I stopped here for a quick coffee on my way to take the dog and girlfriend for a walk. The gentlemen working the drive through greeted the dog at the drive through speaker and it made us smile. Upon getting out order, they had prepped a treat of whipped cream and a couple donut holes for our pup. Thanks for the smiles, folks :)
Nicest looking Dunkin' I've ever been to!! New, big, and the WiFi is fast, too!! Staff are very nice and helpful and the service is much faster compared to the one across from John Jay High School in Hopewell!!
I messed up my mobile order and accidentally ordered two coffees. I was just going to accept it since it was my fault. I told the employee working I only needed one so they could just throw out the other, but instead he offered to refund me and went out of his way to do it. I thought that was really awesome. There's tons of dunkin's in the area, but I'll be sure to go to this one going forward.
Don't use drive thru but I get the best customer service and my food is always hot fresh and right. This is my goto Dunkin Donuts.

I have an autistic adhd 5 year old who is dunkin obsessed I brought him through the drive through as he insisted on having his “gonuts”. I was quite overwhelmed after a long day and the high energy and the girl who helped us, Addimorris (I really don’t know if I’m spelling it right and feel so badly I didn’t ask how to spell it) reminded me there are plenty of good people in this world. Five stars.

It's a Dunkin. Current staff is friendly and accurate. If you're in a hurry, park and walk in - 10xs quicker than drive thru due to volume.

Every time I get an iced coffee there, it always tastes burnt.. once in awhile it’ll be ok.. but most times it’s not good..
Slowest Dunkin in the county
When you expect to go to a place that has the name " DONUTS" in it then one would assume you would you have your choice of tasty donuts and munchkins. Boy was i wrong. On several occasions this location has repeatedly run out of food especially munchkins. This was the final straw. My wife and I always stop at DUNKIN DONUTS to grab something for when go to someone's house. We ordered 2 boxes of 50 munchkins through the app. When I arrived, the drive through was 6 cars deep and not moving. I went inside hoping I can just grab my online order and be on my way. WRONG AGAIN. When I was asked by the employee " can i help you"I said am here to pick up my order, then it went sideways. She had to get the manger and then I was told we have no munchkins left. Mind you this was at 2;00 pm and they closed at 8:00 pm. She informed me that there was only 10 munchkins left and she could substitute the rest with donuts. I was in a rush so I didn't care. When I first arrived I was supposed to leave with 100 munchkins. Instead I left with 10 munchkins and 6 donuts. When you do the math I think I got shorted. In any event, I think I was more upset that they didn't have what I bought than being shorted financially. My recommendation would be to call first before doing any online ordering. What ever happened to that guy who used to say ' time to make the donuts".. They must have fired him because my belly and there shelves were empty,
Staff ignores mobile orders constantly. I’ll place an order, show up 15 minutes later and my order isn’t there. Even during slow days. Staff stands around laughing, joking, flirting with each other while completely ignoring the people waiting for their mobile order. One time I literally stood there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to even acknowledge I was standing there. They all looked right at me and continue to goof off and joke with each other. Not 1 person even said “I’ll be with you in a moment”, despite the fact about 6 employees saw me and walked right past me. I had to call someone over after waiting a total of 25 minutes since my order was placed. This happens regularly to the point where I won’t even come back to this Dunkin anymore. These employees are pretty much being paid to goof off until they clock out. Terrible customer service!!!!
Placed an order on DoorDash and they completely forgot the flavor in my latte and didn't include a straw (edit: DoorDash shows which store location the order is from, which is how I know it's this one).
Out of several common donuts and croissants by mid-morning; ordered three items, but they lost track of the breakfast sandwich; donuts were not fully cooked and not properly stored all the sugar and glaze was melted/gooey. Good coffee

Apple Fritter was completely raw! The dough was not baked all the way. My roommate who is a baker even confirmed this as well. Plus they forgot half of my other donuts and I waited an extra 2 minutes at the window to receive them.

