Posto fantastico!
OTTIMO, davvero buono e personale molto gentile!! Consigliato sicuramente BRAVI!
The variety and quality of the pizzas are excellent, but what I appreciated most was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, who went out of their way to accommodate my request to be moved to a table further inside because there was a children's party at the McDonald's next door that was making a lot of noise and giving me a headache. A special mention to Nora, who even took the time to stop by and ask if I was better, making me feel understood and welcomed.
We had a great lunch, good price and fantastic pizza, but above all we had a great time thanks to Ellen who was truly kind and polite, I've never encountered such helpful and smiling staff! Maximum stars especially for her, I highly recommend all the pizzas, especially the Catalan one.
Unexpected! I've been to many places that make giropizza, and if I had to rank it, this one takes first place! Unbeatable value for money. The dough is really good. Personally, I would have preferred a bit more saltiness. I understand, however, that it has to adapt to different pizza flavors, so it's fine! See you next time.
I went to this pizza place at my husband's request. I'm vegan and thought I wouldn't eat anything. But as soon as I asked the staff (all very kind), they started bringing out vegetable pizzas, and I ate more than enough. Let's get to the pizza: the dough is delicious, crispy on the bottom, thin and well-leavened. I'd like to offer a tip about the food: the "normal" pizzas came out with taleggio cheese, gorgonzola, and sausage...in short, really tasty stuff. The red ones had boiled or grilled vegetables (except for the turnip tops, which were nicely sautéed with a little garlic), and with the raw tomato base combo, it was very bland. I'm happy to eat anyway. I say this because I shared the pizza with the other diners, and after all the pizzas, the red ones tasted like nothing in comparison. A little would have been enough: a pinch of salt and a drizzle of oil. I give it 5 stars for the encouragement and the super-friendly staff. ...The thing I would say, though, is that €1 for leftovers isn't enough! I've seen people leave behind gigantic crusts, gorge themselves on all the pizzas they passed around, and fill their plates with "leftovers"... scandalous... I imagine they fill two bags with leftover crusts at the end of the night (out of 100 diners, maybe 6 had empty plates).
Excellent service. Very helpful. Fast service and preparation of hot and very tasty food. An experience to repeat!

Delicious pizza, possibility to try different kinds because you pay to get every slice of pizza baked over there and you can eat as much as you can...
It's a good all you can eat good price
An informal place, ideal for an evening without too many pretensions but with a real appetite for food. The strong point is undoubtedly the quality-price ratio: you can eat a lot, with generous portions and a variety of flavors, without spending a fortune. The pizza selection is wide and the options arrive quickly, without long waits. The pizzas are generally well-cooked, thin, and delicious, and there's also the option of trying sweet versions at the end of the meal, a favorite among those who enjoy a tasty end to their meal. The attention paid to those with specific dietary needs is also very positive. Those with gluten intolerance, for example, can find special options: pizzas cooked in a separate oven and fries in a separate fryer, served by knowledgeable and attentive staff. The service is friendly and fast, with helpful and smiling staff. The atmosphere is simple but pleasant, suitable for groups of friends or families, and the atmosphere is relaxed. However, there are some critical issues. During certain times of day or on very busy days, the variety of flavors may be limited, and some pizzas tend to be repetitive or have few toppings.
We come here about a couple of times a year; it's one of our favorite pizza spots. The pizza is good, with a light dough and high-quality ingredients. The staff, despite being very young, are truly professional and attentive. The atmosphere is always tidy, considering the constant flow of customers that can pass through on an evening. I tried booking online on their website for fear of not finding a table, and I have to say it's very convenient. Recommended!
Ma'am, this is a family restaurant.....here you can eat all the pizza ......Let's go have a pizza, I'm starving!!!!!
Pizza baking time and techniques is all good in this joint. Our issues are: pizza sauce.was too much, cheese was too little and staffs not that professional.

