I'm visiting with my family on Mother's Day. Even as busy as it is, it was still a short wait. The noise level isn't overwhelming, and all of the servers are very pleasant. The food was predictable, which means it was good. I'm not in this area very often, but I would come back.

Very slow location...at least in the evenings. The food is good, nothing special, and the dining room is clean. Everytime we have been it has been slow. We get sat right away, the area is quiet, and the food is what we expect. The employees are always friendly and happy to grab anything you.

Had the Sausage and Biscuits. Service is fantastic and very polite and caring. It's not the first time I have been here, and my last review seems to have disappeared. If you are polite and understanding with the staff. They treat you the same. Food wise. Great gravy. The biscuits part was subpar, too much salt or missing something else. They come here pre-made, so not the staffs fault. I have also had the French toast and that is always a treat to have. The Atmosphere was very relaxing to me. Music was not holiday, I loved it. It was 90s music.

First time at this location. We were on a road trip, and this location is large and had easy fwy access. mushroom spinach omelet w/o hollandaise sauce was excellent. Best omelet i have had in a long time, veggies were extremely fresh and flavorful. Also got flavorful pancakes topped with strawberry and banana and chamomile hot tea-also good. Their restrooms were clean

Great service. Friendly cashier. Food was very good. We had a very clean table. Kid friendly. Prices are mostly affordable. Dinner prices on some items are a little high. For a family dinner. Breakfast is my favorite. Waitress was fast loved children in my opinion. We don't have any. But that day at least half of her tables had one or more. Very patience and had a 😄.

This is a standard chain restaurant. Grandma loves it here. We had a party of six and were seated quickly. We ordered 4 coffee's but there are free refills. We ordered a Brioche Foster combo, a Rise and Shine Breakfast, Blueberry pancakes, 2 orders of hashbrowns, Big Steak, a Split Decision and another side of something. Breakfast is consistent here. It was good and served warm. Server was good.

Excellent customer service, our hostess/server Mercedes was so kind and attentive. Our food (55+ Rise n Shine and a build-your-own omelette) was prepared exactly as ordered, served hot and the ingredients so fresh. The attentiveness we received today is truly lacking at any of our Northern Virginia area restaurants. Vwry refreshing experience, highly recommend.

We stopped here around midnight on our way to Sam Diego, CA. Our waiter was very friendly and welcoming, there was only other couple in the place and our family, they took kind of long to bring our food out but, the customer service that we received over powered the fact that we waited too long. Our waitress noticed that we were tired and just annoyed and she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She even offered us coffee to go for the road. But, we were gonna stop at a hotel for the night. I appreciated the customer service we received.

Marlón was our server and he was incredible, fast, and kind. The customer service is superb and absolutely outstanding. I will be coming back just for Marlón and this time I’ll bring my mother. His ability to make you smile will definitely make this experience enjoyable and memorable. Thanks Marlón! P.S Tip your server well. They work hard and they deserve it.

It was a nice breakfast on a busy Sunday morning! Food was good I had an egg white omelet with fruit and pancakes it was very tasty Plus our server left me the carafe with coffee so I could pour myself and I thought it was genius!! I will be back!!

Mercedes was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we were seated, she was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. She checked on us regularly without being intrusive, made sure our drinks were always refilled, and got our order exactly right. Her positive attitude and great customer service really made our visit to IHOP enjoyable. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and cares about her customers. We’ll definitely be coming back and hope to be seated in her section again!

Definitely recommend this place! I've been to this IHOP for many many times throughout the year. There isn't a time which I and my family didn't enjoy the service and the food here! In fact we love coming to this place! Lately I really like their new delicious Salisbury Steak, with loaded mashed potatoes and green beans! Other breakfast and entries are also yummy too as ordered and commented by my family. All the servers we have had are all super nice and great! The interior looks quite modern and clean. Definitely feel very comfortable dining here.

Despite having to dine in the parking lot in a tent. The food was great and our waitress Mecerdes was.so attentive to our every need. We retirned the next day and found Gaby to be equally attentive and again the food was great. Happy to be able to dine in even if it was out doors.

Great quality food for the price. Was great when I worked night shift for over a year. They are no longer 24 hours which is sad. Staff are always friendly and good at what they do. They are occasionally very generous on portions. Worth it to stop by this oh ok vs other near by ones

UPDATE: We went for the IHOPpy Hour, Prices were more in line with what I'd expect and I left satisfied. The ham and cheese omelet was great, along with a stack of pancakes. It really hit the spot.

