I recently visited this Subway location, and I have to say, it was a great experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and welcoming employees who made me feel right at home. They were attentive, asked about my preferences, and took the time to customize my sandwich just the way I wanted. The freshness of the ingredients was immediately noticeable — the crisp veggies, soft bread, and perfectly cooked proteins were a great combination. I opted for a classic footlong meatball sub w all the veggies and a little extra sauce, and it was absolutely delicious. The bread was toasted just right, and the sandwich was packed with flavor. I also noticed that the employees were working efficiently, making sure everything was clean and well-stocked, which made me feel confident in the quality of the food. It's clear that they take pride in both their work and customer service. I’ll definitely be returning to this Subway location again soon. -👏Fafo

Staff is always pleasant and busy, dinning room and restrooms are clean. I love the little fireplace and comfy couches in the back of the restaurant, so nice on crisp fall days!Food was fresh and delicious. This particular location also has a small flock of wild turkeys that hang out in front of the store periodically!

Staff has always been friendly when I've been there. My orders have always been prepared accurately. Because of it's location, this store is very busy during the lunch hour, but they seem to move people through very quickly and efficiently.
Food was good although I don't think their bread is as good as it used to be. They switched to Pepsi products now. Also they have added some new sandwich options.

Felt neglected turned out one of the members was leaving And constantly disrupting the one who was trying to serve me It was rather disturbing to see That the man couldn’t wait until I was served to ask his questions from his boss ! It was not a good experience Staff need to be trained better So sorry to say this

The person working this calendar did not seem to know what she was doing and my husband could not hear very well and she hardly would speak up and had an attitude about it. We ordered the sweet onion chicken teriyaki and she did not toast it and also they ran out of lettuce to put on it. Never had this happen before this new person started and we are not very pleased with the service whatsoever.

I’ve had to stop in to speak to the manager on duty several times, and she consistently gives me the runaround, “The app must not be working correctly, we don’t honor those discounts, I didn’t know we honored that, I don’t know how you get your money back, etc.” This last time I stopped to speak with the same manager, she was slouched back on a chair at the end of the store and made me walk to her to ask about an order. Very disappointed. Foods great but customer service is lacking.

The person working this calendar did not seem to know what she was doing and my husband could not hear very well and she hardly would speak up and had an attitude about it. The guy who served me was very rude, impatient, banging the knives on the counter like I was inconveniencing him by being there. He threw my sandwich together so carelessly. They should have let him go home if he was having a bad day

The lady today was rude.Will never never go there again.Thanks subway for hiring this rude lady.When I told her what kind of bread i wanted and then said I want a number 21 she says I'm getting your bread now I didn't hear nothing till I get this.Im like omfg.Iv never meet anyone in a subway this rude and will never go back and used to get a couple subs a week from here.Just won't be able to look at that rude woman ever again.Good riddance.
Pretty sure this is one of those scenarios where the owner is paying for or making fake reviews because any one leaving this place more than one star is out of their mine. I would leave them zero stars if possible. I've been here twice now. The first time the service was terrible and the large lady who takes your order was obnoxiously being rude. I figured maybe she was just having a bad day. Today I went in and she was even worse. My BBQ Rib sub was ice cold. I had to ask her FIVE TIMES to add more pickles... she would add two at a time. Places like this need to be shut down. Never going back and I don't advise any of you reading this to either.
I would not even give this location a star period if I could. I walked out today empty handed and will never step foot in here again. It was 4pm and 1 customer inside dining. I walked in no employees had mask's on. One employee was on a guest chair with his leg flung over the chair. Never got a greeting and looked at me like I was interrupting his phone screen time. The other employee came up front and started a conversation about how she's not f___ in taken a covid test. She continued to claim they stick the dam thing up your nose and they cause cancer. She also claimed cigarettes weren't a problem, food preservatives we're. She's uneducated and should share her thoughts after work on her own time, not mine. She's was loud, rude and obnoxious. Awful customer service but it looks like previous comments you already know this. Does subway have a dress code? It's a shame because it's a nice building and great location.
I ordered from this Subway tonight from there App on my phone, we ordered 4 subs all together one was a meatball sub for my youngest child. When we got to the subway to grab our order, we waited in line then were told there was no more meatball subs and all they could do was try calling there manager or try making another sub for me. They said the only way they could refund any of our money was to get a hold of their manager, so they tried calling the manager a few times and she never answered after 5 minutes of waiting we decided to just get another type of sub that was the same as one of our other 3 orders. we asked for Italian bread they said they were out, and they were almost out of all other types of bread at that point, assuming our subs had the correct bread and toppings as ordered on the app. After we got our subs, we had to run 2 miles down the road to get a meatball sub, which they did have. We got home and sat down to eat realizing that the subs that were ordered online form 1705 Webster ave. were all wrong the one that was toasted was not supposed to be they all had jalapenos and only one was supposed to, the toasted sub was actually burnt. And all the subs were supposed to be Italian bread and none of them were. As a proud veteran of the US Navy I expected better service then this from this branch and from the subway as a whole then to allow people to order food and not notify them at all they are out of most the things that were orders, and then just use whatever they wanted to substitute the order. Again, as a Veteran coming up on Memorial Day I expected better!
I was the one in the store with my family today. We waited to have some come out to make our subs for about 5 minutes. All we got was you two employees fighting on who had to clean up and weird looks. Pretty sure they had no intention to serve us. Customer service is bad. Would not go their again
Go to the McDonald's across the street, trust me. Ive been to this restaraunt about three times now and only once have I actually been served. The other night, my significant other and myself stopped in and were told they were closed at about 8:20pm. This was while their open sign was on and their doors were unlocked. The initial employees avoided eyecontact and refused to speak with us until another employee came out and told us "Sorry, we're closed. We've been closed for about an hour." The restaraunt was filthy, but I could see the workers doing absolutely nothing about it. While leaving after being told we would not be served, I saw the entirety of the staff exit the back door and start to smoke what I could only assume was weed while they laughed and watched us drive away. Today I called and asked to speak with a manager, and was told "They come in at incredibly random times, I have no idea when they'd be in." Then they hung up on me. I suppose this restaraunt is not well taken care of. If this is the level of respect they have for their customers, then I can only assume their level of respect for their food is less, considering the one time I managed to convince an employee to make me a sandwich, I got food poisoning. I don't blame said employee, she seemed hardworking, but I don't think expired ingredients are disposed of, nor do I think the young employees are being trained properly. The McDonalds across the street is far preferable in a cinche, and any other occasion.
This Subway used to be good but now they have absolutely terrible employees this last year and a half. They don't ask you if you want it toasted or not, if they run out of sides they say they don't have it. I called them out on that not being true so she said they can't find it. Half the time they don't have the Open sign on. They pay people to not work. Calling corporate

I ordered from the app for delivery and first off, delivery was delayed by almost 30 mins on top of when it was supposed to be delivered and then when we got the order, we were basically missing half of our order. They still had a good 30 some minutes before they closed for the night so I tried calling them the entire time and no one picked up. This was a terrible experience from ordering through the app and with trying to contact the store.
