I'm not sure what happened. We used to not go there because it was nasty. Since they remodeled it. The food taste fresher, the associates are nicer and it looks cleaner. Now we frequent this one at least once a week.

I really appreciate the fact that they allowed me to modify a burger due to being GF (not celiac). They even gave me a fork to eat my burger with no bun and I appreciate the thoughtfulness. I try not to be a burden and they did not blink an eye at my request! Now, there is probably cross contamination, but if you can tolerate that, this is a great quick option!

We eat breakfast at the Weaverville Burger King almost every morning, taking advantage of their “2 croissants for $5” deal. Christie, Shelby, and Charlene and their coworkers always do a great job.

I always use the drive through. Even when they are busy, wait time is not lengthy. I appreciate the employees like Shelby who has for years been a consistantly friendly person. It's a fast paced environment and taking a few moments to say thank you and smile is the very least I can do. They work very hard, in my opinion and deserve higher salaries.

Doesn’t serve lunch at 10:30 even though their drive-thru menu changed from breakfast to lunch. Went across the street to McDonalds for lunch.

So I waited until I visited 3 times until i made this review in hopes it would get better. Unfortunately it did not. The remodel was a joke. All 3 times I have been since its reopening have been disappointing. The wait is unreal (having worked in food service I couldnt figure out what could take that long with there being only 4 cars and not many people inside upon my last visit (in line a total of 37 minutes)). They messed up my order all 3 times. And the last time i went i ordered a frozen coke and it was given to me half melted already. Its a shame. Id rather have the old one back.

We visited this Burger King for the first time, and at first, everything seemed great. I really liked that they had touchscreen kiosks for placing orders — it was convenient and modern. The interior was clean and the atmosphere pleasant. But unfortunately, one situation ruined the overall impression. Our order took a very long time to be prepared, even though it was quite simple — just a burger, fries, and ice cream. We waited noticeably longer than expected. What upset me the most was the Viking’s Chocolate Sundae (a new item for $2.49). In the menu image, it looked very appealing, with a decent portion size. But when it arrived, I was honestly shocked — the ice cream looked sloppy and the portion was about half of what was shown in the picture. The presentation was poor, as if someone had just thrown it together without care. I politely approached the staff member at the pickup counter and explained that I wasn’t happy with how the dessert looked. I asked if it could be replaced or if something could be added to make up for what was missing. She looked at me with surprise and simply said, “That’s how it’s supposed to be.” I went back to my seat, but I couldn’t stop thinking about it — I paid almost $3 for this dessert, and there was barely even half of what I expected in the cup. Honestly, it’s not even worth a dollar. It made me feel disappointed and even a little hurt. I paid for a full item and didn’t get anything close to what was advertised. I got up and asked again, this time requesting either a refund or a replacement. The staff member called the manager, but the manager also told me the same thing — “That’s how it’s supposed to be,” and refused to do anything about it. The whole experience left a bad aftertaste — I felt ignored and unappreciated as a customer, even though I was polite and calm. I had really wanted to leave a great review of this restaurant, but this kind of treatment is unacceptable.

It shouldn’t take 45min for get 5 whoppers. The service is absolutely awful, the workers basically ignored every customer in the store and they only focused on the drive through. When they finally got around to the orders place online or in store, quite literally got almost everyone’s orders wrong. One guy ordered a plain burger with cheese and they had to remake it twice because they kept adding extra items. It would be o e thing if the workers were rushing around and doing their best, but they were all going at a snail’s pace and were just incompetent. It will be a long time before I ever consider this location again. Seriously, don’t go here

I ordered coffee and an apple turnover. I was greeted by 3 machines to order from. I was paying cash so had to go to pickup here to finish the order. No personality, no hello, no thank you, complete robotic. Coffee tasted like it was brewing all day and barely warm. Apple pie under cooked. I should have asked for my money back

Placed a mobile order for a double cheese burger. Waited so long that I had to come inside and make sure they even got the order. Waited 5 minutes at the front as no one was there and no one even acknowledged. Then waited another 15 minutes for a simple cheeseburger. No urgency from any employee.

