I came in from having a bad day just wanting a burger. I was seated in Olivia’s section and it was the best experience ever. She made my day so much better. She was soooo much fun to talk to. I could’ve just kissed her. Every time I go back I will ask for her section. I’m a famous moto influence and will definitely use my Instagram to advertise this restaurant. And pleaseeeee give Olivia a raise. She was so friendly and cute

Our server, De (?) was excellent! She was friendly, attentive, took our order carefully so it came out accurately and checked on us a few times after the food arrived (lots of servers at lots of restaurants don't and its a pet peeve of ours!). The food was tasty and refills (drinks, fries and salad) came out fast and were fresh.

Burger was delicious and service was very good.

We’ve never had a bad experience here. The outdoor seating is nice, you don’t get as much attention as you do if you dine inside but we don’t mind. Especially during these covid times. It’s nice to just eat a warm meal, out, that I didn’t have to cook or eat cold by the time I drove it home. We liked how they have a check in system when you pull in the parking lot to minimize people gathering in the waiting area. We waited in our car until they texted our table was ready.

Placed an online order for lunch. Stopped in and was approx 10-15 minutes early. Was greeted by Rhonda, very nice lady. Gave me a free cup of fries while I waited for my order. She went above and beyond during my short visit. Food was excellent too. Great job!

I've been to this particular location several time's and have always been served in a timely manner and the food is great ! This place was great for a quick lunch, a couple of fresh salads here and unlimited steak fries. They have a variety of sauces and truly a greatix of food. The bar tender, she was absolutely amazing in her attitude, personality and interactions. I would love to ho back.

I could give Gayle and the staff on 4/7/25 10000 stars for service for my son’s 13th birthday. Gayle was absolutely perfect with orders, smiles and friendliness, getting all the odds and ends out large group needed. She and the crew made my evening to celebrate with my son stress free! I love that not only was I allowed to bring a cake, but they lit the candles, sung and brought out plates for us all. This is my 3rd time having a large group gathering at this Red Robin and we will definitely continue to do so. They do an amazing job taking care of all of us. We have been going to Red Robin in webster fairly regularly and we have the same waitress Gayle most weeks. She is so friendly, so efficient and always so personable. Even though she is running the bar, clearing tables, taking orders and bringing out the food, she makes sure to stop at your table frequently to make sure you are still doing ok. We really appreciate her exceptional service.

We had dinner here and our Waiter Jake was absolutely amazing! He had a new glass of whatever we were drinking ready to go and delivered it to our table when we took our last sip and brought us out a basket of fries to nibble on while we waited for our food. The whisky BBQ chicken wrap is terrible, but I usually get the royal red Robin burger and it is amazing! 10/10 for Jake, 10/10 for burgers and 0/10 for the wrap.

Came in to have some lunch with my friend and oh my goodness it was so good! And Katie our waitress was phenomenal! Trying to cut back on some calories and she recommended the broccoli and it was simply delicious! We will be back!

The waitress Christine was awesome. I'm currently doing keto and I was able to eat because they offer their burgers wedge style wrapped in lettuce. I know from the past the also offer gluten free versions of things. Truly accomodating. They staff was the perfect amount of attentive, not in your face but not ignoring my needs either.

We order from here occasionally. When we dine in we always have a good experience. This past Valentine’s Day, my husband and I ordered food for delivery via Uber Eats. Order was placed at 6 and around 830 of still not having received our food I called the store. The manager was quick to try and resolve the issue and refunded us as well as taking my address to mail me a giftcard for the inconvenience. I forget his name but he was very kind and apologetic and went out of his way to make the situation right. I received the giftcard in the mail today and we used it for a take out order. Order was correct and the food was great! We will continue to go here because of the great service

Red Robin has been spot on lately. The food has been awesome! The servers are incredibly nice and the restaurant is run so efficiently that it literally blows me away. I have no complaints and only compliments for this location. Update: visited again on May 13th 2025 and the food and service is still top notch. Jake was a great server and it was a pleasure dining with him. Thank you!

