Beautiful restaurant, Amazing freshly prepared meals! Attentive staff, without hovering. Enjoyed lunch from the fresh bread to the ice tea to the chicken entre’s! Definitely will return very soon!

Food, service, ambiance... we love dining here. Perfect Dover Sole, sea bass, pasta. Baked crushed garlic served with fresh bread is fantastic. Had a perfect meal outside in their parking lot last time we were there. Continues to be our go to place for wonderful meals/celebrations, etc

Good food and good environment! Love eating on the patio outside. The food is fresh, delicious and good portions. The bar is beautiful, and the bartender is quite good with the drinks. Have been here for quite a few large party events, and they had no problem handling it.

We just had our dinner delivered from the Wheeling restaurant and it was great. I forgot how wonderful the food is here. Everything arrived hot and fresh and delicious. When we lived downtown Tuscany on Taylor was our Sunday night habit. I think we're starting that again! Try Tuscany, you won't be disappointed!

We had DeMarco as our waiter. He was attentive, personable, and very knowledgeable (even though he has not worked there long). He made our dining experience awesome! The food was delicious, too. We will definitely be back!

Ate there last night with my sweetie, it has been a little while since we have eaten at an Italian restaurant out. The food was delicious, the ambiance was great, the bottle of wine was delicious...and the staff was on top of everything. I recommend this restaurant highly, we had a great time, enjoyed a fabulous meal, and even came home with leftovers.

Always a great dining experience. Food and staff are always top notch and the menu is just amazing. It's also nice they don't hassle you out the door like Chin's and you can have some coffee and drinks after dinner. That's one major thing wrong with the American dining experience, your being herded out the door after you out your fork down. We're conditioned to eat and get the hell out and that ruins part of the pleasure of dining out. Tuscany treats you like they want you back.

If I could rate them higher I would. They were fanastic in every sense. The most accommodating for a private party in a COVID world, flexible, and compassionate. All our guest raved about the food as well. Highly recommended!

Excellent food and ambiance. Totally worth the price. We ordered the Grilled Veal and the New Zealand lamb chops, the house salad and the minestrone soup and they were delicious! They were accompanied by a smooth Cabernet wine. We also had the chocolate cake!! Totally recommend! Oh, and out Bulgarian server Nila was very helpful and courteous. We had an amazing experience!

As usual Tuscany does not disappoint!!! Even during the pandemic the service, food & atmosphere was fabulous!!! Isabella fit right in with our family, her service was spot on, we look so forward to our next visit!!! And by the way…the risotto with short ribs was perfection!

Just ordered the Cacio e Pepe special and I must say it was incredible. Excellent flavor and so original. Just like all the dishes at Tuscany. In person they have the most attentive and amazing staff. You simply can not go wrong here.

Fantastic, been coming here for years and it never disappoints. The food is excellent and complex in flavors. Michael the host always makes us feel like a million dollars. I highly recommend this place, for great food, ambiance and to spend special occasions. You won't be disappointed.

Seems like a regular Italian restaurant to me. Food was good. Waiter was nice. However nothing popped out at me during our visit. It was a good experience overall. Server was a bit slow even though restaurant was completely empty. That was a bit disappointing. Food tasted fresh. Canoli dessert was even better. I'd like to go back eventually but it's not on my to do list.

Spectacular meal, and the SERVICE was outstanding. My family and I just moved to Chicago and visited Wheeling for the first time to try out this specialty Italian restaurant. We were waited on by Sal - a long timer who freely shared menu advice and kept water glasses full and cleared plates expertly. There were two highlights of the evening - the FOOD was absolutely wonderful. So flavorful and expertly prepared and presented. The second was a visit from Bola - the Executive Chef - what a genuine, gracious and talented individual. He was pleased that our experience exceeded our expectations and he warmly invited us back to visit frequently.

Fantastic place! Celebrated my birthday on the "south" patio which is clearly the most pleasant. Tuna Tartar and Burrata appetizers were fantastic as well as the seafood linguine with shrimps and scallops. The White Chocolate with Mouse cake is to die for.

