Ms. Betty and Ms. Samantha made this evening absolutely wonderful! We had a rather large group, approx 40, and they somehow managed to keep up with every request, order, question, etc. The food and atmosphere were top notch, per usual, but these ladies truly made the experience perfect. 10/10!! Our waitress Betty was absolutely fantastic. My grandmother started to not feel great during the lunch and she even came in to the bathroom to check on her and see if she needed anything. She was attentive, funny and had great drink suggestions as well!

I got a gift card for Boss’ Day from my team and was told it was one of their favorite Mexican food restaurants. It didn’t disappoint. We were in early for lunch on Saturday and were seated immediately. There are multiple seating options and the staff were extremely friendly. There is a brunch menu on Saturday. We skipped it but a lot of other customers were ordering from it and the food looked great. We had brisket queso flameado, from the Fall menu, for an appetizer. It is a must try! The meat was deliciously flavored and the cheese was buttery and crispy on from the cast iron. We ordered the Escalate Special and Tex Mex Special for our meals. It gave us an opportunity to taste a lot of the items offered and we were really pleased with it all. I suggest you go if you are in the area. We will return!

Nice atmosphere. Food was good. Ordered medium beef fajita but it seemed to come out medium rare - lots of pink. It was still good. Shrimp were amazing. A lot of beans and rice for the side order. If you like chips and queso, the chips weren't the best. The sopapillas were amazing. Overall good experience.

Best part was the service and the ambiance. We requested out door seating in the patio it was a cool night for exceptionally warm day. We especially wanted the outdoor seating as we have a pet. The manager at once helped us and got someone to walk us of letting the pet in the patio area. The server was very courteous and knowledgeable and always had a smile. More than the food it was the relaxed atmosphere that we enjoyed.

I had lunch combo fajitas. They were amazing! Comes with everything you need. The service from my waiter was exceptional! Never let me glass get empty or the salsa! Will return to this location for sure!

Escalantes is the definition of Fine Tex-Mex & Tequila! I believe it’s one of Webster best secret place for Tex Mex foods. Through the years running errands in the Webster area we have always passed by Escalantes but never did we stop to dine in until 7/29/25. Let me tell you we have been missing out on amazing ambiance, delicious Tex Mex foods, and to top it off the Margaritas were very good and strong! The moment we walked in we were immediately seated, our waiter Jorge was amazing took the time in introducing himself and asked us if it was first time at Escalantes. He was very attentive and his hospitality skills were superb. The manager Mr. Erasto Juarez was outstanding he treats all guest like if they were VIPs. Mr. Erasto is a TEAM player first, he is very attentive, and will visit each table to assure dining guest are satisfied from the food and hospitality services from the staff. Thank you to the entire TEAM at Escalantes, I will definitely share my experience with many others and look forward to going back!

We had the Escalante special, queso with fajita and the wife had a smoked cucumber margarita 🍹 . The food was amazing and not just some of it. All of it was. We will definitely be back. The service was great and the place it self is very nice. Definitely should have came here along time ago.

Surprisingly nice visit for lunch. Apologies for the missing food. It was fantastic, and I didn't think about pics until I was halfway through. The food was fantastic and not over seasoned like many restaurants are. The Queso appetizer was great, and they made my wife a nice pepper margarita. Very good TresLeches as well 😋 Highly recommended if you're in the area. Update: Came back again, and the food was excellent just like before. Ashley was our server and treated us great. I'm definitely coming back.

I love coming here. The service and food is always a 10/10. I love the corn bisque The shrimp enchiladas Mexican martini is my favorite. Staff is always so nice and attentive. The food is always fresh and comes in good portion. I recommend this place

Escalante’s in Webster is one of my favorites — this was my fourth time going, and I still love it. At this point, it’s part of my ritual whenever I visit my family. The chicken tortilla soup is on another level, truly incredible. Their homemade corn tortillas are outstanding, the beef empanadas are delicious, and the chicharrón is super flavorful. It’s consistently a great experience every time.

Atmosphere is great! Decorated well and very clean. Food was delicious and wasn't that busy when we went. Waiter wasn't very attentive had to ask other waitresses for refills and to go boxes. But when the time we got our bill he asked if he needed to come back with change. Which was close to twenty dollars in change of course he only brought big bills back. Over all pretty good experience.

Service was great, friendly staff. Atmosphere is spacious , clean, and inviting. The food was mediocre. This is the carne asada plate, the meat is ok, barely seasoned. The guac and salsa are the premade package type tasting. The cocktail was decent, but also very watered down.