Our food was delicious and the service was great! I didn't give it 5 stars because the portions seemed smaller than before. My parents got the breakfast sampler and i got some diet breakfast meal. My parents ate their entire meal and my dad even ate some of my toast! We enjoyed it so much though, we will be back.

I never go to IHOP, this was my first experience in a very long time. Overall I would say it was good. I only got pancakes and hashbrowns, which came out to around $13, which is ridiculously expensive if you ask me. But oh well. The food was good, table was clean, staff was nice, what more do you need. I'll probably end up going again.

I'm not sure why our waitress Griselda was so bad at her job. I could understand why if the place was busy, but there were only a few people at 2 in the afternoon on a Saturday. The food was very good and reasonably priced.

We went with a group, and they were already packed with other customers. The waitress was friendly and attentive, but some of our food didn’t come out correctly as ordered (ex, an order came with strawberries on it when it was specifically asked to not have strawberries). Their card reader up at the front counter was also not working, so there was some disorder when it came to paying. Overall, though, there’s really not much to complain about. The restaurant was clean and the food was delicious, maybe we just came on a bad day.

Seemed like a slow, rainy Wednesday morning. Very quiet. We were seated quickly and served promptly. The eggs benedict came with thick slices of Canadian bacon. Eggs poached perfectly. Much better food than competitors like Dennys.

I have been going to the IHOP for years. Ever since I was little. This IHOP used to be big staple with us as I remember when I hop used to do all the fun little syrups before they only provide the basic one now. I will admit that the service from the kitchen has gone downhill. The servers are very friendly, they check on you, and they make sure you have everything you need. They communicate when things are running late all the above. But that does not excuse the service from the kitchen. The food takes a while to come out. As when we finally get our food it is just warm on the cooler side rather than hot . I understand this when a place is busy but when we went it was not busy there was no reason why for the food to take as long as it did to come out. Disclaimer they do have biscuits and gravy just no longer on the menu. You just have to ask the server. In terms of cleanliness inside the establishment. The tables were clean were we sat the floors were swept and vacuumed. There was no complaints upon cleanliness.

I meet with a group every Wednesday morning for breakfast. That makes the atmosphere perfect along with the outstanding service we get from our waitress! The food is a solid four! It is always fresh and tasty, but you can tell it is very commercialized for the general public. Nothing fancy or above the ordinary, just good breakfast. If you eat off the budget menu, it is extremely affordable! Pretty close to what it would cost you if you purchased the product and cooked it at home yourself! Overall...at 6:30 am on Wednesday morning, it is well worth your time and money, if you are selective on your food choice and bring a bright attitude knowing and taking it for what it is!

Going at night you might have to stand around a bit for one of the employees to come out. There is only a couple working and if they are in the back grabbing something you might be standing around. Dont worry though they were really friendly and super helpful. The food was tasty and who doesn't love bottomless pancakes. Their eggs and hashbrowns are pretty good to. Restrooms were clean last time I went in.

Food was great. The service; on the other hand, was not good. Upon entering I was not informed that only one cook was in service ( The waitress informed me about the cook after taking my order) therefore, I had to wait more than the normal waiting time. It would be very opportune if the customer is informed when entering, so that way the customer has the opportunity to decide to rather wait or not.

Ordered curbside pick-up, but had to go inside to pay ? And the waitress on the phone and at the register were nice. The food was just alright this time.But would give another chance because they are usually very good...

Good food, waiters and waitress are good. Food is always great. But what makes this a 3 star instead of a 4/5, is that the silverware almost always has,smudges on them. At least I've never encountered a long wait to get seated here:)

Took the grandkids for breakfast. It was OK but I feel overpriced for what you get. Are the pancakes pre made?? $12 for a Belgian waffle with nothing else. A side of eggs $5.99. Seems a bit much. Maybe I haven't adjusted to the new USA pricing?

Normally we have a good experience here but this last time, not sure if they're short staffed, we had to look for someone to ask for a take home box and then we had to look around again for someone to bring our check so we could pay and leave. On a good note, the food is always delicious and cooked perfectly.

Rocio was our waitress. She was very nice and fast. However when we walked in there was like 5 waitress and none of them said "good morning " or "hi" . We could also hear the staff talking and laughing in the kitchen,lol. Manager was really friendly.

Wait staff was friendly but there wasn't anyone at the front to seat us. We sat down on our own after 15 minutes, the waitress came to take our order. I saw the others talking in the kitchen but did not come take our orders until the waitress who was on her break was done with her break that she came over. The food we're good and had come fast. So the points off were for lack of response in receiving guests. Other than that, it was rather pleasant.