No paper towels in bathroom to dry your hands or open the bath room door took atleast 30 minutes to get my order which was wrong had to wait 15 more minutes to get the correct food to eat with cold frys this place is an absolute joke will never be back for this horrible service slow and wrong food. And food was taken to the back didn't think this was supposed to be done.

I have been here numerous times....but I waited for over 15 minutes on 2 sandwiches for eggs...ahahaa I worked here before and eggs do not take that long..gonna start going else where

Ever since B.K. has reopened, we have never been able to eat there. Their hours on door say 10 pm. We have went many time at by 8 and they are always closed. Tonight we went by at 7:15 and they were already closed. It's fine if you want to close, but change the hours on your door and website.

They have ruined this restaurant. All kiosk, online or drive thru. I ordered online. Gave it plenty of time to be ready. Showed up and it wasnt in the pickup window. Sat down and waited, and waited... and waited. No one works a register so you cant really ask anyone. Just one gall running back and forth getting people's orders out. So I finally catch her and asked her what was going on. She asked if I had checked in with someone. Who are you supposed to check in with? No one works the register. Was I supposed to go talk to the kiosk? The whole point of an online order is walk in grab your food and leave. If I have to go reorder when I get there then why have an online order system at all? How come every other restaurant in town that offers this has it perfected and Burger King doesn't. Food was supposed to be ready at 12:15 and I walked out at 12:40. This is ridiculous.

Visited on 10/13/2025. Ordered through the kiosk inside, but one of the items shown and paid for apparently “wasn’t available yet.” When I asked for help, the employee said they “can’t control what the kiosk or menu board shows” and refused to offer a refund or substitution. If management truly has no control over what’s advertised inside their own restaurant — and won’t assist when customers pay for something unavailable — that’s a serious concern. Just a heads-up to anyone ordering here: double-check what’s actually available before paying.

This is by far the worst Burger King I have ever been too. We walk in and immediately notice that there is not a clean table in the entire dining area. Fries and toy both were missing from the kids meal and the lettuce from my wife's sandwich definitely below below par. On top of lack of help and friendliness of staff. They treat you like it is a problem that you are here. Terrible experience

Soooooo. Why bother renovating if you’re not gonna ever let people in? We went today around 6pm to go inside and sit to eat BUT NO. All the doors were locked and the employee inside is just rudely shaking their head and laughing. We left, I’m not giving my money to a business that can’t be bothered to have an open dinning room and incompetent employees/management. If you’re not gonna open it to the public EVER make it DRIVE THROUGH ONLY. They just lock up and close whenever they want it seems so we won’t be back.

Disrespectful second shift , better off going thru the drive thru the lobby is a joke. Good luck getting your whole order and any customized items actually customized. When asked for the food to be corrected the young boy had a bad attitude I guess he was tired of being fussed at for not being able to read the instructions on a screen and fix a burger the way the customer asked , the sticker on the burger plainly had instructions

Our first visit after the reopening and remodeling. Drive thru was incredibly slow so we parked and went in to order to go, there is kiosks to place your order. Waited about 30 minutes for our food, bunch of customers are inpatient and trying to get each other’s order, trying to go behind the counter. My double whopper was kinda like one of those frozen sandwiches you heat up in the microwave, pickles were like eating paper, fries were cooked in old oil. $26.58 was way to much for low quality food and service, our last visit.

I do a mobile order, the line dedicated to mobile orders isn’t open cause 5 people get their orders before me.. so I go inside, one guy running the whole operation, he’s running the counter, getting the food, and damn near the drive thru as well by himself… point being I ordered my food ahead to be ready when I got there ended up staying for 30 minutes waiting on food with a very short line in the lobby and decent line in the regular drive thru… Suggest not ordering ahead with the drive thru. (Yes I checked in at the drive thru as well)

What we thought was gonna be a nice remodel turned out to be ran by the same type of people. Absolutely the worst service and most rude employees and manager I've came across. Ordered the family dinner on the mobile app. Checked in at drive-thru when we arrived. Proceeded to the mobile order lane (outside lane). Waited 15 minutes only to be yelled at from the window that the mobile lane was closed (they never told us at the order screen). Come to find out that they gave our order to someone else. We pulled around to the front only to wait 20 minutes on a remake. The boy that brought our food wanted to smart off as he walked away. Got home with the food only to find 4 sandwiches made incorrectly.
