Went late Tues. The crepes and hashbrowns were amazing!! Food came super fast. Server was good, don't remember her name, blond with super long nails. Barely started drinking our water and the food was all there and order was correct and cooked to perfection.

Today they did everything well. Violetta was on the ball as usual. Always friendly and attentive. For me, Iced Tea is important and even in the morning it is fresh and my friends enjoyed the coffee. Food was hot and came out as ordered. Restaurant is clean and well kept. We also know more of the staff so we also get a greeting as they serve other tables. Please note that this is 5 stars for what we expect at an IHOP. This is why we are regulars at this location.

Mindy didn’t just take an order—she commanded the flow of the meal. She balanced warmth, humor, and efficiency in a way that made everyone at the table feel like the most important guests in the building. There was never confusion, never waiting, never that awkward “did they forget about us?” moment. She was always there—right when she needed to be. If customer service had a gold standard, Mindy would be the training video, the example, the bar everyone else is chasing. This is the kind of service you remember long after the pancakes are gone. I gave it 4 stars because there's usually a long waiting line plus slow service , otherwise Ihop is Ihop the food is still the same.

We love coming to IHOP. The food is great and super delicious. We always leave satisfied and happy. We usually get good costumer service, however, this time we got served by a waiter named Oscar, who was not only super nice, but extremely professional and attentive. We couldn't have asked for a better service with him. Can't wait to comeback soon!!

Pretty good with a few minor complaints. One of our menus was sticky with syrup, my double blueberry pancakes didn't seem to have very many blueberries in them, and no one offered to refill any drinks. Not too long of a wait, the food is good, and the staff is generally friendly.

One of my go-to menu items is the Colorado omelet with salsa. When I dine in, I prefer Cholula or Tabasco. The food was made to order and almost enough to be considered 2-3 servings. The staff was engaging kept the few customers served.

Update 😋 11/04/22 So happy they have plant based options on the menu. Had the sausage with scrambled egg whites and fruit cup with gluten-friendly pancakes. Everything was perfect! All the food was cooked right and their new fall menu items are to die for. Had a fun brunch date with my daughter and grandkids. Havent been to Ihop in a long time. The place was clean and fairly empty. Because the place was empty not sure why it took so long to get my food. The guy helping me was nice and professional. The food was good. The steak omelet I had was huge and tasty. The grits were so delicious. My toast and hash brown was hard and cold. I got new toast. Seems like toast and hash browns were cooked before the omelet was done and just sat. The food was decent other than that and the service was great

No one waiting, little girl went to clean a table for us. Lady walked in after us. Not all in her party were with her. Little girl called us. Manager took the other party even though little girl told her table was for us. He didn't listen. Had to wait for table to be cleaned. Told Manager he was rude. No apology or confirmation. Needs to get OUT of service industry. Little girl apologized, waitress apologized . They were not the problem.

Ordered a Classic Chicken Sandwich and when I cut into it, the meat was pinkish. I didn't want to assume it was raw, but it wasn't safe to eat. Placed an online order! the food was okay. eggs where a little wet and the hashbrowns where not crunchy :(. The was greeted at the door. The place was clean. Overall okay experience.

Wait time to be seated is long.. Even when its not that busy like right now. The 2x2x2 special for 4.99 monday-friday only goes up untill 5pm friday night.(its 9:30pm on a Friday night today) that is not specified on the website... When asked for it they say the special goes away @ 5pm friday and there's nothing they can do. They took long to bring our food out. The waiter was nice (that's why it gets a 2 star not a 1) no sugar on the table and some workers cleaning had headphones on.

This place needs a deep cleaning. The waitress was nice but I wasn't impressed by the condition of the restaurant. They wouldn't even give the Birthday person in our group a free birthday meal. Not sure when they stopped doing that. They brought us stained syrup packages, the seats had food crumbs on it, the hot sauce sitting on several tables had no tops on them at all for the flies to lick, trash under the sitting area benches. Wonder what the kitchen looks like. Health department should pay them a visit! Needless to say, I wont be going back there.

Today I arrived with my wife at 7:20am and there was no host or personnel in hostess area so we sat down by waiting area for 10 minutes until a tall waiter with braids and glasses (Brandon) came to sat us down while apologizing for no one sitting us at a table, the hostess and another waitress were braiding each other's hair and doing their makeup on the other side of dinning area while not paying attention to incoming costumers while gossiping... The waiter once again apologized to us and took our order and was very nice and professional. Food was delicious and coffee was fresh and hot.

