The waiters and waitresses are amazing! Always so kind and attentive to our needs when I got with my husband on some evenings. Love their salsa and chips and he loves the ranchero sauce. Highly recommend. I don't know if its cause its in a popular area but best service and quality compared to other ones we have been too.

This place was wonderful!! The staff was great very attentive on the spot with service. The manager I think his name was "Joell" was a master of all services. They had New Mexico chili which was a treat being here in Texas.. great customer service was great.. food was awesome. Can't say how much this place was so appealing.. I will definitely be back.

Updated: Saturday, 3/20/21 Service is still excellent...its been well over a year since our last visit. We dined outside and it was lovely, perfect weather...even when it got a little cool, they turned on the heat lamps to keep it pleasant. Kelly was our waitress with super attentive skills, kind and personable. Our food arrived at our table super-fast. Tip: Tacos Al Carbon (steak) looks to be cooked medium to medium-rare, if you like yours cooked with a little less pink/red meat, let your waitress know when ordering. Great food and excellent service...this was our second visit. We went again on a Saturday evening, there was a short wait (10-15 mins) but the food is worth it! We plan to go there again.

This place is so fun. The atmosphere is awesome for the typical Tex mex. The menu has great fun options that all taste good. I love the chips and salsa. The green sauce is especially good! The drinks are also fantastic , my girlfriend loves the Mexican martini!

My son and I went to lunch at Chuy's this afternoon. Our waitress, Tori, was very friendly. My son had the "Big as yo face" chicken fajita burrito. He likes his burrito plain. Tori was very helpful and thorough making sure she got the order correct. I decided to get the Chicka-Chicka Boom-Boom enchiladas. It had been a while since I had them. We received our plates quickly in about 10 minutes and they were a nice temperature and so very delicious. We decided to splurge and get some tres leches for dessert and eat it in a civilized way... 5 minutes later it was gone. 😂

Love the decorations in each of their dinning rooms the food was great and we were able to share our vegetarian enchilada. The Elvis Presley combo enchilada was really good if you can finished the 3 enchiladas, the crispy tacos and nachos 😀

Been coming to Chuy's for a long time, especially with my family. Best texmex you can get, if I can't have Chuy's in at least a month I go mentally insane.

The chips are light, crisp, and flavorful- loved them! Tortillas and the guacamole were very good. The tough fajita meat is why I gave it only 3 stars. Next time I will order something different. Atmosphere is nice. Service was great.

Go to place for Tex-Mex. The food and selection is good and the quality is always consistent. Their jalapeño ranch and pico salsa and chips are great alone. The place is spacious and nice decor and plenty of cold ac. We always stop in for lunch can get busy for dinner but great happy hour specials and drink specials as well

The restaurant reminds me of the 1990’s Romeo and Juliet movie combined with the Happy Days diner. Maybe it’s the colors or the interior design. I’m unsure. But it’s always a cool place to go. We were in an out of this place within forty five minutes. The food was pretty good, the fajitas is a decent portion compared to others. They load you up with sour cream and cheese which is awesome. Most restaurants try to nickel and dime you for the lack they give. The fajitas were chewy at Chuy’s (teehee) and had some flavor. Our server was a great server. I don’t throw that out often. Out of the hundreds of reviews, I have two other people I’ve complimented. He kept up with our drinks, made sure our food was good and pre-bussed our table.

This is a good restaurant! The food taste good and the service is good. Everything is good. I have had better margaritas before, but if you were to get a margarita get the frozen strawberry swirl, it's the best they have. The facility was clean and the prices are manageable. Not bad; not great. Somewhere in the middle for sure. Food was alright, few mix ups on our order. I frequented this Chuy’s when it first opened many years ago. In my view, the service quality has gone down noticeably. We came for drinks than dinner. Our first drink round took 38 minutes to arrive, after mentioning the slow service to management. Food quality was okay, not the worst I’ve had, but comparatively small portion size. Staff seemed overworked and stressed. I feel like Chuy’s is in decline and needs to be reinvigorated with some creativity, more staff, and new energy. My $0.02.

I ordered a $60 two person plate and it was complete garbage. Burned and flavorless chicken breast cut into 12 pieces , nasty refried beans slapped on the side and half cooked vegetables. What kind of joke is that? $60 for something that resembles dog food.

Possibly the worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life eating out. We came in, 4 total, wanting to sit on the patio. The host first asked the server standing there if they would be okay serving us outside. Fist red flag. Secondly it took 25 minutes to get drinks. We asked for additional salsa 3 times before it was brought. The server acknowledged this as well. The server claimed the “bartender hated her” which is why our drinks took forever. Over all, food was really good but service needs some attention. We won’t be back.