While the customer service was phenomenal, the food was in poor taste. Crepes, sausage, and eggs were cold and along with taste in food was not as good. The only tasty part of the meal was the Candied Bacon Pancakes, sweet and delicious. The hash browns were able very scrumptious and crunchy.

No menus, no silverware, no water, had to get up and ask for coffee. The waiter just plopped our food down in random spots. No attempt at all to give the right food to the right person. Had to go find him again to get the check. The service is horrible. The food was good, but I still won't come back.

Food was okay but not the best, 2 of us ordered a wrap and there was more lettuce on it than turkey and avocado very disappointing. Our waitress disappeared and we couldn't get refills on drinks or even get our check. Had to find someone to help us which want easy. The sad thing is that there were only about 10 people in there and nobody to working. Sad

My bf had some mysterious food on the side of his plate, which spoiled his appetite and the cook and waitress had no idea what it was. The way she handled it was poor and apparently she was intimidated by him, so she avoided us. She didn't/couldn't send manager over and wasn't prepared to handle a not so pleasant diner. Her management needs to train them better to be confident in what they can/cannot do. I felt bad for everyone.

Pancakes were cold on arrival as you can see it didn't even melt the butter, only thing hot was the coffee 😑

When paying the option of tipping wasn’t brought up on the tablet and all I needed to do was sign right after when we realized on the receipt a tip was charged to the card without our knowledge. We told the waitress Merceides we didn’t know why there was a tip when there was never an option when she handed the tablet all that appeared on the screen was to sign. She was quick to say “was the service bad & are you paying it with cash then? That’s why you need to pay attention” with attitude completely ignoring what I just said. When that was not the point it was that we weren’t aware of it. The service was good all along but she wasn’t understanding when we tried to explain the situation. She made the situation difficult wanting to remove the whole transaction to make me pay again when I asked if I could just get a refund. Me and my family have never had a problem with paying/tipping after coming here for years until this time.

Once we were seated- 2of us, we waited 23 min. for a waitress and none came so we left. Won't go back there any time soon.We went for breakfast but ended up going to Marys in oceanside instead.

worse experience ever! Walked in, they sat us down and that was it. We waited for about 20 minutes, they never offered us anything to drink none the less food. They were just walking by our table and never even acknowledged us. We walked away and they didn't even realize that! We came to San Marcos IHOP and right away almost they offered us drink and took our order! Very happy with ihop in San marcos service!

Cannot figure out how anyone could write a positive review. Never been to an IHOP so maybe the breakfast is better. However I online ordered at 5pm and got absolute garbage. Brunch sandwich is simple bacon, egg, meat, cheese, and some sort of sauce. I got egg juice, no bacon, hashbrowns?, no sauce. Fries cold and soggy. Tried to treat myself with moz sticks but badly overcooked in old oil and couldn't eat them. Didn't eat for hours and without a car I choked down the meat patty and threw away the rest. Wondering if that was a good ideal or not. Oh yeah almost forgot to mention. Waited twenty minutes till a server finally ask if she could help me. Wish I didn't pay online first would have walked out!

First off had to wait and the place was not packed. Then brought or food bacon and eggs over cooked had to flag down the lady bussing tables to get the waitress. Didn't bring out the pancakes till we was almost done with the rest of the food and we had to ask for them never got a refill on drinks it was like all the staff was hiding in the back or something. The other table had to get up and go find the waitress to tell her they was ready to order and had been waiting too. Just sad and I spent my hard earned money there. Oh and he'd to ask the person bussing tables for our bill and then wait about 10 mins for someone to come so we could pay will definitely not be returning!!!

Service here is terrible. Waited 40 minutes for toast. By that time my eggs were cold so I'm giving them 1 star for at least bringing me out fresh eggs. We were first in line to pay for our food and the cashier made told us to circle what was going to be taken off the ticket even though we had already verbally told her it was the one meal. She made us wait since we wanted to split the ticket and started checking other people out who was behind us. Save your money go to Dennys.

