Great place for breakfast, brunch and lunch. Liked it better when it was a small intimate place, but sandwiches are unique.

The food here is incredible! Their soups are especially good - my family's favorite is the broccoli and cheese. Also, their meat plate is a great appetizer and so is the roasted brie. Prices are very reasonable and the atmosphere is great. You can sit outside with your dogs, too, and they'll even serve them water. Overall excellent place for the food, service, and ambience!

My favorite restaurant ever!!! Their food is deliciousssss. They have amazing coffees, sandwiches, fondue, desserts... everything. I absolutely love it! Their staff is very nice and welcoming, they really make sure you’re happy with your order. Gabriel is an awesome server he always provides an excellent service and recommends the best pairings on the menu!!!

Felipe was our serve today and he did an Excellent job with our orders and service.He remember all our choices as well and preferences in the menu and was pending on Us all time to verify than we were having a good time. The Cheese Course makes the most delicious food! I love their Croissant sandwiches, their impressive cheese selection, the delicious coffee drinks and excellent customer service. They have a gorgeous dining room as well as comfortable outdoor seating. For a nice treat, try their baguette with fig jam. So yummy! This place is excellent for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can comfortably seat small and large groups.

The food is always delicious, the servers are kind and helpful. To the people in the reviews complaining about them being slow, I say to them have some compassion for what restaurants have had to go through over the last year and a half with the pandemic. This restaurant is always busy because the food is great, and despite them being understaffed they do a great job at being kind and accommodating.

I want to share that we had a great experience yesterday at the cheese course. My family and I celebrated our son’s confirmation in the Catholic Church by gathering at this location for lunch. Jose the manager accommodated us despite being a pretty big party and I really appreciate it. The service was good and the food was excellent. Thank you. We will be back

This place has great quality food at an affordable price for what you are getting. They have indoor and outdoor seating. They have a to-go area and sit-down table service. They serve the breakfast menu until 1pm. I ordered the soup and sandwich combo for $11.99. I got a bowl of tomato bisque and a chicken pesto sandwich on a whole wheat baguette. The food is made with fresh ingredients. My friend had the soup and salad combo. We finished with a chocolate chip toffee cookie that was fresh and delicious. I look forward to going back and trying the cheese fondue for 2 people ($19). The table next to us had it and it looks amazing.

I’m giving this place 5 starts not only for the food but because of the service! What an amazing experience we had with our server Gabriela Lopez, she was just incredible. She friendly and kindly explained all the menu with total knowledge of the cheeses and wines.. the food was amazing but the star of our dinner was definetly Gabriela. You have to go and ask for her you’ll have an amazing time!

I’ve been coming here since moving to Weston. Always a great experience. Food is consistently delicious and presented beautifully. Very nice touch with the Vera filtered water. I had the half sandwich and soup. Perfect portions. Thanks for another great lunch.

Had an excellent experience with my family. Lae was absolutely wonderful and made our experience truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Lae went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her attention to detail, warm personality, and professionalism really stood out. We felt genuinely cared for the entire time and appreciated the extra effort Lae put into making our time special. She's a keeper. Highly recommended, will be returning next time in Weston.

The place is very cozy, the food is divine, my daughter's communion was celebrated with my family and friends, we had an excellent time, what pleased me the most was the service of Yaki, who I want to congratulate enormously for being extremely attentive, kind and careful with every detail. Lae who was our server was also very charming with all of us. I highly recommend it for both of them, for the food and the ambiance.

Started to come for breakfast since last week and I can only say great things about this place. Super friendly staff, very clean and delicious food. Their avocado toast is to die for. Delicious and hot coffee, nice outdoor seating and not overcrowded. I highly recommend this place for all my friends and for sure I will be coming at least once a week. Love love love the Cheese Course. I believe they bake their baguettes fresh daily on the premises. Their soups are outstanding. Their sandwiches are fantastic on that fresh bread and topped with their delicious cheese. I’m sad that the Coral Springs location closed but I go to the Weston location when I can. Awesome place with delicious food that won’t break the bank.

I are lunch here yesterday and was immediately seated at an outside table to enjoy the beautiful weather. I ordered the combo mushroom Brie soup and American salad, which were well portioned and so delicious!! I wish I took a pic. Despite being fully occupied with the lunch crowd, my food arrived within 15 minutes and the server checked on me a few times. Excellent service!

