The Flame Broiler Was Very Popular In The Early 90's But With Waba Grill Now!! It's Popularity Has Deminished. Food Is Good But Out Dated Service Is Minimal Many Have Closed Down!! Atmosphere Sucks!! If U Want Some Early 90's Version of Waba Grill Than This Is 4 U But Food Presentation Is Boring.

You gotta have a place like this in your area. One drawback... please be generous in portions of meat.. it's good but not enough. Sorry the carnivore in me is speaking. Other than that.. better than waba grill.

But what really ticked me off was when I ordered the "daily special" (regular chicken bowl + drink) and the cashier acts like I didn't order the special! I even gave the guy a tip before I found out he screwed me over and he insisted that I didn't order it! I mean considering I tipped you I expect at least a bit of honesty on your end...

This location has horrible cooks. They don't want to waste anything. I've had two incidents were I received cooked food that was rotten. I dont know if it's my luck or what. Both times I was offered replacement food, but declined. I was reimbursed once. There are better options in the area go somewhere else until management or owners change.

We did not get the spicy chicken as ordered. The chucken was so dry that my mother was choking on it. We hadn't been to this establishment for quite a while, so we decided to try it again. Bitterly disappointed. We won't be returning and won't recommend it either.

I went in and had to wait 5 mins before the employee came out to take my order. The food here is dry, teriyaki sauce is too sweet, and the food is flavorless. Would not recommend for anyone, including family. It's only good for people who want to get full and not care about the flavor at all.

Over here you get a fairly small bowl of 80% rice, 15% meat and 5% water. I feel ripped off any time and every time I come here no matter what I get from the menu, (which is very limited btw). This place is definitely not worth the $9 I spent on a bowl of rice.

The cashier seemed like he didn’t want to be there and he didn’t look happy. I feel like Waba is better. Waba at least taste better and gives more meat.

I usually love Flame Broiler, the last time I went the rice was over cooked and gummy it was horrible. I specifically asked before I placed my order today if the rice was mushy and gummy, the cashier said "no." Not only were both beef bowls I ordered have mushy gummy rice, the beef was not fresh it tasted as if it were already cooked, had been sitting, and cooked again, my son asked mom "what's wrong with the meat?" I'm not sure if I will continue to go to this Flame Broiler in the City of Industry, CA. Two thumbs down, I want my money back!

Horrible service, good food. Expect extremely slow service with lots of lame excuses. Once you actually get your order food is tasty. Amuse yourself while you wait watching people give up and go to In n Out next door.