We only had a 15 minute wait to be seated. The pretzel bites with beer cheese apps were the best! The burgers were awesome, perfectly cooked, juicy and tasty. The drinks were perfect. The fries were perfect. The donut tower desert was yummy. Best of all the service was fantastic. My wife forgot her jacket and the server ran it out to our car! Truly a great dining experience!!

The place was quiet and we felt like we were holding them up from closing but they told us they were open till 11:00 so we were good. Normally it can get loud in there but my husband I were able to enjoy our meal and talk to each other without yelling. The food is always very good. It was a nice evening out, amidst all the chaos of this time of year.

Everything about today's visit was enjoyable! At the center of it all was amazing service provided by Julie. From start to finish she was personable, professional, attentive and fun. Everything was very good. Katie, our server was excellent! Highly recommend her. The only complaint, some of the Romain lettuce for the Caesar was pretty wilted. The chicken sandwich and burger were excellent.

Red Robin is a solid all-American burger restaurant that also serves up other entrees. We came by for dinner and were quickly seated into a comfortable booth which had its own order & pay tablet. The Whiskey River BBQ Ribs were so tender and delicious and among the best rack of ribs I’ve had. The grilled blacked salmon was less impressive as was the classic burger. The entrees here are served with endless bottom sides. We enjoyed the thick cut steak fries and they accommodated our request for softer steamed broccolis. We also tried their Shrimp N’ Chip Basket which was packed with crisp shrimps to dip in cocktail sauce. It’s neat that this burger restaurant started from a classic tavern bar that the owner renamed. And also that franchises popped up after their gourmet burgers gained fame.

They have the Impossible burger! It was good! It was 99% meat-like. As a vegetarian for 20 years, it was very "meaty" but not too much; it was just right. Service was good. Was glad that they could accommodate our large group at the last minute. Only wished that there were more fries in the basket but it was probably a good thing.

Red Robin is a good place to eat if you have dietary restrictions. I can't have meat, dairy gluten and I can eat here with no issues. You ha e to be clear with your order and tell them your needs to get the best order. I highly recommend their veggie burger with lettuce wrap and no cheese. DELICIOUS!! The store could be cleaned a little better and service improved as drinks we not refilled frequently or fries offered til late, but a family friendly place to get good burgers, salads and wraps!!

Good food, good service, bottomless fries and lemonade are great! But, be careful what you order. The "Tavern Burger" is nowhere near enough food for a meal, it was basically an appetizer, once I had finished it and plenty of fries I then ordered another whole entree (Southern Charm Finest Burger) in order to not go hungry. I will be returning for sure, but I will be going straight to the top of the menu! If it's not their finest or their gourmet it isn't worth it! White sangria cocktail was bland, Freckled Lemonade and Very Very Raspberry Limeade were both great! Bottom line: I DO recommend, but lower tier menu items will disappoint you.

Good service. I enjoyed the burger and so did my relative. My wife did not enjoy the food and stated it was frozen food heated up. Uncle had coffee, but again had trouble getting a spoon there. Straws there which was cool. Handicap accessible parking available. I had a good time. Bathroom was clean.

The unlimited fries are a bonus however believe that offer should extend to other side dishes as well if you decide not to order the fries. The atmosphere of RedRobin was pritty good the only real big issue we has is if you have a big family they should have more seating space. The food was fairly good especially the burgers and the mountain of onion rings. The service was great never had to say anything for a refill of drink or food.

A go-to for family-friendly dinning. It was a welcome reprieve to find a restaurant that caters to families AND their children. When the kids were young, it was ok to take them there. Now that they are more well-behaved, they love it rather than anywhere else.

I had switched a Southern Charm burger into a crispy chicken sandwich and it was incredible, they really should let folks know you can do that with any of the burger options at an upcharge. My husband ordered a Scorpion burger, we split a Chocolate Pretzel milkshake and had mozzarella twists for an appetizer. The manager ended up taking our appetizer off our bill because it came out the same time both our entrees did which was very nice and unexpected.

Excellent burgers, better than you would expect from a chain restaurant. Great flavor profiles and options for toppings. The smoke & pepper burger is fantastic. The main entres are also very good. Everything is very consistent. I like Red Robin, but going once or twice a year is good enough for me as I prefer home town diners instead.