We came as a part of a very large party. They could not seat us all at one table because of our size So we sat separately which was fine. During that time a waitress came and knew we were apart of that party. She took the other tables order and left. It was quite busy. She did not let us know that she would return. She was gone long enough that our table of three was able to make up our minds what we would like to order. We never received any refills on our existing drinks. Our waitress was not so bad, but the staff was very impolite. At one point my daughter was on her way to the bathroom and accidentally bumped into a staff member. She apologized and the staff member told her "she needed to learn how to walk right." As we were talking, two other staff members were pushing through my fathers seat to try and move a table and chair to the other side of the restaurant and didn't announce their presence until they were pinching their way through and bumping into him. While we paid our bill the cashier Vanessa asked us how we enjoyed our experience. My spouse said we didn't have very good service here overall and she replied "Why Thank you" in a snooty tone and as we left we were in shock at the attitude and Vanessa said "You're welcome" Then she shook her head and rolled her eyes as we left. The manager was greeting people at the opposite door and at no point did she say "I am sorry to hear that" or "here is our manager". Instead she decided to become offended and talk in a very rude tone and this was not customer service or the attitude of someone who should be in customer service. I own my own business and take pride in treating my paying customers with respect and these experiences in no way reflected an enjoyable experience for my children nor my spouse and I.

I called ahead though deal was too good to be true.. half off certain items on menu and kids eat free ??? Really ?? Lady who answered phone said yes.. 20 min drive from oceanside to vista.. wife and kids ate. Pretty good not bad. Got bill and got charged for kids meal.. Asked waitress y being charged for kids meal.. Mentioned kids eats free when u order off reg menu not half off menu. Asked for manager. Said she was manager. Explained what person on phone said. Said that not true and had to pay. Soo disappointed...... Definitely was not worth what we paid even at half off...

Its 8:45pm. I walk in with my woman by my side. We’re hungry and stricken with some late night munchies. As we make our way inside IHOP, were confront with a cold and eerie atmosphere. There is no music. No customers. No employees. Images of backrooms memes Ive seen online flood my mind. I hear a faint and whispered conversation in the distance. A couple, also perplexed by the quiet environment decides to converse quietly, as if not to disturb a lurking presence. All of a sudden a vibrant middle aged woman appears seemingly out of nowhere and asks, “Table for two?”. We are taken to a booth and seated and can now hear the chef in the kitchen working alone as he prepares the other tables meal. My girl and I already know what we like and order when she asks for drinks. My second half orders the Serrano pepper chicken sandwich with extra Serrano peppers. I take the Blueberry French toast combo with sausage, over medium eggs, and extra crispy hash browns. She notates our requests, and dissolves into the kitchen. My companion and I look into each others eyes, and observe the awkwardness that the establishment had presented with its musical virginity still intact. I joke and suggest to play some light volumed tunes through my phone. My love wasnt joking. We listen to un x100to by Grupo Frontera as we wait patiently for our food. After a short while of the chef practicing his art, the food arrives. We turn down the music whenever the waitress passes by, as not to disturb a silent setting she clearly enjoys. I dig in. The blueberries are crisp and my hash browns are satisfying. I look up to see my dearest removing the top bun, only to see an excessive amount of jalapeños. Not serrano peppers. The waitress stops by our table shortly after our food is presented. I turn down my tunes as my darling asks for a small amount of extra serrano peppers. The waitress complies and scurries away… only quickly returning with a a bowl of roughly chopped and raw peppers. I feel for my baby as she must now pull a card I know she never wants to pull; The Karen Card. “Im sorry but is there anyway I could get them grilled a bit? Thank you so much Im sorry!” The waitress responds “Oh! Yes of course!”. I release the breath I held during this interaction as I did not expect this to play out well. The grilled peppers were returned. We finished our meal to the whispers of another table and our quiet Spanish tunes. A check is brought out and I pay with an added tip. Late night shifts aren’t easy and I recognize that. But playing music through a restaurant is. I would’ve felt more comfortable eating Swedish Meatballs in SCP-3008 than devouring another Blueberry French toast in this unfortunate IHOP location.

I ordered ihop online they use door dash as their delivery service when the driver pulled up it was a dirty old car. When he got out he didn’t have a mask or gloves on. His has were dirty with long nails and dirt under. I did not feel comfortable eating my food at all. The manger jack not the best person to voice your concerns too couldn’t find my online order when I called. Didn’t apologize about the situation immediately blamed doordash. This morning he called me telling me he refunded me and not to call again! Wow great worst service ever! Update Jack manger called me back two days later and stated they refunded me and to never call back again wth kind of manger is he. Should be nice so I can go back?? Did he go to College of customer service for clowns??? Anyway never got a refund but why bother with such a nasty manger keep the money obviously you need it since your horrible customer service keep everyone away!!!

