We stumbled upon this beautiful place, far removed from modern stereotypes, on our first exploratory visit to this little town. We were struck by the owner's simplicity, the way she approached new customers, and her delightful conversation about her place, her work, and her son, all of which immediately left a pleasant feeling of pure, welcoming hospitality. The coffee was really good! Gentlemen, the ice cream? Nooo, worthy of applause, 👍 the egg cream ice cream was amazing, the pistachio was amazing, and the hazelnut was excellent. Furthermore, there's a wonderful outdoor pergola to welcome customers during the warmer months. I'll close by pointing out that upstairs there are two billiard tables. So... a permanent fixture in our new life? You can bet on that. PS. The bathrooms are fragrant and clean... a rarity, and those who understand, understand. 2 coffees at a time, a cone with two flavors €5.50

My wife and I were craving some good gelato, and Peppo's bar popped up on Maps. The atmosphere was welcoming and familiar, and the gelato was truly delicious. We'll be back because we were truly relaxed and satisfied.

I tried their artisanal gelato and loved it. The flavors are sealed in containers (all gelato shops should do this) to preserve the product as much as possible. Also very interesting is the production of popsicles and sticks, arranged upside down in a glass refrigerator where you can see the entire assortment. The place was spotless, and I was extremely pleased because in this respect, too, few similar establishments offer such a high level of attention to cleanliness. The windows are in perfect condition, and the signs were recently changed, although the original ones had their place. Right in front of the gelato shop/bar is an outdoor terrace with seating and plenty of shade for the summer.
