It was spectacular, the waiters were very friendly. And the food was 10/10.
Our visit to VIPS was good, but thanks to Ana's attention, it was spectacular. She was incredibly professional and friendly, attentive to our requests, and always gave us advice. It's a joy to be treated like that.
What a great find! We had walked about 14 miles today and just wanted to sit down for comfort food. Our server, Paula, was proficient in English and gave good recommendations...she is fantastic! Hubby had a kind of cheese steak, and I had the spanish chicken with potatoes and carrots, along with a cocktail of red wine, cola and raspberries...everything was delicious! We recommend you check it out.

Friendly, attentive and efficient staff, fresh ingredients and excellent price-quality ratio. The Pepito sandwich with sweet potatoes was delicious. Totally recommend. Vips is a great, and likely healtier and more sustainable alternative to the usual popular fast food restaurants. I'll surely come back next time I'm in Vigo.

My husband and I almost always eat here whenever we're in Vigo. Great food at great prices, fast service, and the staff are very friendly and professional ☺️ We totally recommend the ribs (BBQ Costillas VIPs 🐽 con patatas gajo) as they're consistently delicious! For dessert, try the Mini Brownie con helado 🍨

Came off a long day of walking the Camino. Searched for a place to grab a quick bite. VIPS was an excellent choice. Wide selection on the menu. I had the Pepito, ViPs answer to a Phillies cheese steak. It was very tasty and filling. Paula, our server, was very helpful, answered our questions, made recommendations and her English was spot on. I'd give her 5 stars.
Even you can face a 10 min line, all the stuff is super nice. The dishes are huge which justifies the price. With one, 2 ppl can eat. The dessert is not a strong point. Quite recommend.
Pretty good. Service was a bit slow as the staff were overly busy, and some of the sauces (piri piri, teriyaki and sweet & sour) were a bit bland. They'd also run out of banana and strawberries for one of the desserts. Otherwise, good wholesome food.
Wrong dish sent, despite pointing to it on the menu. Both burgers were undercooked and returned, my wife's one still pink in the middle second time around, will not be returning....
