Most Mexican bakeries I have been to have hard and dry bread but this one doesn't. Always soft and moist and delicious! My favorite is the bolillo with cream cheese and jalapeño.

Best place for sweat bread and fresh. I would recommend it to anyone who loves sweat bread to stop bye you won't regret it.
We get our bread for the the restaurant there, it's really good! Their other pan dulce is really good also!!

The smell of fresh bread at dawn is heavenly. The bread is always fresh. On Sunday. The menudo, tamales and carnitas are 🔥🔥🔥.
All the bread is delicious but my favorite is the one that has cream cheese inside shaped as a square.They have the best bread to go with your coffee or coke. See attached picture
The bread is freaking delicious! To the point where your momma's momma comes over for dessert after dinner. Family fueds?? Non existent with this bread, from bolios (used for sandwiches or eaten with soups); torta cubana y torta de lonche. Sweet bread of all kinds. Only down side is you can only pay in cash. There is no taxes added to your sales.
Very good pan dulce. They also carry fresh meat from Harris Ranch. Plenty of parking in the back.

It was all pretty good, and the prices were fair. What I really appreciated was no one giving me a hard time for not speaking Spanish (Wasco is probably 90% Spanish speaking, and this is clearly a Mexican bakery).