The Cheese Course is my favorite place in the entire world to get a sandwich. The deli meats are fresh, they have a tonnnn of different high quality cheeses to choose from, and they even offer warm chicken breast and chicken salad sandwiches. You cant go wrong with any menu item. They also make the best tomato basil soup out of the many many tomato basil soups I've tried elsewhere. Yesterday morning I went to The Cheese Course not expecting to be received with such an amazing staff. Isabel was our waitress and she was so attentive and charismatic. Made our experience so much better. We loved the coffees and the eggs with smoked salmon.

I ordered one cheese choice, you get one selection of a cheese, a few grapes and a basket of bread with jam. $12.

Great restaurant for lunch with great salads, souls, and sandwiches, not to mention the charcuterie there which is fantastic.

The place is immaculate with a beautiful design, distribution and decoration. The service staff is very candid, and nicely. Initially, it was a perception of delay over the food but it was banished with solid service during our stay. For far the best was the attention from Valentina, a professional and attention to detail staff member who always was looking to provide an alternative or make our time better. Highly recommended for a great and enjoyable time.

Really good place in Weston Town Center. The variety of cheeses and dishes is excellent. They have a happy hour from 4 to 6 pm on weekdays. The size of the portions is good for one person. Prices are on the low end for the area. They have pick up and delivery service. Besides food and coffee you can find some groceries and cheeses to go. There's is wifi and plenty of parking options. Staff speaks English and Spanish.

Cosy place to enjoy a sandwich, table of cheeses or a fondue with wine and friends. The customer service is excellent. All type of cheese that we tried were delicious and affordable. The place is clean. I will come again!

Beautifull place with very nice and polite staff. The cheese board is a great option to be shared with friends. There are plenty of options of different cheeses. All are properly explained and recommended by the staff. Also the presentation of the plates is fantastic accompanied with grapes and bread.

This place is great! Either for a quick bite or a few hours with a friend... the tables outside are great (if the weather permits). Lots of sandwiches and wine. The sangria is delicious. The only thing I'd not order again is the creme brulee. It looked great but was not a real creme brulee, unfortunately. Both texture and flavors were waaay off. Still giving 5 stars cause i love the place so much and will be back for sure.

My husband and I had an incredible experience thanks to Paul! From the moment he greeted us, his warm smile and positive energy set the tone for a wonderful evening. Paul’s dedication to providing excellent service really stood out, he was attentive, thoughtful, and made us feel truly welcome without ever being overbearing. We also couldn’t help but notice his awesome tattoos, which just added to his friendly and approachable personality. It’s rare to find someone who brings both professionalism and a genuine personal touch to their service, and Paul did exactly that. We left feeling not just satisfied with our meal, but genuinely uplifted by the experience.

We delighted in our breakfast experience. Our server was attentive and our food and beverages were delicious. We'll go back.

I’ve been coming to The Cheese Course for years, and it’s always great. The bread is fresh, the cheese selection is amazing, and the sandwiches and soups are so good. The place has a cozy feel, and everyone is super friendly - especially Isabella, who is often our server and always gives the best service. Whether we dine in or get takeout, we come here multiple times a month and are never disappointed. As longtime Weston locals, this place has always been a favorite, and I hope it never goes away. If you need a recommendation, the Midnight Moon cheese is a must-try, and the tomato soup is always delicious!

I love this place and go very often. I've been for dinner, drinks, and lunch—basically at any time of day! It has never disappointed me. They serve beautifully prepared cheese and charcuterie boards (also available for takeout or pre-order), delicious sandwiches, and my favorite—the Greek salad that comes with a "sarmá," rice wrapped in grape leaves! And in winter, we’ve tried the fondue—so tasty!

Today I went to Cheese Course in Town Center, and I love it! I tried the grilled chicken sandwich and the tuna sandwich, and they were truly amazing! The service was also fantastic. The young man who served us, Miguel, was very polite and helpful. I highly recommend this place with its pleasant atmosphere.

My family and i enjoyed an amazing lunch here a couple days ago and it was made even more amazing by our great server Gaby! She was great help and was such a joy to have as our waitress. She gave us great recommendations and they were right on the dot! We’ll definitely be back!

The Cheese Course is a cute little cafe. The food has always been very good. I recommend the Applewood Becon sandwich, it really is one of the best sandwiches they have. The service is always amazing, they have a wonderful staff. The only thing that takes away from the dining experience is the fact that other diners are constantly on their phones or computers FaceTiming. This is something that needs to be addressed by the management team. Putting that aside, I would recommend trying out The Cheese Course.

Had a fun time with friends. Prices were reasonable and staff was friendly. We were quite a large group but they still made tables to accommodate us. We were there for quite some time but did not feel rushed by the staff to leave. Overall, great experience.

