My favorite subway to go to. This girl was very friendly and helpful she is new I think. Made a great sandwich made it exactly how I wanted it. Coming back for the friendly service
Today was a good day. Today my wrap was so good, just like i like it. it has been a very long time since i have had a great looking wrap. every time i get one i usually have a sloppy and ugly wrap and the sandwich artist is usually rude. Today she was very professional and you can tell in her food prep. Thank you young lady for making my day a good day. My wrap was delicious!
I don't why of the bad reviews ..go and figure.. I came in and this lady was ordering a couple of sandwiches while on her cellphone,, the employee waited patiently while a line was forming..this lady was yapity yap on her cell the employee asked are you ready to order,, the customer says can't you see I'm on the f,,,kn phone.. a customer behind says watch your language mam.. she turns and says to the other customers go F urself.. I said to myself I'm gonna take my order and the heck with this rude lady.. so I did ,, asked the employee do my order since this dummy seems to run her mouth ,,, she gladly did.. the rude customer started saying bad words to me ,, but fortunately the 3 other customers from Emante Health said to her get lost.. and she did,, lol. Great service ,, quick with professionalism.. come here every Tuesday and Thursday because I have therapy at Emante Health..
The service here was incredibly helpful and friendly. We enjoyed visiting this location. One if the cleanest we've ever seen. A little disappointing they don't have cilantro and feta cheese at this specific location though ...
It was good to visit this Subway location. Very clean, no waiting, and service with a smile. Though I live 5 miles away I never been to this one in my life. Great food by the way.

The young lady was rude asking the customer behind me to step up and order in conflict with social distancing. When told he needs to wait until I moved to the next station she motioned him forward to stand within a few inches from me. Food great, as usual and the young man preparing my sandwich was great.

What a disappointment. This is not the first time nor second time. Not even the third time, This is the fourth and last time. From rude staff members, orders being wrong & running out of bread. We finally got the straw that broke the camel's back. We shall no longer patronize that place. Just a waste of time. The owner just so happens to own 3 more in close proximity to this location. That I am aware of, but could be more. With all the on goings we have spoken with him a few times. This location is running neck & neck with the Eastland shopping center Subway for sure. Even though the name on the marquee may look the same. What goes on inside and behind the counter is totally different. Just remember you are going to consume your purchase. So make sure you are getting what you are paying for.

Restaurant closes at 8pm based on subway’s time schedule. Walked up up to the door and they were already closed by 7:56pm
They took forever, left my daughters toasted sandwhich out and open so long it was cold and hard by the time she got in the car... and they make sandwhiches like tacos, with all veggies and sauces in the fold. Who makes a sandwhich like that???
I was at this place on 07/27 at 9pm. The lady making the sandwich had the worst attitude. Need to get proper training
Very bad service.. they need retraining sloppy sandwiches... the don't help u out rite away.. one work is cleaning windows the other is stoking sodas while there a line of customers waiting👎👎👎👎
Very bad customer service, I went in today for the first time and the girl working her shift didn’t bother to greet me a Hii or hello nor even they were ready to take my order very poor service and rude employees also the store smelled really bad as i entered a very strong odor got into my nose I would recommend not going in there for anyone to buy a meal
They purposely don't allow the 2 footlongs for 1299 on the app #hardpass FT1299 should be accepted in all subways
Just come September 3 around 5, try ultimate b.m.t footlong, food is okay, service is the worst ever, rude server/cashier. NEVER COMEBACK
Ordered on the app. Showed up, door was locked and no one was there and the light were off. Waiting about 15 minutes and no one ever came. Noticed on the app that the order was stuck in initiation. They later then completed the order and I got charged. They do not answer the phone in regards to a refund. So they literally just stole my money.
Don't come to this subway. I am the first customer in line but it takes them about 10 minutes to take my order because they were filling online orders. There is only one employee working. There is a huge line by the time I'm leaving and still only 1 employee. The person I'm guessing is the owner, pretends to help by taking out the bread when it's finished and sometimes charging customers. The owners have to either higher another worker or learn how to make a sandwich.
Came here for lunch and was helped by Alexandra. She's very rude and made my sandwich soo sloppy. Alot of the veggies were out and when I asked her for the veggies she said very rude they didn't have any. In other words they're to lazy to cut them and refill the canister.
Poor service. The lady was rude who made our sandwiches. On top of that my girlfriend ordered the cold cut combo and bologna was spoiled. My girlfriend as for her sandwich to be toasted and the lady said, "No, your bread just came out of the oven, it's toasted already. Very very poor experience. Spoiled Bologna is unacceptable.
I wanted to place a phone order for party subs but in all the times I have called (during non rush hours) they NEVER answer the phone! I called 3 different days in the last week. Does their owner know they do not answer the phone? Not good for business.
You should fire Roxy she is unprofessional, rude and has no ethics with she deal with Custumer services. I’m taking my buss somewhere else I do not want to see so negative person.