I come in every morning for a coffee and there’s no reason I should be sitting in the store for 20 minutes for a coffee. Especially when there’s 6-7 workers in there. Think I’ll have to go down the road some more to get my coffee from now on Edit: drive through is still extremely slow. Also be advised prices went up here as well. 4.15 for a medium ice coffee.
If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I have ordered door dash from here THREE times and each time they messed up my order. First time I chalked up to inexperience, second time maybe it was busy but now after my THIRD ORDER they still cant get it right. Just be aware if you order a medium or large espresso drink they will size you down and make you pay for the size you wanted. Absolutely horrendous. I know I shouldn't be this upset but its like you are making me pay for something that is INCORRECT. However, in their defense they make the a good blood orange refresher if that is something you like on Dunkins fall menu
On Sunday September 19th, 2021 I went to the drive thru at this location and placed my order for a large iced signature pumpkin spice latte. Upon receiving my drink everything looked fine but it wasn't. I took my first sip of the coffee once I got home and there was "NO" pumpkin spice flavoring in the coffee at all, NONE. I was absolutely livid because the day before they screwed up my order also. I fully understand that it is difficult hiring good help but the level of incompetence at this location is beyond reproach. I am done getting coffee at this location
This places service is always terrible. It's like no one behind the counter is actually doing anything. Every single table is dirty. The couches are dirty. I almost asked for rag to clean off a table. Probably should have. Super disgusting.
Won't be the 1st time messed up my mobile order they are oh do the mobile order we will prepare your food just come pick it up and find out when you go home it's all wrong trying to come to them with little kids in this situation is struggle and then finding out they can't even get your order right and no one answering the phone not a way to do business you might as well stay close if can't even provide/prepare correct orders no care in reading the full order just pack it up they will eat whatever is in there ...don't forget it's the order people paying for it not free
Disappointed to find that they are closed at 5:00pm today. Hours posted claim they are open until 6:00 pm. I'm sure it's covid related, but it seems that this location has had its dining area closed for months. Not the finest representation of the DD chain...
This specific location had it's doors locked when we got there at 7pm and we had to go through the drive-thru. The cashier gave me the wrong total and then was totally confused when I questioned my change. Then when we finally got our coffee is was horrible. I will never return there.

Experience was brand damaging. I did a mobile order at 3 pm and ordered a large latte and a half a dozen donuts. I got there 10 minutes later. Line was moving slowly and when I got my order at the window my donuts weren’t even ready. I left the line and realized my latte was a just a large cup of milk. I order less ice because the water dilutes my latte but there was still so much ice. No flavoring either, just ice and milk. I went back and they remade the latte and while they’re remaking it I hear employees singing happy birthday to someone. You just let out a latte with no espresso and hearing celebration in the background makes me feel like no one really cares how much they just wasted your time. No one in there besides the cashier caring for my customer experience. Work should be fun, but where is the discipline and focus being displayed. When I tasted the new latte it definitely tasted like an extra espresso shot mixed in with the old espresso that was forgotten to be put in with the old latte. Donuts were stale and of course they didn’t have the jelly. I don’t really write reviews because I am too lazy but this experience drew the line.

If you’re ever in a rush avoid this Dunkin’ in Wappingers Falls at all costs. Mobile order? Don’t bother. Your drink will not be ready when you arrive, and half the time it’s not even made correctly. This location is consistently the slowest, most disorganized Dunkin’ in the county. They’re always short-staffed, and the employees (who often look exhausted and overwhelmed) don’t seem too concerned about accuracy or timeliness. Sometimes it feels like work has become more of a social hour than a place to serve customers. It’s frustrating because Dunkin’ is supposed to be the quick and easy coffee stop but this one is anything but. Unless you’ve got 20 extra minutes to spare and don’t mind rolling the dice on whether your order is right, I’d suggest skipping this location.

I get a cold brew every day from dunkin' and this location (not my usual but I do go here when going to Hannafords) tried to pass off an ice coffee with a shot of espresso as a cold brew. The tip that it wasn't a cold brew was the bitter taste, no sediment, and the fact the ice was mostly melted from the shot that was added (I used to be a barista for almost 10 years, I know these dirty tricks and I know what a cold brew is). You have an ice fill line to maintain Dunkin' standards, and the ice being short screamed a shot was added. I then returned to exchange the product after realizing the taste and product were off, but I was met with resistance when I asked for a remake when I questioned if they were out of cold brew. I was then given what I presume was the midnight black coffee iced being again passed as cold brew and told I could take the watered down espressoed drink since they can't take anything back. I also noted they locked their doors an hour before they are said to close. Only drive thru after 8 should be noted and the hours should change to reflect that and not say 9. It isn't fair to lie to your customers. I don't know if the franchise owner tells you not to tell people when you're out of cold brew but it's absolutely unacceptable to lie to people and give them a product that's cheaper and charging them an upcharge thinking that's going to make them happy. It's insulting to get the wrong product twice and be charged extra for the experience. I will never return to this location, and I suggest others choose another location as well. Shame on this franchise owner, you should be directing your staff to be honest.