It’s always a great night at Red Robin when we get Gayle as a server. She is just the right amount of sassy & sweet to make the experience fun & enjoyable. Gayle is on her game. Anything that we need is always taken care of quickly & accurately. I always get a salad & the only thing concerning is that expo sends out very brown & not ok avocado. It’s usually rectified by asking for new. My family seems to enjoy their burgers & the fries are always a hit. Thanks Gayle for being a bright spot in our day & dining experience.

How funny that no one in my party got a burger and that's what Red Robin is known for 😆 I thought the food was good. My wrap was $14.79 and I thought that was a fair price. Our waiter was nice but there was a slight miscommunication with a side dish. It was promptly corrected, though. I would probably go back, but it was a little noisy for my personal taste.

Red Robin is relatively inexpensive for what you get. Bottomless sides so you are guaranteed to leave full. Staff are always kind. Huge selection of burgers. Campfire sauce is a must and they have some of the best onion rings I’ve ever had!

I have been a loyal Red Robin customer for Decades starting in Las Vegas where I lived now here. I love the Webster NY location and go there often,I was Given a coupon for a free appetizer so we went there and used our free coupon to get an appetizer costing $12.99 when we got our Bill I was unable to use my $10.00 Reward I accrued because of the Coupon which is fine but after checking the Bill my coupon was only worth $5.00 so my Free appetizer cost me $7.99. If I would have known that… I would have used my $10.00 Reward instead of the Coupon. I just feel that a Free Appetizer stated on a coupon should mean just that!!

Not up to the usual higher standard for this national chain. Salad was okay, the burgers that used to be great are maybe ever your best, and the one reason I used to come there was for their steak fries, which were not that good at all. Think covid pandemic really hit this location hard. Would say the service staff was very good, very personable, very attentive so in that aspect I give them a B+

Food is ok. Service is good. BUT the bill was not what it should be. I asked if Big Yummm was a combo when waiter came to take the drink order. Waiter replied it came with a side order and drink when he first came for drinks order. I said I wanted this with a sugar free coke. Later he came to take the orders, I pointed to Big Yummm menu stated for $9.99 with side salad. When I got the bill, I was charged for $10.69 plus $3.59 soft drink. I still gave a good tip even though most restaurants didn't accept tip on their cash registers. It took tip. Will I come back to red robin? Of course NOT.

11 Nov 2022 Okay I know it's Veteran's Day so I knew it would be busy, but seriously the wait was unbelievably long! When I was finally texted (my table is ready) as I was gathering up my stuff a young couple with a baby came in of course they know the hostess. Soooo, the hostess takes them right in to be seated! Really! So the hostess returns asking me what I needed. I told her that I was texted that my table was ready. The hostess says well I guess I'll have to seat you in the bar. Honestly that was a big mistake because they forgot about me there. #1. It took over 10 minutes for the server to ask me what I wanted to drink, then forgot to bring me my drink! Finally she brought my drink theft without asking me for my order #2. I told server I was ready to order but she took off without taking my order. That was not what I expected... #3. So.. the server comes back 15 minutes later to take my order, (no salt on the fries) but after waiting another 10 minutes I see this girl behind the bar and the people beside me have received both their drinks and food while I'm still waiting #4. The server comes back around so I ask her where's my burger? She says "Oh, your burger" then she goes behind the bar and starts tapping her computer screen. I'm beginning to think she needs to get retrained because it looks like she forgot to place my order with the grill in back. ( I went off to the bathroom asking the people at the next table to please let the server that I would be back. I come back to find my burger still hadn't come.) #5. When I finally get my burger I asked the server if I could have condiments which took another 10 minutes to come, by this time my burger is cold. OMG, Just great! #6. Now I ask the server if she could bring me more fries and a box that I wouldn't bother her again, but seriously isn't this her job? #7. Is it supposed to take almost TWO HOURS for a meal? OLDER REVIEW The was good, although the food was only luke warm. I did enjoy the atmosphere and it was a nice place to relax over our dinner.

