I want to take this time to send a commendation to Eric at this particular Charlie's. There was a bit of a mess up with my order, which he took full responsibility for, was very apologetic, and he went over and beyond to rectify the situation. He clearly values his position and the Charlie's brand. Thank you Eric! I truly felt valued as a customer and will definitely be back. Plus, the food was great and both of the guys' customer service were very pleasant and welcoming. I was greeted with a smile and willingness to provide excellent service. Thanks again!

This place was amazing to eat at this morning. The girl at the register was extremely nice and helped me out o because of my dietary restrictions I had and the sandwich was so good I chose the steak sandwich with fries and it was good. Definitely coming back :)

I love coming to eat here and the workers always explain any questions or issues I have with the menu. Today the young lady and gentleman even helped me double pack this large order I had to go. I will for sure be coming back.

Charleys is located in the Food Court of Plaza West Covina. I ordered here as haven’t had their Philly cheesesteak in such a long time. Service was perfunctory but efficient. It’s a walk up kiosk to place order and pick up. There are many tables and chairs for dine in, but the place gets packed on the weekends. The high ceiling and glass windows lend brightness to the area. The original cheesesteak was delicious, I prefer the bread to be more toasted. The fries were nicely crisp on the outside and soft inside. I don’t go to the mall that often but I’d definitely visit Charley’s again when I do.

The associate said they are there. When I sat to eat she placed the sandwich with the paper on top of the fries. When I took it off ot wasn't the usual serving. There were only a few and they were cold. Like they were leftover. I usually have leftovers. Not today. Very bad service. They were more concerned about talking. No one was in line. Next time be nice to the people who support small businesses that provide you with your paycheck. Sad to say I'll never go back.

The other girl who was in the kitchen helping, was VERY RUDE and had an attitude and was rolling her eyes! She was slamming the food on the counter as well, when my number was called I had asked to verify what number was it that called and when she answered me she says yeah and rolls her eyes at me and slams the fries on the counter. Totally uncalled for and not necessary! When I went back to ask to speak with the manager, turns out the one who had the attitude and rolling eyes was manager!! Makes the situation even worse since she’s the manager and she know better. When she came up to me she knew what I was going to say and tell her and she started apologizing for the way she slammed the food and didn’t mean to give attitude. She claims they’re busy and she’s just trying to hurry up!! There was nobody there when I got there? It was myself and my boyfriend and another lady that showed up after me. Either way it’s still no excuse and unacceptable! I hope corporate sees this or someone that’s higher up because they for sure need to do better with hiring the right people!! First and last time I go there!
