps in total too much carbs not enough seafood. The eel had literally no flavor like it quite literally just tasted like salt in eel. Tiramisu was pretty liked the crunchy cookie in it but really nothing stood out
