Our way back home to SA, decided to stop drive in to Weimar. This little place is a hidden gem. Chilaquiles Verdes completos were delicious. Pappas con chorizo y Machacado Tacos were delicious. Muy buen sazón!
Pancake Platter was really good! Fluffy pancakes, and the eggs were moist and firm (as opposed to mushy or too dry). Great cooking!