As for the food, it's acceptable, nothing exceptional, but not bad at all, a 6. Prices are relatively reasonable, a 12-euro round pizza with a small drink for 15 euros, unlimited drinks are fine. They also make gluten-free pizza (obviously not a round pizza), which is also honest. Now we come to the sore point that makes me advise against the place, except that they allow pets, but oh well, nowadays, just to make a profit, they accept anything. The problem arose when there was a small dog at a nearby table that was picked up by its owners and was practically at table height. Not happy with this, they started feeding it. Zero hygiene!!! The waiters were totally indifferent, so now you can bring your dog, but this is too much!!!!! We certainly won't be returning again.
Terrible experience! I didn't even get to eat because the waitress was incredibly rude. I decided to leave immediately. I strongly advise against this place if you are looking for even a basic level …

Tempi lunghi.... Con noi hanno chiuso
Very mediocre Giropizza. Of all the Giropizzas in the Bergamo area, this is definitely the worst: The basic dough is very good, but that's where the merits end: sour tomato, mediocre and unimaginative pizzas that limit themselves to simple and banal flavors: only ham, only chips, only peppers, only artichokes, only broccoli rabe... Wow, how cheerful. The included drinks are a joke, including Coke in a small glass and that's it. Particularly noteworthy is the staff, who serve practically haphazardly, and the marinara, which is garlic-free and tastes only of canned tomatoes, is outrageous. You can find absolutely better giropizzas even in this price range.
Pena
My child was eating there some bites of three slices (pieces) of pizza. It still want to play and not eat yet. It is not possible to take away, except you pay twice for the same slices. You pay for these three slices to eat on table and you pay for the exact same slices for to take away. This is not a good service from customer point of view. Maybe they need these rules to exist. I would never eat there again. Such a kind of bad experience, which never happened before somewhere else. The staff would not try to find a solution. They only say that this are the house rules. The pizza is not the best (worst ever eat, also outside from Italy), therefore they need this kind of cheats. The Ambiente is loud in a small shopping mall. The taste of the pizza for every different slice the same. Best offline scam! Best kids unfriendly place in Italy. Tomorrow I will go to OrioCenter again. Update after feedback: When I want to pay, your staff told me to pay 14,50€ for eating at table and 14,50€ to take away for the same slices. Your staff didn’t tell me about the cost for kids for 5€ and didn’t tell about the rule that is not possible to eat there and to take away. It’s only possible to take away OR eat there. Everything else doesn’t make sense for customers. The staff knows and saw that only my 2,5 year old child was eating a little. I ask for a solution for my situation (my child wants to eat later, because he wants to play) and they totally refused with no exception. I was totally unhappy about the price for this amount with this rules, because of no exception and paid 20€. I dropped 20€ on your cash machine for checkout, it felt down and your staff grabbed it. I went out of your store, because I can’t live with your customer unfriendly house rules. After a while your staff hand out my car rental contract, which I lost at your place. I got nothing to take away and no cash back That is fact. Therefore there is no reason to say „thank you“ except for bringing back the car rental contract. The reason for my bad review is explained in detail. There was no polite warm welcome for parents with kids from your staff or house rules and this is not a good service in my situation and from my point of view. You can take a look into my profile and you will see that you are the first one, who gets less than 5 stars. In Italy all companies and normal people has a good understanding for little child’s, except your store and your staff. I totally understand that you can not feed the world and you have to earn money. For my opinion, it should be better communicate (especially for new customers with no Italian language skills) and sometimes it could be a gap in your hard rule. All other customers saw that my child only eat a little and still wants to play. I have to leave with a child which is still hungry and have to pay full price for table and should pay the full double price to take away. It’s your company and you can set up the house rules from your perspective. You can decide who is in your target group. But here are my questions from customer point of view to your rules: Do you really think that I want to feed my whole family and friends from three slices (pieces) of pizza? Would you pay 29€ for the same 3 slices of a pizza to get your 2,5 year old child full? Did you ever paid 29€ for three pieces of pizza? Do you now unterstand why I am not happy on that day and that I am still not happy?