I'm down here for work me and a few co-workers stopped by for dinner after a long drive down here before bed. The place is empty it's 850 and the first thing we are told is we close at 10 like we going to take all night for a quick bite the food came out in 5 mins or so and everything sucked the pancakes were not fully cooked and the chicken strips were burnt it's like there is no one here make our food right never go here

We sat down and it took more than 12 minutes for the waitress to even acknowledge that we being seating there with no help. The place was not that busy when we got there. If am sitting in your restaurant for more than 7 minutes with no contact, you don’t deserve my business and I will never patronize you again.

I have been going to this Ihop for 7 years now and it has always had good service but for the last two years it has been horrible. I don’t know if it’s the change in staff but they are not doing well. I waited almost 2 hours for my food as I watched others who got their later and get their food within 30 minutes. When we got our food it was cold I was just so disappointed and upset. My two kids were almost starving since they couldn’t even bring out the kids plates if it was ready at least. You guys need to do better I don’t if they were rude because we were a mixed couple or if our server sucked but she sure did a nice job for other tables other than us.

I had the worst experience, I went to have a nice brunch and ended up being accused of walking out with out paying the check a week before. I showed my work schedule and the waitress said I could have left work lol. They said the cameras caught me and I asked them to show me but manager said no. Hands down, that was the worst experience and not to mention most of all it was embarrassing. I should have just gone to Dennys.

I won't return to this location ever again and probably won't be eating at any IHOP any time soon. The service and food was subpar; Not to mention the high prices for small portions. The adult entree hamburgers are exactly the same size as the kid's meal burgers, yet cost almost twice as much. They also would not fully honor the 'Kids eat free' promotion. We purchased 3 adult meals, but were told only two kid's meals could be deducted. According to IHOP's website, a child can eat free with the purchase of an adult entree (no limit listed). When I told the waitress we bought 3 adult meals, she said her manager will only allow 2 free kids meals max. If I would have known I was going to end up spending nearly $70 (including a tip) for dinner, we would have gone somewhere better. Don't waste your time and money here.

I’ve ordered from here twice. Both times they messed up my wife’s order where they forgot her pancakes and this latest time they charged us for specialty pancakes but gave us regular ones. This was after telling us it would be ready after 30 minutes, in which we waited another 20 minutes once arriving on time. The management is spreading their employees too thin. The waitress at the cashier had a lot of customers and was doing 3 different jobs by herself. Never coming back here again.

I really like coming to this location however, I do have one complain the waitress that always attends to is her name is Griselda. She always has an attitude and never gets our order right. Everytime we send back our order to get corrected she gives us a nasty attitude. Never comes back to see if there is anything we need. Someone needs to talk to her. She shouldn’t be working there if it’s a bother to attend to her customers.

Food tastes great. Its just that getting the order wrong and then charging extra for what we asked for in the first place is where the problem is. After I questioned it, I was told that it was correct.

Okay ihop is usually my go to, my experience at this location has been awful since October from lipstick on coffee cups not once but twice, to pancakes not cooked all the way through. I tried to give them still another try and they sat me down at a dirty table, I thought lady was getting something to clean it up but didn't come back so I asked another waitress for a cloth to wipe it down she said okay but went and sat another customer down and forgot I asked anything. I walked out, very disappointed.

My family and I were visiting Carlsbad and chose Ihop to dine in since there is something for everyone. Worse mistake in choosing this location. There were 2 tables with patrons when we arrived yet I had to get the attention of a worker in order to be seated and it still took an additional 5 minutes. The waitress does not deserve to work in this establishment. No customer service. She forgot my drinks and maybe almost forgot my entree because when she brought out the food, she did not have mine available. We had to ask for silverware, straws, and condiments. Everything was empty on the table. She did not check on us once to see how things were going. She did not deserve a tip yet I still left one because I have manners unlike the workers. There was also a table of 4 ladies who did not order anything, yet were yapping away. Worse Ihop location. Maybe hire people who want to work and your business will see an uptick since its near the freeway.

We’ve been coming to this IHOP location for over 5 years and usually enjoy our visits. Unfortunately, we’ve consistently had a negative experience with one specific server, Griselda. No matter how kind and respectful we try to be, she always seems to have a bad attitude. She rarely checks on the table and makes us feel unwelcome. On our most recent visit, I tried to use a coupon. It wouldn’t have been a big deal if it wasn’t accepted, but the way it was handled felt dismissive and unprofessional. After multiple visits with similar experiences, it’s disappointing that the customer service has not improved.

