Budweiser

Nice terrace. I got a coffee inside the airport and sat in the terrace. I was told by the Budweiser employee (not friendly) that sitting is only for his clients (so my coffee didn't count). So I had to buy something there. I bought something to comply with her requirements. I asked her kindly to clean the table. She said it is someone else's job to do that; 5 minutes before I saw her cleaning some tables.

The only atmosphere is a bad one from the man in glasses telling everyone off who just wants to sit in the sun or be outside before a flight. Doesn’t consider if anyone might buy food just sends them out, no questions, no ifs and no buts.

The terrace is very nice and it’s a cool spot at the airport, but unfortunately the service is really poor just like many of the reviews say. I sat down there thinking it was part of the airport seating. There’s no clear sign at the entrance, just a small sticker on the table that I didn’t notice, especially since the table was still dirty and hadn’t been cleared. One of the staff members came over, and I wouldn’t have had a problem if he had just politely told me I needed to order something to sit there. Instead, he immediately started speaking to me in Spanish, sounding angry. When I said I didn’t understand, he just kept going in Spanish and pointed at the sticker. It’s a shame if someone had just explained it nicely, I would’ve ordered lunch there. But because of how the situation was handled, I just left. You’re losing money because of how your staff treats people.

They charged the price of two big cappuccinos and they served us two small ones, when asked about it they avoided the question telling that they only had small glasses (false of course). I get ashamed of my country when I find this kind of behaviors .

Lugar bonito, pero el servicio no es correcto, el camarero un señor con gafas cobra u precio diferente al que sale en el listado de precios, se lo he recalado y me ha dicho que de malas formas que es lo que hay. Trampa Para turistas.

La terraza está bien pero el servicio es horrible, el señor que vende en la cafetería es borde y un poco mal educado. Pero lo peor es que cobra más de los precios que tiene anunciado estafa para turistas.

El camarero es muy mal educado, con muy malas formas me dice que si no he leído el letrero de la mesa. Podria haber informado con mejores maneras. Mejor que se dedique a otra cosa que no sea de cara al público. Sin modales mal servicio asegurado.

extremely dirty, personnel is impolite, food is bad. We sat down there with my girlfriend about to order a coffee, holding beers we bought previously in another shop. The cashier lady approached us pointing at the sign without we could tell much, bad vibes telling us we needed to order. No time to clean the tables but more than plenty to stalk customers right when they arrive and sit down.