Sirloin tips was a low quality meat; it tasted more like a teriyaki chicken. Bad service, dirty tables, and expensive coffee. Starbucks is best and for a lower price! Don’t recommend this place.

Let me start by saying this store was extremely busy during my visit so that may have some to do with the rest of this review. There was zero social distancing in place. Employees unmasked throughout. Customers were sitting at every table and booth with no dividers between them. Basically back to back at the tables. There was trash and food all over the floor from reception throughout. Every window was so dirty that you couldn't see in and could barely see out. There were used rags all over the check in counter, along with paper scraps and what appeared to be rice - gross! The check in counter was smudgy and fingerprinted so not sure if those rags were being used at all. When the manager gathered the silverware for a 4 top, the bundles didn't have the part of the silverware you put in your mouth wrapped in anything, but rather just hanging out of the napkin. This was an issue for me when I saw the silverware placed on the check in counter where the spoon and fork clearly touched the disgusting counter. Would not recommend unless cleanliness is not an issue for you.

I just ordered from this location and waited 30-40mins for a curbside pickup order that I ended up having to go inside to get my self. This completely defeats the purpose of curbside pick up. I should also add that there were 2 people at the front counter and only one of them was seating people, the other one was standing around. When I got home and started getting ready to eat my omelette was COMPLETELY WRONG. I ordered a omelette with cheddar cheese, extra cheese, and spinach. What should have been simple. The omelette I received was filled, covered, and surrounded with pork. I DON’T EAT PORK. Additionally one of the syrup packets that I received was cut open. This is unacceptable.

The wait was insane to start, and then the hostess skipped us when seating guests. We had to remind her about our party. The wait to be seated was supposed to be 15 min. That turned into 40 min. After we were seated, the wait for our order was another 45 minutes. The kitchen was jamming spanish music loud! The cooks and servers were yelling at each other, extremely unprofessional. They seemed to be short staffed. The restroom had a musty smell. It felt dirty, definitely in need of a deep cleaning. The server, a young Hispanic gentleman, was very attentive and communicated well throughout the visit. I will say that the food was tasty. If it weren't for the wait, I would've given them more stars.

I waited for 20 minutes for the Hispanic manager Oscar to come help. His employee said he is clocking out and cannot help me. It was empty. He was super rude and I will be contacting corporate. This is the second time this has happened. He said he was busy but I saw him twice and no one asked me did I need help

Our server kept going to go sit with her boyfriend instead of giving us service. Her hair was also down and she was wearing a dirty sweater which just seemed gross. The kitchen was blasting rap music and half the lights don't seem to be working at this location. I sincerely regret stopping here.

Received an undercooked burger from here the other day. It was promptly replaced. Figured I'd give them another chance since they were busy and mistakes happen yet received bad/rotting lettuce on my sandwich tonight. Restaurant needs to retrain people in the kitchen and put one or two more staff members out so the others aren't so overwhelmed.

Now don't get me wrong, the place was cool, calm, quiet. But the service was trash. The damn girl didn't even know what the food was. She left half my friend's order in the kitchen and didn't even know what went with it. She didn't request to remove items from an omelette. And one of those ingredients, my friend is allergic to. Smh. Worst experience ever.

June 18, 2025.. Wednesday at 2pm. Tea is old. We asked for a fixed fresh tea, and she refused. She says, " I busy." So, we pay $39 and NO TIP. Reason we noticed nobody's here and why she says "busy". We come here a bad day for her. We usually pay tip $10, but unfortunately, she gets NOTHING.

We went there for deserts after dinner....were impressed by the speed at which we were seated no doubt the server was the sweetest and finest lady we have been served by...the food that was served to us was just not..Worth eating...period...the presentation the taste the texture was all off...we ordered choclate pancakes that were dry...the lemon ricotta crepes were just not either lemony or had any ricotta in them...they had burnt taste....sadly we did not want to penalize the server....my husband somehow finished the crepes and we packed rest of the pancakes to get it over with....very disappointing experience. Hopefully they see this review and offer to refund us as it was waste of good hardearned money.
