I must recognise I had a bad start, as arrived at the restaurante in a busy summer day, where everything else was full an we just ended here. I was thirsty, moody and wasn't expected anything great, some food for the family and something to rehydrate will suffice ... We went for the very reasonable priced menu, and it was a pleasant surprised, with big portions, tasty food and overall and very good price to quality ratio. Special mention for the octopus stew that was remarkable, specially to be include in such a low cost menu. Pork cheeks also pretty good. The place was really booked, so it took some time to start taking orders, but service was efficient and accommodating.

They serve good products; I haven't had such delicious clams in a while. The coffee is prison-like, terrible.

Estuvimos en agosto de 2025. Amplia salón y terraza. Relación calidad-precio correcta.

En agosto no hay menú del día y según otros clientes habituales, también les han metido subida a los precios. El servicio es bastante pobre, los camareros son muy secos... Eso sí, la comida cara, pero rica.

Pongo tres estrellas por el servicio que ofrece este local. Es lento porque solo recoge las comandas el jefe, todo el restaurante el solo. A nuestro lado 4 personas se levantaron de la mesa cansados de esperar. Se lo comenté al dueño y le pregunté porque sus empleados no podian hacerlo y me contestó: "porque solo yo tomo bien las notas, asi puedo aconsejar que comer al cliente, me da igual que se vayan, me sobra gente" La actitud desde luego no es correcta, deberia confiar mas en sus empleados y ofrecer un servicio mas eficiente, es un local amplio. La comida buenisima, todo en su punto, pero si tienes prisa este no es lugar para ti. El vino muy bueno tambien, cuando preguntamos el precio de la botella eran 10€, cuando fuimos a pagar fueron 12€. Seguro hay locales mucho mejores a los que ir en Foz, las tres estrellas son por la comida que estaba realmente buena. No es un restaurante al que volveré, por lo tanto no lo recomiendo.

Food: We ordered octopus stew and Galician broth, hearty dishes, and pork cheeks for the main course. Service: It was fast. Atmosphere: Typical of the coastal art. Comments: You can eat on the terrace (sidewalk), although we preferred to eat inside. We ordered a set menu, although they also have a la carte options. The menu doesn't include dessert or coffee. The set menu is 15 euros.

We had scallops they were hot and tasty. We ask for house red vino and it was not so good (not much flavor). But thats is my opinion. Haven't decided if I would go back. Our server was great.

No nos ha gustado el restaurante. Fuimos un viernes y nos dijeron que no había menú aun que seguían teniendo el cartel. Los camareros bastante perdidos y pesados. Tardaron mucho con las comidas, más de 40 mins. El precio me pareció caro para estar sentados en unas mesas de picnic y en bancos. No volveremos

We asked if there were oysters, and they said yes. Then we asked what was in the seafood platter, and they told us razor clams. Instead of razor clams, which we really like, they gave us two mini spider crabs, which we didn't like at all. And not a single oyster! Then it took them ages to bring the vermouth and food. A lot of wasted time, and we haven't eaten what they promised us. Never again!

This is the first time I've written a review without actually eating there, and I'm doing so because of the unpleasant and unwelcome impressions I received from the restaurant owner. When we asked him about the lavish €15 menu he has on display at the entrance and on the terrace, featuring 15 starters and 15 main courses, he told us they sold out quickly and that it was a workers' thing. These words and behavior left us perplexed, giving us the feeling that this wasn't the right place and that the layout is designed more to take advantage of the influx of tourists than to offer a good experience. With a little more attention and consistency between what they advertise and what they offer, they would have a much better image. I haven't been to this restaurant, nor will I; I lost my desire to go there suddenly.

The worst place I've eaten during my entire stay in Foz. They don't deserve even half a star. A very expensive place, and on top of that, they're scammers; the croquettes are a rip-off. We asked the guy if they were homemade, and the owner said yes. I'll leave a photo so you can judge for yourselves. They're frozen and of poor quality. And with all his brazenness, he charges €16. A rip-off. I don't recommend this place at all. A BLOCK ZERO.

I won't be back. They thought it was a snail and it was very expensive for what we ate. The calamari was a rock. The man in the bathrobe was very unpleasant. Here's the bill: all sandwiches and two tapas. We were very disappointed by the bill and the service.