I had a wonderful experience at The Cheese Course in Weston. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The food was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with high quality ingredients. The menu offers a great variety, from cheese boards to sandwiches and soups, making it a great spot for lunch or a relaxed meal. Everything from the service to the food made this a place I would happily return to and recommend to others.

The bread is fresh baked and out of this world, the cheeses are amazing and the combination of flavors of their sandwiches are spot on. The seating is more for looks than for comfort. I've been there when it's busy and when it's not; the service and the speed of the kitchen is congruent to how busy they are. They do offer take out, so if you live near one, I'd take it home.

Been here now 3/4 times food , service and cozy atmosphere amazing love the service Gaby is great always a great smile the other guys there also food so delicious and will let you change up food items if need be , just a great overall experience every time back again next week 👍

Love happy hour. Daniel is the best waiter I've ever had at tcc and I'm a cheese addict that has been to most of them. Very kind and attentive. It's cold though if you're hanging out bring a sweater.

Recommended by a friend, we decided to drop in for lunch. The food is the star here. A broad menu of breakfast and lunch items. We started with the excellent hummus plate, and ordered sandwiches and soup. I'm a soup guy and their mushroom soup was one of the best. The service was solid, but it appeared our waiter got too many tables at once so we waited. We were glad the manager noticed and came to take our order. One minor complaint is the a/c. When it turned on, we felt a strong cold breeze on us, like we were in a meat locker. The airflow needs adjustment. That won't keep us from coming back though. That soup...!

A really nice place. We went for breakfast and they had a great selection the only critic what I have would be that the croissant and sandwich baguettes are not made from scratch they are frozen baguette and the croissant rolls from the can what they bake there. My croissant was not baked fully in the inside and the Sandwich bread was falling apart on the other side they are using homemade pesto. In my eyes they would really level up if they would change that two thing. Please change that!!

Cheese course is always a good place for breakfast or brunch type food. Their cappuccino is good depending on which server you get since they personally make it when you order. I always order a cappuccino with an extra shot of espresso because I like a stronger flavor. Also, the Midnight Moon cheese platter for 1 with honey and fig spread since it is my favorite cheese and a small greek salad (pictured but I ate 2 slices of cheese). They have a great option for half soup and sandwich or salad. My husband prefers the soup and sandwich and always picks the Applewood Bacon sandwich with goat gouda, tomatoes, avocado, rosemary aioli, and greens and tomato bisque (pictured). My little one enjoys their kids ham and cheese deconstructed with no cheese. So pretty much a basic lunchable but always asks for the ham to be heated and to drink, their sparkling pink lemonade.

Great place with good food and a nice atmosphere. The service is always very polite, but suuuuper slow. The only reason I'm not giving a 5/5 is because of how long you have to wait for everything (menus, orders, etc.)

Honestly, this place’s cheese fondue is FAR BETTER than any fondue I’ve had at the Melting Pot. Their servers are generally nice. This young man Gabriel is particularly nice to my son each time my wife and I go for lunch. I definitely recommend this place. The only downside perhaps is that it can be a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Top quality food.

Love this place, even now that I am vegan! I can enjoy really good food while my friends eat non-vegan options. I went for the half sandwich (hummus and veggies) and the Greek salad (removed feta cheese). The bread was to die for and all ingredients were high quality (olives amazing). Sit outside and enjoy the sunsets.

Craving a quick bite, healthier than your typical fast food meal? You won't go wrong stopping at this place. Good quality healthy choices at decent prices and fast serving times. And if you like soups, make sure to try thr tomato basil soup. Simply delish! Expect long wait times during peak times as the sitting space is limited.

I’ve always loved the food here but the service is awful. There is no consistency in how servers get their tables assigned and they are all over the place. You’re constantly left waiting for long periods of time and have to flag someone down to get their attention.

Really want to like this place but the food is really sub par, especially for breakfast. It’s hard to mess up breakfast but they managed. For $80 for breakfast (2 adults and 2 kids) you can find a lot better. Even lunch is not great. Also service is just ok.

Seated immediately but was another 20 minutes before a waiter stopped at our table, and another 30 before our cheese plate was delivered. The selection was a novice variety and between the cheese plate and a meat, was plenty for two.

They really should improve service here. I don’t think I’m coming back only because service is incredibly bad, one of the worse I’ve ever experienced. If that is improved, I’m sure it will get to 4 or 5 * because the food is good and well presented, although kind of expensive for the amounts.

