As you guys know, I usually need to use the washroom before I eat. I liked the accent wall against the white wall however the washroom was not tidy. Needed some attention. The main seating areas as well as the floor also needed cleaning as well. It was our 1st time. The food was great the customer service was also great. I gave it a 3/5 because the place simply needed cleaning.

Despite it's looks, the burger was good. The presentation of the burger, unwrapped, was a little too oily. Tots were not hot and tasted stale. The strawberry nerds slush was their only savior. I tried to order onion rings on two separate days during the same week past 9pm. They never had any.

Well it is a fast food joint. They were quite busy in the drive thru and we opted to go in. It took a while before they had someone available to take our order, but they did peek out frequently to apologize for the wait. The food was as expected, my only negative was they forgot my drink when the brought out the food and I didn't get any napkins, there were also none available anywhere in the dining room. Again they appeared to be very busy - sounded like lots of door dash orders. Not the worst fast food place I have ever been to, but napkins are pretty much a must have or should be available lol

Great food, waited a long time for the food. And order lacked all that was ordered. They made it right, waited longer. Staff was nice, just slow service.

Avoid the drive thru. No tap pay. customer service is mid. 10 minutes waiting in drive thru line I should have pulled away but was stuck in between curb then got up to order waited a couple mins there. then another 5 minutes at the window. I ordered a drink and loaded tots. she just forgot to give me a fork too. Man they are pretty awful here. I counted at least 4 people working. 2 cars in the car hop and 2 cars behind me. I worked fast food for tim hortons in cuse. my manager would throw food across the building if cars weren't out in under 45 seconds to a minute. what happened to fast food. watertown is so slow when I visit everywhere up here!

I don’t know what’s going on with Sonic lately, but it’s turning more into a dating lounge for the workers than a fast-food restaurant. I pulled up expecting quick service and got nothing but frustration. The line was ridiculously long, and no one seemed in a hurry to help. Carhops were casually chatting, laughing, and taking their sweet time — like it was a social hour instead of a workplace. The nonchalant attitude from the servers was just the icing on the cake. No greetings, no urgency, no sense of customer care. It honestly felt like we were bothering them by even being there. People were waiting 20-30 minutes for simple orders, and cars were pulling off out of frustration. At one point, it looked like more flirting was happening than food being served. If you’re in the mood to spend your evening watching teenage romance and long lines instead of grabbing a quick bite, this is the place for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Fast food shouldn’t come with this much delay and disappointment.

The absolute worst wait for fast food in all of NYS. I guess it’s alright food if you’re willing to wait half an hour just to have your order taken whether it’s drive thru or inside every single time we come through. Just sad, DO BETTER.

Avoid at all costs. The food is whatever but the absolute worst customer service you will ever get anywhere. Minimum of 30mins to order and get your food and it doesn’t matter when you go. It’s like they want you to eat somewhere else. They never have enough people working. Ever! Go anywhere but here. The inside is also permanently closed and they’re out of half the menu at all times. Just a complete mess.

I ordered on the app and pulled up to stall 4 when I pushed the button a lady told me to drive to the window. When I pull up I was yelled at to go back to stall 4 by a guy named Eric and called a lier when I said someone told me to pull up to the window. Worse customer service I have ever experienced and that guy doesn't need to be in the window or talking to customers at all.

1.99 DCB no ketchup add onion add mayo. I got it blasted with mayonnaise, mustard and onion. SLOP PURE SLOP. Coming back from Children’s Hospital in Syracuse my daughter could not get out of the car so we decided to stop there on the way home. Lousy idea for sure.

READ THE REVIEWS! I placed a mobile order at 7:07, I didn't get my order until 7:27! Why does it take 20 minutes to make some food?? There was no one ahead of us! Keep it staffed or close it!

Just thought id say being from canada and walking in the store to be ignored. Drive thru was more important. Girl comes from out back looks at me and I guess goes on break. Guy in back didnt even say I be right there.only after I said outloud am I on ignore! Still took another 8 minutes to get served. Never again.

Pulled up to the drive through ordering screen, waited for 5 minutes for someone to at least acknowledge me. I had assumed the ordering screen was not working, so I backed up and pulled into the next stall over. Finally someone acknowledged me and said they'd be right with me. Waited another 10 minutes. Decided to just pull to the window since I was only ordering a drink, surely they could just put my order in. Employee opens the window, and asks if I have an online order. I said no and asked for the drink, she proceeds to tell me "you're gonna have to pull around to order" in the snarkiest tone and instantly closes the window. Mind you, this place was dead, no cars but me in the drive through, no reason to be this slow at service. Decided wasn't worth ordering and left, will not be returning.

They had their lobby closed at 5:00 pm on a Wednesday. Sat in the drive through for half an hour before anyone tended to us. Extremely unimpressed with the service and price of food when compared to drive through and seated dining.

They need make it more obvious that the stalls close at 10:30. I waited in a stall for nearly an hour in plain view of the window until I got fed up and got in line and was informed that the stalls close early. I mentioned to the person at the window (not in a bitchy tone, I'm not a mean person) that there was another car waiting in a stall and that they should let them know to pull around, but by the way they didn't acknowledge me I'm sure that poor person is still waiting there because the employees are too lazy to walk out and tell them to come to the window.
