Amelia went above and beyond her duties to help me this past week. I am beyond grateful! My friend recently found out she is pregnant, and she wanted to do a gender reveal with bubble tea and mochi. I live in Canada and couldn't physically be there to make the order or pick it up, but Amelia was very understanding and accommodating. Thank you, Amelia!
The food is prepared fresh. There is inside seating even though it is located in the good court area.
Great Ramon assortment. Wide variety of bubble tea combinations. Little on the expensive side now.. 66$ for Ramen x3 and bubble tea, but kids loved it
Tried a new (to us) ramen, pork melted in our mouths, mango smoothy was heaven, 10/10. They gave us free donuts because they were closing, 12/10.
I have a new drink! Some are much sweeter than others, and they carry almond milk for dairy restrictions on their milk tea drinks. The Ramen bowls are fantastic!
Went here by chance because I wanted something to eat. I was amazed at how friendly the staff was, the speed of service and the food!! The lady at the front explained the card and how to fill it out. They gave a good range of option. I chose the shushi burrito, which I was able to get up to 3 protein options and ALOT of other things, including avocado. I also grabbed a mango smoothie with the strawberry Boba. Overall, I enjoyed it and have been back a few times. Make sure to get the app and sign up. Looks like you get $1 for every $10 spent. You can use redeem on a future purchase.
Went into the food court at eastview mall for the first time in years. I saw this bubble tea place. Decided to see what they had for food. Got a rice bowl with all the fixins I could think of. Absolutely amazing! I told the guy it was my first time there and he said you gotta try this sauce... he was right. If you ever had a "power meal" from the sushi section of wegmans, this is 10x better, a little cheaper, and you get to choose all of the ingredients. Will be back many times since wegmans discontinued all their good power meals.
The restaurant was clean and ordering was easy and efficient. You pick up a ticket outside and pre-select your order so it took a lot of the stress out of ordering at a new place with a complex build it yourself meal. The food came out pretty quick and it was delicious. Loved my mango-peach smoothie also. Would definitely pick this over traditional greasy food court fare.
It was next to the carousal / first place you find in the food court entrance in the mall. Have to wait in line a bit but they have a kiosk too to order online which is outside the place. Place is cute. Have space to sit. They serve bubble tea as well as food. I just only had thai iced tea. Large size which was $5.99 which includes the pearl bobba too. It was less sweet compared to the ones I had in Thai restaurants but it was good. I would go again to try other options as well.
It was ok. I do prefer the Henrietta location. The service was lacking and the person making our drinks was constantly touching his face/mouth/nose. He was not wearing gloves or washing his hands. It had the potential to be so much better.
I don't know what it is about this location, but every time I've orderes from here, it's subpar. The Rochester location is so much better and it never tastes even close. Dry rice, dry beef, too much black tea and not enough of the flavor of the fruit tea.
I visited on a very busy Friday afternoon and tried to order using gift cards I had left over, but unfortunately, the kiosk didn’t accept them. No big deal, though! I ended up getting the tomato ramen, which was excellent—definitely one of my favorites here. My friend ordered the poke bowl, and he also really enjoyed it at the time. However, fast forward to Sunday, and he was feeling extremely unwell—sick to his stomach with chills. We're sure it was something in the poke bowl that caused it. Despite that unfortunate experience, the ramen was great, the staff was efficient but refused to check the balance on my gift cards for future use due to how busy it was... I hope they look into the food safety aspect with the poke bowls for future customers.
I prefer the Greece Tachi a lot better than the one at Eastview. First off, the overall atmosphere in this Tachi is MID . Lacking with a mixed of basic standards. Granted it's very busy and packed a lot of the time, but that's just cause there aren't many options in the mall. Which leads me to believe that it's over-hyped but under delivers. The service there is unsettling. It's both annoying and standoffish. One lady specifically always seem to have an attitude. The vibe is low. The food is what really gets me. All the time. It's never prepared correctly and tastes stale. For Instance, the rice bowl I ordered the last time had too much sauce, they didn't even dice the cream cheese and the imitation crab tasted stale. The drinks are either overly sweet or not sweet enough or sometimes not even mixed properly. The spicy tonkotsu ramen I got was tasteless, stale and bitter. The noodles were only 2 steps away from being considered $1 package bought ramen. Very weird. There was no spice at all. I honestly wonder if they give me the wrong order. Anyways, for 13 dollars, almost 14, you'd think you're getting good quality fresh tasting ramen but it was lackluster. I had to buy spicy seaweed from another store and put some sesame sauce I had on it to give it flavor. Just so I could stomach it, since I already paid $13. I was disappointed. Also, whoever made the boiled egg that was overcooked with uncooked yolk has a serious skill, cause what was the reason? The soup broth and the jumbo shrimp were bland. The soup tasted expired and bitter. The shrimp tasted like they just threw it in from thawing.
If this is your first experience with Boba it's not bad but it's not stellar either. If you're visiting from a bigger city and need your fix, this will do the job. Pretty sure they use pork medallions instead of pork belly in the ramen. It's not terrible but lacks the tenderness of traditional ramen. The noodles are fine but were slightly overcooked and too soft. By far the broth was the best part. I was pleased to see they used actual chili paste in my spicy miso. It was spicy without overpowering the flavor of the broth. I ordered the brown sugar yangyang and it was very good. The worst part of my visit was the counter service. The employees didn't acknowledge anyone as they entered and were busy talking about coloring their hair and nails.
My friends my sister and myself have been going to this place for sometime. During my last visit which was on march 8th at 3pm I purchased a taro smoothie bubble tea which I was trying for the first time. when I went to the counter place my order I was met with such a disgruntled employee. I put it of as her just having a bad day and proceeded to get my drink.I left the store and took a sip of my drink and gagged then had my sister my friend and my father take a small sip and they all concurred it tasted absolutely foul.I turned around to the counter immediately and told them it wasn’t to my liking so would they mind switching the flavor. As I told the employee at counter I was met with extreme rudeness. She essentially told me that she didn’t care that I didn’t like it and that it was not her problem. Needless to say I will not be coming back. I don’t think it was too much to ask for a different flavor.
Got a taro smoothie but threw it away after a few sips, it tasted like spoiled milk
Dont order from this Eastview Mall location, they dont even bother to update their apps because you can only order small drinks? This location (Eastview Mall) also gets a ton of the bicycle deliveries which end up losing your order/dropping off wrong location/stealing your order.
I didn’t expect to have a raw tuna in my meal, I ordered. I could even smell the fish, a raw fish, so I ended up threw it away. I am not in Japan…eating raw fish. It ruined a day for me. When I talked the lady at the store, and that was a waste of time.
