My wife grew up eating at Sonic. We don't have one in our area. So when we travel it a frequent stop for us. Large ice tea and strawberry limeade.
I ordered through the Sonic app. They've got different deals everyday on the app. By the time I got there, my food was ready. I checked in, and a server brought it right out. Quicker than the drive through.
Always a great experience stopping by Waller sonic! I love the ease of ordering ahead through the app. There is hardly any wait and your food is hot. The staff is so kind, the mangers are always so friendly and they support our local community through various, fun ways!
This place was slammed on a Saturday at lunchtime. I placed my 7 person order via the app, drove to the Sonic (10 min drive), checked in, and had my food within 3 minutes. The order was all correct and well packed. The service was excellent. Food order was also correct which is not a guarantee these days. Excellent job!
My first time at this location. It was a good atmosphere. I had good decent service. No complaints.
Did we need a quick, really late lunch? We did. Did our 3 pups need a plain and dry double meat burger after waiting soooo long at the pet clinic for their shots? They did. We ordered 2 burger meals with tator tots and cherry cokes. Everything was ready pronto, and our order was correct! We even got napkins! Yay!
Food was great. Hot n fresh. Sonic waiters/waitresses were very nice and courteous as well. Prices are affordable too. This sonic is one of the newer modeled versions which is cool. Drive-in spots are available but fill up during lunch time quickly. Drive thru moves quickly but gets full very fast,so be prepared to wait for a bit. The only issue I have, no offense, but there were a lot of non English speaking people personnel that work there so it made ordering a lot harder than it should be due to language barriers. Other than that, it's a great Sonic Drive-in so you should definitely check it out.
How is it that the Chili’s never ready? What’s the point in going to sonic without getting chili cheese tots
Food was good however order received contained a 2nd additional order of medium fries that I never asked for and I was also charged for it. Not cool. I was in a hurry and had a lot of work that day and went through the drive thru. Here’s my order information. I asked for a double sonic cheese burger combo with large fries and large raspberry unsweet tea and a medium motzerella sticks with marinara. Out comes the burger, 2 medium fries, medium mozzarella sticks and a medium tea.
This breaks my heart because I always bragged about my burger from Waller Sonic. Went there last week to order my regular double meat sonic burger and got a smash burger. I thought honest mistake no big deal. Went there yesterday ordered my double meat and got a single meat. Now my heart is broken because I don’t have a go to for a good burger.
Visited drive thru today. Not sure how long it takes to make a hamburger, fries, and a breakfast toast. Was in the drive thru for what felt like 10 minutes after I paid for food. Other cars were being given their orders and proceeding. (Could have just been drinks???) I specifically asked for no cheese on hamburger. They repeated correctly, rang it up correctly, but they hardly do it correctly. Again double cheese instead of how it was ordered. Also no ketchup in bag to go with oily fries or to cover up cheese. It took to long to get original order was not going to ask them to remake it. Side note... The food was hot, even when I made it home to eat.
First, my jalapeno cheese burger was delicious. Next we received and returned the WORST & BURNED onion rings that appeared recycled.. . The cashier/window operator was impolite and didn't return our credit card so, after getting into the highway we had to travel 6 miles to exit and return to sort things out.
This is actually a decent location for a Sonic but they need to get the orders correct. Also they need to learn how to mix shakes and blast because halfway through my ice cream cup was just plain Jane ice cream. When I asked for extra Reese's to be mixed in all they did was put extra Reese's on top 9/6/2022 They still can not get the order right and the blasts are still not mixed well.
Waited 30 minutes in the stall for an ocean water, then I went through the drive thru and asked why it took so long and the manager had a very bad attitude. If you can’t handle pressure shouldn’t bein that role understand that yall our busy but customers come first
I drove through for a beverage. There were 4 cars ahead of me. All were purchasing big orders. They made me wait. Every other sonic brings out the beverages right away, not making you wait behind the big orders. So... just a warning. Don't do the drive through at this location.
I’m posting again after 2 yrs. I ordered a blast and it only had about an inch of mixed in items. It’s like I got a cup of soft serve with topping. Management wants to give me another in if I drive 20 mins back over there, then 20 minutes home. Just shut the customer up and not fix the problem. As stated 2 yrs ago. This location is garbage, don’t waste your time. You will be disappointed. This Sonic has the worst service. They constantly ring orders up incorrectly and they don’t know how to put the correct items in the bag. I thought it was just a mistake and kept trying. At this point I know it is just incompetence of management and non-management personnel. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.
You won't ever know if they are open after sitting in a drive through for 5 mins no response. Why post hours?

Terrible customer service from person taking order, cc machine and lady bringing food.
Stay away from this place, chicken is undercook and can lead to salmonella. Wait time is outrageous for a fast food eatery. Be careful with Alicia she will hang up on you mid complain. Choose another fast food place as this sonic is not an option. Ohhh for for to mention. Food will be cold.
Ordered through uber, should know better! Sandwiches were supposed to have texas toast, barely had half a piece of bacon, the chicken strips way over done, and ocean water tasted like limeade. I won't order from here again lesson learned.
Ordered 2 Mills only got one. You have to go back, and I had to wait another twenty minutes for my second mill. This is not the first time it's happened.I have given you all 8 different chances in each time.The order has either been wrong or it was missing Half of my order.I will not be coming back.You'll have a great day. Which sucks because all your food was really good
I'm a guy so i approached the car drive in and I started my order and said yes sir but corrected myself and said yes mam since realizing it was a woman who started speaking and was taking my order . Her response was yes mam the whole time she took my order down as if she was being funny with a very disrespectful sarcastic additide when I clearly made a mistake and apologized for it. Sonic employees need to understand the principle of slip us and treat others as if they were taking a order . Be professional at all times and make your customers happy during and after their experience! overall food is great customer service needs a bit progress thankyou