Wonderful staff! There isn’t gluten free menu, but the menu offers options for cheese and saladas for us sensitive to gluten. I do not like the cost benefit , although I really enjoy to seat outside and to observe people, and I can watch my kids walking.

Great food but HORRIBLE service. I used to love this place and, to be fair, the food is still excellent. However, service has really degraded. Today, I placed an order for takeout and was told 25 minutes. I arrived after 30 minutes and was told it wasn’t ready. Finally, after 40 minutes and speaking to a manager, we got our order. Do you want to know what we ordered? Two loaves of bread and 1/2 pound of sliced ham. Now, you might say (and I suspect management may reply to this with a similar message) that this was a one-time issue or they were overly busy today. However, this has been the case every time I’ve visited in the past 2 years. You might say, why do you keep going? Well, the food is actually quite good. I figured placing an order for two pieces of bread and $15 worth of sliced ham with a 30 minute lead time would be sufficient and give me a buffer, but I was wrong. I’ve given this place many second chances and hope this review leads to management actually implementing some changes.

The food was excellent! The service was not. Server took a long time to come to our table. Then when he brought the food he never came back to ask how it was. We had to get our own napkins from another table. Our water was out we had to ask for more water. When we where ready to go. My husband had to go ask for our server and the lady had to look all over for him. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the food was good.

Upon entering the restaurant, I noticed a few tables that hadn’t been cleaned yet. I asked an employee if he could clean one of the tables so that we could sit there. Unfortunately, his response was less than welcoming. He suggested, rather curtly, that we sit by the laboratories, at a smaller table. All the available tables in the main dining were a 4 top, but dirty. All of the small tables were taken! As a frequent customer, I was disappointed by the lack of communication and courtesy in this interaction. It would have been helpful if the staff handled the situation more thoughtfully, especially when discussing seating preferences For their lack of looking to wipe down dirty tables. A little politeness and flexibility go a long way in making the dining experience more pleasant. I’m not saying that I will never visit again, but please speak to your young staff and let them know that they need to give a little respect to the clients that pay their salaries!!!!

As someone who has been a life-time customer, I can say without a doubt this place has gone downhill over the past 5 years. Unsure if it is new management or the expansion of the Weston branch, but it is being run in such a poor manner. The food has gotten ghastly expensive and the high school/college employees they have working at the Weston branch make the company look so unprofessional. I just received my last order for my life. We had ordered TWO full roast beef sandwiches, each costing almost $20. When we got our food, there were THREE, THINLY SLICED roast beef in each sandwich! THREE? For almost $20? We ate more bread than anything in the sandwich? Never again.

I went on Sunday the 9th of April, it is so sad to see the restaurant going down it was my favorite since 2003 not anymore. The tables were dirty, the station where they make the food so dirty trash, rags, empty bottles on the floor, the bathroom so dirty. I sat outside the server never came out so I went inside to get her. Food was bad soup and sandwich the bread was soggy. I didn’t get any napkins, silverware, etc. I talk to the manager she didn’t care about. Now I understand why people is going to the one in plantation. Really bad experience!!!!

We went out for lunch today for my wife's birthday. We sat down and were asked what we wanted to drink. Got our drinks and 2 empty cups for our kids. 10 minutes later, I asked another server if he could fill them up with lemonade because they didn't want water. I saw him Hand the empty cups to someone else and he went about his business. Another 7 minutes went by and still no lemonade and still no server to come and help us. We ended up getting our stuff and leaving. We went to pay for the 1 soda we had received as soon as we sat down... they had charged for 2. Wasted 30 minutes and my kids were starving and thirsty. Will not recommend to anyone, especially if you have a special needs child!

This place has gone down hill the last 6 months. On my last visit, March 29th at roughly 8pm, the staff was rude and ignored my presence. After I kindly stated that I was being ignored and was there just for a pick up the staff immediately got defensive and unapologetically said to me that I should have made them aware of my presence something that is their job and not mine as I am the customer. Food presentation has gone downhill in this place and when you ask for lettuce get ready for the soggiest lettuce you can ask for. A shame because it used to be a nice place. Avoid this place, I recommend you check other options that offer a good experience within Weston Town Center.

