Gotta love that Tuesday/Thursday special! Fettuccine Alfredo was delicious and I always enjoy the breadsticks. Wings were too spicy for me to try but my husband and kids loved them! Next time I'll order chicken on my pasta so it breaks up smooth noodle/sauce texture. Tea is delicious and this location has plenty of room to dine.

I wanted to surprise my husband for Christmas with Fazoli's and drove 2 hours to the nearest one I could find. The staff was great about packing everything up for me so I could bake it when I got home. It came out just like Fazoli's use to serve it over 20 years ago.

It’s a pretty good spot for yummy fast food where you can walk in and not stink when you leave. Yummy breadsticks and sweet tea. They don’t have coke. I’m not worried about it, but some folks could be worried about it. It’s pretty decent for price, I think. Chicken’s usually more on the dry side, but it’s fast food so it’s not that big of a concern. One other tiny detail is that there is no salt and pepper in the utensil packet. This is also not a deal breaker, but it’s good to know. Just today, these noodles are disappointing. I ordered “creamy basil penne.” Many noodles don’t have anything, and it’s not really saucy at all.

They had ran out of a couple of meals this day. Not sure if understaffed when I came, but the dining area was unkept. They were busy which made a longer wait to get our food, but food was good. We asked for more breadsticks they claimed they were making more and would bring them out, 20 minutes later we just left without them. Hopefully it was just a bad day for staffing.

Every single time I come to this location Percilla in the drive thru gets my order wrong. Went last night and ordered 2 baked spaghetti (one with meatballs on the side and another as is). My meatballs were not in the bag and she didn't give me straws for my drink. I went in to ask for the meatballs and straws. Got the meatballs but didn't get straws. I grabbed them from the lobby but there is no accountability in this location. Upon walking out of the building i happen to read the sign that says buy 2 baked spaghetti's and get 1 free. Guess who did not promote the sale or give me the free baked spaghetti.....(Percilla). I hate that this on is the one closest to me.

Breadsticks were overcooked and dry, acknowledged by management. Next batch was almost the same way...big difference from previous years!

I’ve been using this Fazolis for the past 20 years. Grew up as this being one of my favorite restaurants… for those 20 years I have had the SAME EXACT order. Baked Spaghetti, very simple. Should be very easy to make. Has been for the past 20 but tonight I got served with hardly any cheese. Made a proper ask to ask for more cheese and if they could fix it. I’m talking not even a palm size of cheese was covering my spaghetti. The waitress told me it was a proper amount. Said it wasn’t because of how many years I’ve been served the same dish. Also if I ask for cheese; just bring the damn cheese!!!!! Apparently I’m wrong and it was wrong for me to call it. Your management needs to do serious training on some customer service!!!!!!

I rate every place based on what I expect for the type of restaurant. This is a fast food Italian place, so I'm not rating it like a nice Italian restaurant. The place was not very busy so I was surprised that with a full staff, there were quite a few dirty tables. It took us a bit to find one we were comfortable eating at. Also, the first few utensils had food residue on them which indicates their dishwasher needs attention. As far as the food we both thought it was tasty and good portions. I got the chicken parmigiana, my wife got the GF pesto pasta, and we got fettuccine Alfredo to go. All of them tasted great. For $10 each we got a much better meal than we'd get at most fast food places. Next time I'll likely get it all to go to avoid the dirty tables and utensils. Unless management addresses those issues, we won't be back inside.

I had a delivery order through seamless and I had ordered the lasagna made it a combo and a slice of pizza they were out of lemon ice so my drink was substituted for a sweet tea, the lasagna was over cooked (Nasty) and the pizza was half burnt , was very disappointed especially on how much I spent on my meal, Will never order from fazolis again..I just order there today because baris were I get my lasagna from was closed today..... NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Since when did a drive through fast food restaurant charge the same price as restaurants?! $13-$15 for a mediocre, half of a meal is ridiculous! $50 for 3 meals and they don't even include the drinks. They don't give you enough food for the price they charge. Barely any food in the aluminum containers. Inside the building is disgusting, the floors are sticky and the tables aren't any better. If you want to feed your kids, spend your money elsewhere or else your kids will still be hungry. This is ridiculous! Last time we will be coming here.

Walked in and almost all the tables were left with lord knows how old trash just laying around. The workers were FaceTiming and on their phones the whole time. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.

This use to be a great place! Not so much anymore. The floor was dirty when I walked in and more than 11 tables were dirty (I have photos) when I went to find a seat. I went and got my drink and forgot my order number. When I went to the counter, they told me that they would bring me my food but gave me a number anyway. Thirty-five minutes later they brought the man at the next table his food and then they immediately went back to the counter and called out my number. When I inquired as to why they didn't bring my food, with their backs turned, they said they were busy. Meanwhile, they weren't doing anything, but talking to each other. It definitely wasn't busy enough to have more than 11 dirty tables throughout the dining room. I contacted the corporate office. Let's hope they contact me.
