We ordered the brownie with mocha frappuccino and it was TO DIE FOR! Definitely a treat, with chocolate whip cream on top, sooo good. I also really recommend their house made cinnamon rolls, only 3$ and some change and way better than cinnabons!. The staff was friendly and welcoming, even made sure to add an extra splenda to my iced green tea after I tasted it, they beat Starbucks by a long shot! Will always come here :)

I’ve been coming here for years… it’s way better than any other coffee shop in the county… if you’re thinking about going stop reading this and GO!! The selection is out of this world and the customer service is second to NONE!! Thank you folks for being my go to coffee shop when I’m in the Visalia area!

Jammin Java is the type of spot where you just can't get enough! If the service doesn't get you coming back for more, the drinks definitely will! I love the customer service here! The girls are always so friendly and welcoming, it really is a throwback to how customer service "used" to be. Starbucks doesn't have this quality or service like this mom and pop shop does. If you haven't already, try the pina colada it's incredible!

I got the chocolate chia latte (hot). As someone who likes chia lattes and has lost count of the different types and places that I have had them. When I say this will be my new go to place because it was amazing. I don't think you'll find a better one in the valley.

I like Starbuck’s but I love Jammin’ Java! Their coffee taste better, is less expensive and they have a larger variety. They can make almost every kind of coffee sugar free and they even have Keto Bullet Proof Coffee . Plus I love supporting small businesses in my community.

I think this is the best coffee shop in visalia, I used to go to starbucks alot until i found this place. They are super fast, always friendly and they never mess up on what i order. I love their chai tea frap, and their power shakes are also really good.

Great customer service. Got the special: hazelnut white choc mocha over ice. Ice is the small crunchy kind. Super sweet! I'm not a fan of that much sweet, but I'm sure most people are. Next time I'd get an extra shot or two of espresso.

I have had nothing but great experiences here. The people that work here have all been very courteous and polite and accommodating since I don't have a car. Their drinks are right up there with Starbucks. They taste and look just as good and they are routinely a couple bucks cheaper than Starbucks. I go to them every time I'm in the area and I have the money. Try it, u will not be disappointed.

Great drinks, especially iced coffees. The line for the drive-thru can get kinda busy but they get drinks out real quick. And the prices are really great too. I got one of their drink specials this past visit (a large iced Irish mint latte for like $3.90).

Daily specials and employees are aware of their regulars (Customers). Not to expensive great prices. Delicious drinks, smoothies, blended coffees, Frappuccino's, Italian drinks, the list goes on in varieties. Kid friendly w/sweet mixes by fresh fruits or candy blends. Order to Perfection. I was passing by and decided to stop here. They had the pumpkin latte on special. To my surprise the pumpkin was natural and I loved it. It was very delicious.

Decided to treat myself pregnant self today, a very very rare thing. I wanted a nice simple breakfast not made by me. I ordered their sausage egg and cheese croissant as it sounded amazing. I was so excited … They handed over the bag… it was a microwaved Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich! I have these in my own freezer ! I paid $5 for a frozen pre-made breakfast sandwich. I was soooo sooo sad. Carmel frappe was great though . Should have just got the bagel .

Nice little coffee bar serving good espresso. It’s a drive-thru with also very limited inside seating. Plenty of parking. I don’t believe there’s a restroom. The coffee was good enough for a 4 star rating, but I only rate it 3 stars coz they charged me for a cup of water...

I visited the shop 07.30.18 for a quick Frappucino since I was limited time, I have been here a handful of times and have liked what I orders which has been a basic Mocha Frappe. Today however I decided to try something new and ordered myself an Almond Rocha Frappucino, I did not like it at all, It had a Chemical taste to it I don't know if it was syrup that they use but the taste did not settle well with me and I had to toss the 32oz drink. I have not yet decided if I will go and stick to what I have tried before or what.

Note to staff, if you can't remember more than 1 drink, please write the order's down or at least repeat the order back before instructing to drive forward. It's frustrating having to repeat what drink has whipped cream and which does not everytime we order, and again it's only 2 drinks. However, prices are still much better than large chain coffee companies and when they do make the drinks right, they're great! Avoid the sausage, egg, and cheese croissants too unless you want to pay almost 4 dollars for a frozen Costco or Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich that is heated up in a microwave. I ordered 3 one time and they were all still slightly frozen in the middle.

I understand it is an easy fix, but they scoop out a lot of my coffee. The customer service has also been lacking as they have answered the drive-thru mid conversation.

They got our order wrong twice, and the service was very slow. I understand it may have just been an off day but still disappointing. The smoothies were pretty bad, basically pure syrup.

Although the hazelnut frap was great, when I found a hair in my drink, yup I said a long female human hair. I returned to the scene of the crime and let them know she had to confer to ask if she was "authorized" to make me a new one. WTH?!

I've been trying out small businesses who sell/make coffee, so I can find the best shop. This was the 2nd time I've been here and each time I've had a non welcoming experience. This last time, the girl that was working, didn't give us her attention on ordering and gave us attitude when we asked how many oz are in a small and how many shots where in the special flavors. Apparently, two questions was too many. Then we placed our order with no whip cream and she gave us our drinks with whip cream. First, she didn't give us her full attention, then she gave us attitude and now she couldn't get our order right. I told her she had it wrong and when she said she'd fix it, with another attitude, I said forget it and I'll just take the drinks as is. I just wanted to get my coffee, leave and never return. I'll spend my money at a different coffee shop next time.

I love this place am here everyday but today the girl working the window this morning was so rude gave me wrong price when I try to tell her... she rolled her eyes and was so rude about it...she is either not a morning person or just not a people person she shouldn't be working the window......either was if she at the window I'll just keep driving not ganna deal with attitude before my coffee....