I cannot believe that this is such a successful chain of restaurants. I just had the most flavorless, uninspired meals I've ever had. I got the pretzel bites, burger and substituted fries for some onion rings. First impression was the pretzels had some strange seasoning on them that absolutely did not go well with pretzels and cheese. Also, The cheese was watery and gross. I ate about 3 and couldn't stomach any more. So I set that aside started on the onion rings, again, there is some sort of seasoning on every single item that is just unfamiliar and bizarre. The onion rings seemed like good quality but ruined by poor flavor. The burger was edible, but quite literally have had better burgers at every single local diner and it was completely unseasoned. All around awful experience and completely regret spending the 30 dollars I just spent, and I currently feel nauseous. Won't ever be back .

I usually order takeout but decided to dine in tonight. I was surprised to see the condition of the building. The place was filthy!! There was dust on the ledges, dirt built up on the floor tiles, but the worst was the cleanliness of the bathroom!! Makes me wonder how the kitchen looks.

Tables are packed in like sardines, poor waitresses can barley walk aroundand you bump into about 5 people attempting to get seated at your table. Hostess are rude, and not a single member of the staff says please/thank you.

Missing items from my orders constantly at this location. I’m done ordering from here after constant refunds and driving back to the store. Always a burden and no one that works there seems to care about their job. Stood by the front desk for 8 minutes before I saw a worker peak from behind the counter didn’t say anything and handed me a bag that luckily was my food and not someone else’s. Maybe have a hostess that does their job.

28 dollars for 3/4 a milkshake and a 1/2 double cheese burger, disappointed :( If the menu was an accurate representation of the food this would be a 5 star review. Unfortunately we live on planet earth. Go to gate house instead people, you will spend the less for more. The Top burger is their menu photo, the bottom burger is the in reality disappointing burger...

We have been regular loyal customers ordering from this place once a week. The last time that I ordered, they got the order all wrong. They tried to argue with me about the southwest chicken salad, which looked very different from what I always order. The manager had no problem, refunding my money and didn’t even offer an apology. We will not be returning.

Oof what an experience. Sat down and ordered drinks. Kids sodas came out quick but our bar drinks didn't come until after the food. The food was mediocre. Cocktail was good. Service was terrible. The server was standing on his phone infront of us leaning against some boxes. Then as we're leaving, another server dropped a whole tray of drinks all over a table which spilled all over the customers and a small child who rightfully so started crying and was very upset. The server didn't even apologize or move with any sense of urgency to clean it up and he just seemed annoyed We won't come back unfortunately. Being in the food and beverage industry, this whole experience was disappointing. It's not how I would take care of my customers.

Went for my daughters birthday dinner. Waitress was rude, drinks were never refilled. Table was full of dirty plates and appetizers, could barely fit dinner on table. Waitress couldn’t be bothered with refills on fries. We had to pass out our own food/drinks while she stood at one end of table. Took 30min to finally get the check after we were done eating and only because we had to search out someone to help us. Will not be back.

On 12/12 we sat in the booth closest to the hostess booth. We saw mice running out of the kitchen and disappear under the stonework across the aisle. We chose not to eat and paid for the drinks. Notified the manager and left.

Terrible experience, I was with my 2 daughters this evening and my daughter that has all red hair found a long blonde hair and 2 curly black hairs in her food. Mistakes happen and getting new food can be done after something like this happens, but that’s not where the issue is. After sending the meal with 3 total hairs on it back and getting it taken off the bill, we overheard the staff members and kitchen make rude and quite frankly disgusting remarks about the situation, stating we we put the hairs in the food ourselves and were trying to scam them for free food. I have very short straight brown hair, my other daughter has short straight brown hair, the hairs were long and blonde, and the other 2 curly jet black hair, the fact that they accused us of this made it clear this is a common occurrence and they always blame the customer when hair is found in their food. Our table we sat at was directly behind the window to the kitchen so everything the were saying we could hear. If I could rate them 0 stars I would, don’t waste your time and money here.

This used to be our go-to easy date night spot, but after tonight, no. The service was slow, the food came out wrong and there was a hair in our fries. No one apologized or said anything except “at least that was the order that was wrong”. After sending it back it took so long to get our fixed meal and our drinks were never refilled. I hate to complain about places that are typically good but this was bad enough we probably won’t be back.
