Neat little Chik-fil-A! You can order on the window and eat on the side tables next to the drive thru. Smaller than expected. No indoor at this place. Good food and fresh ingredients.

It’s great and all, but they completely forgot my order of literally 3 chicken strips. It took around half an hour minutes to get them after alerting a few people. It was probably just a one time fluke but other than that it was good. (Edit: They compensated me for the time, it was very busy. They earn a higher rating for that.)

Thus was an interesting experience. They have outside sitting only and you order thru a window. The place was empty and we didn’t have to wait in no lines. All I was there for was for a decaf coffee which they made fresh and to perfection. They actually add your creamer to your coffee which was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Awesome food BUT this location has the worst drive-thru lane arrangement ever. 5 stars for food and service, 0 stars for location. See the picture, left lane is pickup, right lane is drive thru where drivers have to wait at the stop to turn left and yield to those drivers who picked up their food, then drive-thru drivers proceed to go around the building.

The workers here are incompetent. It is unbelievable that on multiple occasions, they have forgotten to give me some of the food that I’ve ordered. All they do is try to rush orders as fast as possible when they are packed, so it leads to them literally just forgetting to give you your food. If you go here, please check to make sure you get your complete order, but I would personally recommend going to the one in T.O. The food there is fresher and the management there is better.

repeated the order 3 times to the girl on the mic and it was still wrong. they actually didn’t even make the sandwich.. they just threw a **crunchy** GF bun in the bag for me to prepare myself. then i broke out in hives after i ate it lol guessing it had been expired for quite a while. one of the worst locations i've been to while traveling the country. no thanks!

Fast food: waited 10 minutes for 1 sandwich. Good chicken: it was heavily undercooked with raw chicken in the middle. If you want to wait 10 minutes for a chance at food poisoning then this is your place. I think workers here stopped caring.

Never had an issue at this location or any chic fil an until today that would deny me the option to sub my protein for a market salad from grilled filet to a spicy grilled cold filet. The lady at the drive thru took my order and after I asked to sub the protein for my market salad she spoke to her supervisor Steven over the headset and he told her to tell me that “they don’t do that” and I can’t get what has been offered to me before and is available on the app. It didn’t make sense , had they ran out it would have been one thing, but to ultimately deny me an option to sub a protein after doing it multiple times is unacceptable. I told them I wanted to speak to this Steven at the drive thru window to make a complaint and sure enough he magically went on break. Another chic fil an employee agreed with me and said that yes I can sub any protein for my salad so he was just as confused. The rest of the employees are all whispering about what they should do since Steven is on break that I ended up saying just give me my food I’ll take this up with customer support since I I felt bad I was holding up the line. To say I’m dissatisfied is the least of it, this experience could have been avoided and I hope the operator Josh Young takes this opportunity to educate his staff on what a guest can ask for on a menu item and not deny me just because “we can’t do that”. Hopefully the next time I come it will be different.

I don’t know why Chick-fil-A prides itself for saying “My pleasure” when it’s not even genuine. The workers don’t seem happy to interact with customers at all. My last visit in the drive thru, I had to listen to the kid make fun of the woman whose order he just took. Today’s visit, I had a different dude who was grossly demanding and aggressive in taking my order. It took everything in me to not tell him to CALM DOWN! I gotta give up Chick-fil-A. Food is okay, but the attitude of the workers gives it a bad taste. Not worth it anymore.
