Da un po’ di anni non andavamo al Wiener e devo dire che sono migliorati tantissimo! Locale rinnovato, pulito, personale premuroso e disponibile alle nostre richieste. Abbiamo mangiato la cotoletta panata con patatine e salsa. Porzioni abbondanti. Una cucina ottima e digeribile. Birra Kozel buonissima! Prezzi giusti. Torneremo presto.

Personale super gentilissimo. Tempi di attesa brevi, ma come in tutti i ristoranti dipende dal numero di clienti. Ci sono andato 2 volte questa settimana e non ho aspettato più di 5-8min dopo aver fatto l'ordine. Cibo in sé anche molto buono. Consiglio la cotoletta di maiale, con patatine fritte incluse. Tornerò sicuramente la prossima volta che salgo a Torino 😊

Cena infrasettimanale: conoscevo gia il posto e la tipologia di cibo per cui sono andata a colpo sicuro. Vi Consiglio la wienerschnirzel con salsa al parmigiano e pancetta.. una delizia per il palato. Siamo stati accolti da Miriam, che ci ha accompagnato durante tutta cena, volevo farle i complimenti per la grande professionalità e gentilezza. Gran complimenti anche a Daniele che gestisce in maniera egregia il locale. Super consigliato.

Mi trovavo a Torino per motivi di salute e questo posto (wiener haus) sono stati gli unici a farmi una variazione su un piatto per rispettare la mia dieta per una patologia particolare. Gentilissimi, cordiali e piatti buonissimi. Se ci fossero 6 stelle le meriterebbero tutte, dal cuoco alla ragazza che gestisce i tavoli. Sono stato fortunato a capitare qui 🙏 assolutamente perfetti ❤️

Cucina ottima e personale cordiale e preparato. Consiglio vivamente. Provate le loro cotolette e la tagliata di manzo. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

I ate at wiener haus lingotto one lunch and the food was very nice the waitresses were kind and friendly and the environment was also very clean i recommend …. For my beer lovers i recommend Monday to Thursday from 7:30 to 8:30 pm they have their happy hours and it’s 50% of any beer you take can’t wait to visit there again

Erano un paio d'anni che non venivo in questo locale e devo dire che mi ha entusiasmato sempre come l'ultima volta! Il personale è molto giovane e cortese! La gamma di pietanze offerte è davvero ampia: delle stuzzicherie ho prediletto le polpettine fritte accompagnate con salsa Wiener! La Ljubljanska è sempre la mia cotoletta di tacchino panata preferita! Ottime le griglie ma anche i sandwiches e gli hamburgers! Si può scegliere tra una grande selezione delle migliori birre! Poco entusiasmante la coppa Choco!

Locale molto ampio e pulito. si trovano tanti stuzzichini,secondi di carne abbinati a diversi contorni e hamburger.ci sono diversi menù convenienti,tra cui anche quello cinema,x avere dei voucher già pagati per andare al cinema. Mangiato molto bene...carne ben cotta e anche gli stuzzichini ottimi! Personale gentile,ovviamente a locale pieno il servizio rallenta,ma quando c'è poca gente,sono velocissimi. Il caffè non lo consiglio,non bevibile!

Stopped by Wiener Haus around 2:10 p.m., and there were only five customers. Quiet atmosphere, fast service. The menu offers a decent range of options, and while the food feels like something you'd get in a self-service diner or a chain cafeteria, it’s perfectly fine for the location. It’s not gourmet cuisine, but it gets the job done. 👍

Abbiamo trascorso una piacevole serata in questo locale pulito e moderno. Siamo stati accolti da una gentile e simpatica ragazza. Tempi di attesa leggermente lunghi ma comunque nulla di estremo. Birra così così, non ci ho convinti. Molto buoni invece gli spatzle con speck e gorgonzola. Grigliata mista di qualità sufficiente anche se il pollo era perlopiù bruciato. Molto piacevole il brezel.

Edit of previous review: Serious drop in service.. have been their regular customer but lately there has been a change over of staff, I don’t find the same service. Tried to give them benefit of the doubt everytime but kept getting let down. Worse was yesterday when the staff charged me for an item, gave completely different item, when asked I was told menu has changed. I kept questioning that but this is NOT what I ordered.. and they kept convincing me that menu has changed. They should know what’s not in their kitchen and not charge the customer. And on top, what they gave tasted terrible, I threw it away anyway. What a waste of time and money!! Am sorry on the receipt you cannot mark one item, charge customer for that item but then provide different item and on top of that NOT accepting the mistake!!! Not what I expected at all! I have seen staff working very hard in the recent past but this attitude only drives people away like me. Disappointed! Been a regular to wiener haus everytime I visit lingotto. Nice atmosphere, good food but most importantly customer service is great! Angel definitely stands out in being an absolute star, so does Grace and all staff really. Nothing is a problem for them, they go above and beyond to make the customer comfortable and happy.. well done guys! Keep up the good work. Ci vediamo 🙌

Sono stato da Wiener Haus con grandi aspettative, ma purtroppo l’esperienza è stata deludente sotto diversi aspetti. La cucina tedesca dovrebbe essere ricca, saporita e ben curata, invece i piatti che abbiamo ordinato erano freddi e poco gustosi. Il würstel sembrava di qualità mediocre e il pane era secco, come se non fosse fresco di giornata. La cosa più grave è stata il pollo, che è arrivato addirittura crudo all’interno. Una situazione inaccettabile, sia per la qualità sia per una evidente mancanza di attenzione alla sicurezza alimentare. Anche il servizio ha lasciato molto a desiderare: tempi di attesa lunghi nonostante il locale non fosse pieno e personale poco attento alle richieste. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere più volte per avere acqua e posate mancanti. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo non è adeguato: per quello che abbiamo pagato, ci saremmo aspettati una qualità decisamente superiore. Nel complesso, un’esperienza che non rispecchia le aspettative di un ristorante che propone cucina tedesca. Difficilmente tornerò e non mi sento di consigliarlo.