In my over 70 years of life I have never had such a poor experience in a restaurant . We arrived at 12:15 for lunch and I politely asked the gentleman at the front area if I needed to wait to be seated and he said no just seat in the back corner table which we did . As time went on after 20 minutes no waiter or waitress came to our table for anything and so I walked across the restaurant and asked if he or someone could please wait on our table and he said he would be right over but unfortunately he continued to serve other people and we had not even recieved a glass of water. I noticed tables coming in after us were already served their meals and some were finished eating and so after 40 minutes I was getting even more upset with no communication and no service while every other table was getting service and food that came in much later than us. I went across the restaurant again to this same gentleman because in all that time every waitress I tried to get to come to our table ignored us and would look the other way . When I asked him again he said he was going to cry because they were so busy and then he came and took our drink orders and said he would rush our food orders . I asked why are all these other tables getting their food even though they came in after us and many tables a lot longer after us and he would not answer me . Was there some sort of prejudice ??? No reason made any sense other than that. He than came back an HOUR after we sat down and had only received two apple juices and one water and said he was sorry but the kitchen didn't receive the order he put in but he take it to them right away and put a rush on it so it would come out right away . In the meantime one table with two ladies sat down and another table of 6 people came in and low and behold they got their food within 5 to 7 minutes and were eating and STILL NO food . This guy was continuing to serve other customers( by now the restaurant was emptied by one half ) and he finally brought our "hot' sandwiches that were "cold" and the cheese was not even melted but hard . It was unbelievably poor regarding both the food and service . It totally ruined our appetite even though we came back hungry . So we got up and left not getting any food that what was what we ordered !! The worst dining experience of our lives !! One waitress came up to me as we were leaving and said " she doesn't speak English " even though she spoke English . Very strange , very upsetting .

I recently tried a sandwich of Roast beef , but it was disappointing. It was mostly bread and onions, with very little else. Not worth the price.

Very bad service from the moment we entered the restaurant no one assigned us a place for my family including a 7 year old child we made signs for them to serve us we understood for about 5 minutes. They did not even give us glasses of water. They only told us a girl that her sister would serve us they never came to our table for attention it was only when we asked a boy 4 times to give us a menu and water. He just blocked the menu and the wait continued then kindly after 45 minutes we told the boy that we were leaving and he said without shame ok. Then the sister that was mentioned of the first girl saw us she covered her mouth with her hands an expression of shame and did not even come to apologize we just told her calm very bad service on the part of the team they treated us very badly total ignorance they made us

I went last friday. We waited and waited. Server came out on the patio three times and never acknowledged us despite waiving at her. Had to to go inside and ask for some menus and for someone to clean our table. Buddy came out and asked if we were finished (?) and gave the table a swift wipe (lots of foodstuff left on table). Then waited and waited. Finally spoke to the manager who wasn't all that interested. Emailed the owner twice. No response. I have been going there for 15+ years but no more. Unfortunate because I really love having lunch there

We walked in to order with my wife and was rudely received by the hostess when I asked for a menu. Then as we were waiting a family of 5 comes in and immediately cuts in front of us while they get treated to a table while we’re completely ignored. I guess maybe because we didn’t speak Spanish or didn’t look rich look enough to be treated like valuable customers. I’ll never go to this place ever again which is a shame since their food is okay.

The portions are ridiculous! A cheese course fondue for 4 was the serving size for 2! The cheese fondue itself was bitter and not very tasty. Ordered a soda and had to remind the waitress to bring it after waiting almost 30 minutes. We also had to ask her to correct the order when we did get it because I didn't order a "diet" soda. Then the sandwiches were served...a "LARGE" sandwich which will cost you approx. $12 is "maybe" 7" long and 1.5" wide. The baguettes used to make the sandwiches were so stale/hard they literally scratched the inside of my throat. The Cabernet and Merlot offered with the fondue tasted like salty water... whatever extra effort or money it takes to make it to the Melting Pot is WELL worth it in comparison!

Food quality has gone down tremendously and last two meals (sandwiches) were borderline inedible. Not sure what’s going on but inclined to stop coming.

Imagine ordering a sandwich to go, getting home, and finding they just gave me bread and lettuce. It seemed like no one would help the poor girl answering the phone who had no fault, and she offered to pay me out of her own money. Joke of a place.

I have been to a variety of Cheese Course locations. At this Weston location, I ordered the Tuna Melt sandwich. They put old rotting greens on my sandwich! It was absolutely horrible. I mean actual rotten greens, not slightly wilting or 1 or 2 leaves that weren't that fresh. No. ALL of the leaves except one or two were ROTTEN. I had to pick all of them off. That is not an oversight. Just awful. I will not ever go to that location again. Yuck.

Very disappointing experience. We waited over 30 minutes while several servers ignored us and attended everyone around us except our table. The table was dirty and most of the staff had a terrible attitude. The only good thing was Lae, who finally helped us and was very sweet. I do not recommend this place.
