The food is always hot and so tasty, and the free chips with salsa and beans is a nice touch that a lot of places don’t include for online pickup orders. What an accidental find — truly a hidden gem! We stopped in outside the usual rush and ended up being the only ones in the restaurant, which made the experience feel even more special. The chips were fresh and came with a flavorful salsa and what I believe were refried black beans — both delicious. The beans and rice were definitely my favorites, with the rice being perfectly cooked and full of flavor. We also had the mahi-mahi ceviche, which was fresh, bright, and really well done. The salsa had great flavor and a decent kick of spice, which we loved. The service was warm, attentive, and genuinely great. Everything we tried was fantastic. Don’t miss out on this place — it’s well worth the visit!

Don’t be fooled by the similarity to a chain restaurant name, this is a lovely bespoke place hiding just slightly off 114. Amazing smokey salsa served with the crisp chips! The enchiladas are light, the guacamole is amazing and everyone else raved about their entrees as well. Friendly and helpful waitstaff. Make time for a visit, you won’t regret it!

We held our wedding rehearsal dinner here and Marcos and the staff were absolutely amazing! The food was great and reasonably priced! They provide “buffet on the table” with chips and salsa, fajitas, and enchiladas. They even provided a speaker/mic, table cloths, flowers, and vases! The atmosphere was great too! The staff was great at reacting to our requests. 100% recommend if you’re looking for something close to Chapel at Palacios!

Company Christmas luncheon was hosted there. Customer service was excellent. Attentive without hovering over the table. I ordered one of the lunch specials. The beef enchilada and beans were delicious. The rice also good. The cheese sauce had a bit of a kick. The chips and salsa were really good. Great experience

We "discover" this place. 😋. It is one of the best restaurants we have ever been to. The food is cooked at perfection. The flavor is delicious, and the service is amazing. Just had a flat coke, but they fixed it fast. Thank y'all. We are definitely coming back. Good prices 👍🏼.

My first time eating at Marcosina’s was great!! Great service, great food! We got chicken and cheese quesadillas with a refreshing and delicious Hibiscus juice! I’ll definitely be back to try some more food!!

Recently moved into the area. This place was highly recommended. And.. I agree and 2nd the recommendation. Location: Easy to find with plentiful parking. Restaurant: The atmosphere was inviting, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Very quick to respond for even the smallest of tasks. The Food: My entree was a custom plate, and the chef complied easily and added his own customization. Which I really enjoyed. Very authentic. South Texas style... All in all, I highly recommend this restaurant.

Came here today to celebrate my nephew after his graduation. The enchilada and fajitas were so good, and the Jamaica drink was very good and refreshing. The service was the best I’ve had in a very, very long time.

Fantastic place for tex mex food. Service was super prompt and food was equally delicious. What surprised me was the quantity and quality of the food. The portions were of good size and more than enough to fill a person. Will certainly visit this place again.

Everything about my dinner here was great! I recommend the Salmon or ceviche if you like fresh food. For dessert the Sopapillas are a must with honey! Met the owners, super sweet people. I would definitely dine in again.

Fantastic food and service. Quaint fun location with great staff, nice bark outside seating and inside dining, colorful, festive and fun, chips, salsa, black bean dip and table side guac were just delicious. Great menu with nice diversity and reasonable prices. Great for those desiring authentic food, as well as those with simpler palettes and kids, ideal for both groups. Extra shout out to the great service Jorge provided at the bar. cannot wait to go back.

First time here, came for a work lunch. I had the #1 lunch special and it was fabulous. The Spanish rice was really good, but moreso the refried beans, which I don't normally eat was flavorful. the service was magnificent. I will definitely be back.