As someone who works in customer service and who had worked in food service, I could NEVER with an entire dining room of customers, act in that manner. Didn’t seem to be a manager around but if there was that’s a big reflection on how they allow their employees to conduct themselves. The guy at the register was cool and was trying to be professional to the point he had to remove his headset while taking my order. Staying away for sure from now on.
I came here four times in the past month and every time they messed up my order to some degree. Today being the worst. The first time I ordered a hot chocolate and when I got home only to discover they gave me brown water. The second time I ordered two donuts and a sandwich only to find out they didn't give me the sandwich, the third time i ordered another sandwich and a coffee and they kept trying to give me a hot tea instead even after I told her I didn't order a tea. The woman tried to fight me about it when I showed her my receipt and today I ordered two $6 meal deals I got everything else in my order which was four donuts, two coffees and a colada but I was waiting on the rest of the meal deal which was two sandwiches and two hash browns. I waited over 20 minutes. They asked me what I was waiting for I told them and they asked the guy who took my order and he proceeded to say that I never ordered a meal deal just the coffee, never once did I just ask for a coffee needless to say I'm not coming back anymore and shouldn't have after the second time
This is literally the last time I will go to this Dunkin. I get the most simple drink and they mess it up every time! Caramel crazy with xtra caramel drizzle and 3 extra pumps of caramel. They never put the 3 extra pumps of caramel, no caramel drizzle and this time put cinnamon sugar on top. Maybe I’m just being a brat because I’m pregnant but every single time it is wrong! We got two drinks and for 13$ I do expect my drink to be made right. Third time was the charm for me.
Absolute worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to in my life, employees spend way too much time talking and carrying on and not enough time doing their job. No reason to sit in the drive-thru for 15 minutes waiting for a cup of coffee, I’ll go somewhere else.
I gave birth to my son quicker than the drive through can operate at ANY time on ANY day. It’s atrocious. I am not exaggerating by the way. I literally delivered an entire human faster than their service here. It is consistently poor. I wish this wasn’t so conveniently located. The location is the only positive thing about the place.
I’ve been too many dunkin donuts in my life time and this one is definitely the worst. I will be filing a complaint with Headquarters in regards to this one. Management take notice. I’ll also be calling calling the dutchess county health department for an inspection. No one should eat here.
The only Dunkin’ I go to that don’t except anything over a 20 . Every time i order it takes them 20 mins to make a coffee, then when i order door dash it comes wrong or doesn’t come at all. They’re extremely slow, they don’t pay attention and they don’t answer the phone. They should not be in business. The employees should all be fired or retrained properly. Ever since the opening back up after remodeling this place has went down hill. You wait on the drive through for an upwards of 10mins. I have gotten my latte without espresso 4 times so far. So now I wait 20 min for a simple coffee because I have to go back around for them to make my coffee again. Train the staff better or hire more people? Something has to give.

I also noted they locked their doors an hour before they are said to close. Only drive thru after 8 should be noted and the hours should change to reflect that and not say 9. It isn't fair to lie to your customers. I don't know if the franchise owner tells you not to tell people when you're out of cold brew but it's absolutely unacceptable to lie to people and give them a product that's cheaper and charging them an upcharge thinking that's going to make them happy. It's insulting to get the wrong product twice and be charged extra for the experience. I will never return to this location, and I suggest others choose another location as well. Shame on this franchise owner, you should be directing your staff to be honest.
I came here four times in the past month and every time they messed up my order to some degree. Today being the worst. The first time I ordered a hot chocolate and when I got home only to discover they gave me brown water. The second time I ordered two donuts and a sandwich only to find out they didn't give me the sandwich, the third time i ordered another sandwich and a coffee and they kept trying to give me a hot tea instead even after I told her I didn't order a tea. The woman tried to fight me about it when I showed her my receipt and today I ordered two $6 meal deals I got everything else in my order which was four donuts, two coffees and a colada but I was waiting on the rest of the meal deal which was two sandwiches and two hash browns. I waited over 20 minutes. They asked me what I was waiting for I told them and they asked the guy who took my order and he proceeded to say that I never ordered a meal deal just the coffee, never once did I just ask for a coffee needless to say I'm not coming back anymore and shouldn't have after the second time
I’ve been too many dunkin donuts in my life time and this one is definitely the worst. I will be filing a complaint with Headquarters in regards to this one. Management take notice. I’ll also be calling calling the dutchess county health department for an inspection. No one should eat here.
The only Dunkin’ I go to that don’t except anything over a 20 . So if I place and order and have to pay I can’t yueng u should really think about it I can go to another Dunkin’s and they accept more Christmas I was looking to buy 1200 worth of gift cards and got told no went to Newburgh and purchased them bro it’s the worst Dunkin’s I have been at and worst management ever I used to manage a Dunkin’s and never had that problems u got to big for yourself I will never buy from u again and I suggest unless u have a 20 or less don’t go to his dunkins
I gave birth to my son quicker than the drive through can operate at ANY time on ANY day. It’s atrocious. I am not exaggerating by the way. I literally delivered an entire human faster than their service here. It is consistently poor. I wish this wasn’t so conveniently located. The location is the only positive thing about the place.
I come in every morning for a coffee and there’s no reason I should be sitting in the store for 20 minutes for a coffee. Especially when there’s 6-7 workers in there. Think I’ll have to go down the road some more to get my coffee from now on Edit: drive through is still extremely slow. Also be advised prices went up here as well. 4.15 for a medium ice coffee.
