I've been here for dinner for the second time with my wife and son. The atmosphere is refined and quiet, the place is modern, very nice and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. And what can I say about the food? It's all delicious! Well done, guys, keep it up! 😉

I went to Haru Restaurant today and it was an exceptional experience! The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed, perfect for a special evening. The service was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff. But the real star of the show was the food. The dishes were delicious and prepared with fresh ingredients. The presentation was aesthetically pleasing, and the flavors were balanced and delicious. Furthermore, the wine selection was excellent and perfectly complemented my dining experience. I highly recommend Haru Restaurant to anyone who loves good Japanese cuisine and first-class service. I can't wait to go back!

I ate at this brand new restaurant on its first day of opening. The interior is fantastic, modern and comfortable, the staff is attentive and friendly, and as for the food, I hope it stays this high quality even after its initial opening, because for an all-you-can-eat restaurant, it's out of this world! Posto carino, la sera maggiormente per esempio non ho notato piatti sbeccati che ho trovato invece a pranzo, sushi buono (non eccezionale ma si fa rispettare rispetto agli altri competitors) unica pecca il servizio, nonostante la sala ancora quasi vuota (aveva aperto da poco) arrivavano le portate prima delle bevande e abbiamo dovuto sollecitare. Però c’è stato un cameriere giovane che era veramente educato e gentile, continua così ragazzo!

We booked a table for dinner at this restaurant in Madone. A very nice location, not as large as the many all-you-can-eat sushi restaurants in the Bergamo area, but still well-maintained! The staff is young and fast, though not all of them speak Italian very well. The service is a little slow, which helps give you time to prepare for the other dishes arriving! Unlike other sushi restaurants, where dishes arrive in droves and you can't even put them on the table, this place has the right amount of time to enjoy the various dishes prepared by the kitchen.

So: super-top, beautiful atmosphere! Food: They didn't have seaweed, so I was disappointed. Some things were super good, like the noodles, others less so. Less choice than I expected. Service: My sweet and sour sauce didn't arrive, so I had to ask for it. Something I ordered after a long time didn't arrive, so I had to reorder. I understand it's crowded, but then they need more staff.

I went during the week for lunch, at first I didn't find much choice on the menu, clean yes so so, normal service even if there are few people! But I expected a nice atmosphere since I was hoping there would be water with fish under the tables to create atmosphere, but the lunch was really minimal.

This recently opened AYCE restaurant is located in a new commercial building with ample parking, but parking isn't guaranteed during certain peak hours. Venue The spacious, well-designed restaurant features a seating area with a waterfall and a separate area with three separate dining rooms for more privacy. I personally didn't like the decor, similar to other AYCE restaurants; the seating was comfortable. Staff Friendly and fast, but not very attentive to customer needs. Service Orders are now handled using convenient tablets, as usual, but perhaps something isn't working properly here. The reservation and dispatch system works well, but there's no way to view order history and preparation status, and there's also no way to call a waiter. As I said, the tablet service works well, but the dishes arrived in a mess or not at all, which indicates an organizational issue in the kitchen. Food The food quality is excellent, let's hope it stays that way. All the dishes arrived beautifully plated. I tried two special dishes, which were good but not my favorite. The Venere rice with shrimp is one of the best I've had at an AYCE restaurant so far. Drinks Water Wine is offered by the restaurant as part of an ongoing promotion. Four-legged friends are welcome. Service 0 many people left because they don't deliver anything to us you have to wait 45/60 minutes for a dish, the first time and the last.

Esperienza pessima, son venuta con la mia amica per la prima volta a mangiare, il cibo gradevole se non per il moscerino che ho trovato sopra il sushi, non ho fatto polemiche per non risultare una cafona, ma sicuramente per un incidente del genere bastava anche offrire un dolce.

Prenotato per le 21. Arrivati alle 20:45. In fila c’erano persone che avevano prenotato alle 20. La fila era composta da una ventina di persone tutte arrabbiate. Mai piu! Per fortuna all’ultimo abbiamo trovato un’altro ristorante.

DELUSA! Super delusa prenotiamo per le 21:30 dicendovi che se se anche se fossa la sera di san valentina ci avrebbero assicurato un posto. Arriviamo alle 21:25 e ci troviamo davanti come minimo un 20/25 persone, tutte con prenotazione. alle 22:00 non siamo ancora entrati. Super delusi e soprattutto per il fatto che fatto che se non hai posto non prometti alla gente una prenotazione inesistente

Location normale, vasche a pavimento ma senza acqua. Il ragazzo asiatico spesso in cassa, super gentile e disponibile. Il resto dei camerieri non parla e non capisce l italiano, situazione che crea abbastanza disagi e difficoltà. Menu normale, niente piatti da reazione WOW. Ma la nota dolente, la cameriera donna. Scocciata, maleducata, indisponente. Sempre infastidita da qualsiasi cosa. Se chiedi qualcosa ( perché se lo sono dimenticati), sbuffa e dice:” poi basta chiedere ok?”. Assurdo. Ci siamo stati 2/3 volte.. ripeto: normale AYCE, ma dopo l ultimo episodio di questa cameriera non torneremo mai più. SERVIZIO 0 ⭐️.