We were greeted wonderfully when we arrived, which made a great first impression. Unfortunately, our experience went downhill once our waiter, Grisela, took over. I have never had a waiter argue with me about my own order before—she went back and forth with us multiple times, which was uncomfortable and unnecessary. She barely checked on our table throughout the meal and had a bad attitude that made the entire experience awkward and unpleasant. It’s disappointing because the initial greeting was great, but the service completely overshadowed it.

Dont order from this place. I ordered a country fried steak and fries. It came with no gravy and the fries were stale.

Really disappointed. I used to love this IHOP. It's the first hang out place my husband and I would visit when we were just friends. Your restaurant does not have a welcoming homey feeling to it anymore. The new look, makes you feel like you are in a business office, uninviting. It was not busy and our waitress brought out drinks, said she would come back and never did. They didn't inform us if she was going on break or if we were getting a new server. After receiving a new server, he explained it's because she was busy and he would be taking over. (There were only two other guests there). Your new menu is so corporate, there are no more kids menus. It's now one small section in the back of the regular menu. Your prices are high and your portions are smaller. I got a split decision with two tiny pancakes. They were kid size pancakes. I was upset with our hash browns. There were hardly any, put together it would be one order. Our bacon was cold. My sons macaroni and cheese was watery. It seemed like the food was sitting there before the manager brought our food out. The wait was long, food was cold, and the atmosphere was unwelcoming. Three different people to wait one table in almost empty restaurant. I have to say after visiting this location for 8 years we will no longer be coming back. We are now only Denny's patrons. Their prices are almost the same but their food is not cold and the portions are double. Edit 1/08/26 Decided to try this place again. It had to get a to go order. Ordered a jalepeno kick burger with fries and there were hardly any fries. Ordered their spicy poblano eggs Benedict. There was hardly any hollandaise sauce and the eggs were hard boiled, not poached. Ordered French toast sticks for my child from kids menu. It was just a slice of French toast barely cut. I had to cut it myself and cook it more because the middle was not cooked all the way through. Ordered a side of my cheesecake pancakes and didn't even receive the strawberries and whip cream. They gave me powdered sugar and chocolate sauce. Regret going here and giving them a second chance. Should have gone to Denny's instead.

Came here for lunch, when we arrived we waited 20 minutes to be seated. Once we were seated our waiter did not greet us for almost a half hour. When he finally came to take our order we probably waited 45 minutes for our food. My plate had a hair on it and the pancakes looked like they had been sitting out. I’ve been to Ihop plenty of times and this is probably the worst experience i’ve had. Go to a different location.

1st time here and won’t be coming back. Guy at the front sat us down and our waitress didn’t acknowledge us. It took her 20 mins just for her to tell us “I’ll be back to take your drink order”. Took her about another 10 mins. Once we ordered our drinks and food, we waited another 45-50 mins for our food. Our waitress didn’t check to see how we were doing durning our wait for the food. She disappeared. Food was okay. No excuse for the slow service either. We arrived at 12pm way past the morning rush. Do better ihop.

When my friend, her father and I first arrived we asked for a booth. It was about 12:30 in the afternoon. She tried to sit in the first booth but since it was raining the night before the ceiling was coming down. It was wet asbestos everywhere. She actually waited for us to sit down I said no we're not going to sit here. That's when she moved us to another place. It took a while to get us our drinks. Teresita, I think her name was, seated two groups of customers and took their orders before taking ours. When the food finally got to the table, the fries were cold and my classic chicken sandwich looked crazy. It was also cold. My friend dad ordered sourdough toast on the side and got wheat. He also did not get the biscuit that came with the meal. Yes we were charged for both. My friends fries were cold but her burrito she said was tasty. My take away from this place is they make a good breakfast burrito. So if you want to wait long, get overlooked, not be able to chew your chicken sandwich, and be charged for stuff you didn't get, come here. 3/39/2025 I'm still waiting for resolution....

We love coming here after church on Sunday , sadly Griselda that always attends us is not very friendly. We are a family of 7 and she will say, let me know what you guys need I have other tables and can’t be coming here back and forth and it’s just drinks or sauces we ask for not a whole meal :/ as we ask for drinks she’s walking away from us as we talk so unfortunately she does have to go more than one round since she didn’t wait for us to finish talking seems like she’s in charge since she’s training other employees. The food was burned and my kids didn’t want it but we didn’t want her to give us a worst attitude so we didn’t say anything. It’s the second time we get her both times not very pleasant to come after church her unfortunately.