I just had my work holiday party here, and as.always the food and atmosphere is awesome. Everything we ate was really good. The staff could not be more friendlier. They treat you like family from the moment you walk in till the time you say goodnight. A must go!!!!

We love Tuscany! A great atmosphere and anything Chef Bolla Loza touches is PHENOMENAL. So yummy I have to be pulled away from the table to stop eating. The service is great and it's a great value. Can't recommend enough!

First time at Tuscany. Food and service were both excellent and we will surely be back. We had a range of dishes and they were all very good. Salads are easily big enough to split.

Tuscany Wheeling has exceptional food and the atmosphere is great, too. Those are reasons enough to enjoy this excellent restaurant, but what really makes this restaurant one of the greats is the service! Our waiter was one of the best I've ever met.

Great staff! Exec Chef, Bola, is an amazing host and always greets his regulars and the exquisite food shows why everyone comes back! Great Tiramisu and I love that they provide a half portion of it ❤️

I recommend Tuscany to anyone who would love to enjoy a wonderful meal in a wonderful environment. The service was amazing, I would so recommend our waiter Ignacio he knows about the dishes and he gives you his honest opinion which makes it easier when deciding what to order, he was very attentive and our order was brought to the table on time and it was delicious. I will recommend the Pollo alla Marsala it was yummy!!!!. I also had the pleasure to meet Chef Bola and he was great, very polite and he sure has a lot of knowledge about different kinds of dishes. Overall my experience was awesome and I so recommend Tuscany.

We went pretty late at night so only ordered appetizers but I was thoroughly impressed! The service was great and very attentive. They have a large menu for both food and drinks, with something for everyone. The price point is on par with the quality of food. We will definitely be back to try more!

They had a fantastic set up inside and out! We felt completely safe. The food was phenomenal!! Fresh pasta and the dessert. The best. The staff did a great job! Can't wait to go back and take my family! The drive is definitely worth it!

Our server, Jessica, was fantastic! She was prompt and courteous and gave us great suggestions. The food was delicious! Specifically the Veal Piccata. They have a great selection from both the regular menu and the menu of the day. You really can't go wrong with any dish here.

The food tastes super and you can make out its made with fresh and quality ingredients... the menu has a good variety and they also have chef specials which change daily... the wine list is pretty good as well... the best part is the lunch menu where they have dishes under 12 dollar. Price wise its on the expensive side but given the quality of service and food it is worth the price.

I have always wanted to stop by the beautiful restaurant at Milwaukee rd. Finally I got the right motivation, when my neighbor who is Italian recommended Tuscany for authentic Italian food. The ambiance and Italian charm could not be ignored. We tried Bruschetta, agnolotti and creme brûlée. Food was yummy and decent portion. They have lunch specials too.

Quite nice white tablecloth style Italian restaurant. The menu looked fantastic. I had the lasagna. It has far to much mozzarella for my taste. However it was delicious (despite being overly cheesed).

We go to Tuscany every year for Easter brunch with a group of 15 or so ranging in age from 8 to 80. The restaurant was very crowded and a bit noisy. The staff did a respectable job of handling the crowd and the food was quite good and varied. Price was fair for the meal we ate. I will no doubt return for dinner some time.

Went there with my coworkers on Wednesday nigh. The place were busy. Food was great, but we had to wait for it 45 minutes. That is why only 4 stars. Also it is more like for family dinner, I would not go there for a date.

The food was excellent, but last night's service wasn't the usual we expect at Tuscany. They ran out of my husband's selection and instead of asking immediately what else he'd like they tried to find one for him (?That's what we were told?) which caused an even longer delay in getting the food. We were there over 2 hours before getting our mains, and they came out over a full hour after the appetizers, which did come in a timely manner) One dish came out with the protein but not the pasta, and upon mentioning missing pasta, a side of pasta was presented. No sauce, just the pasta(?!) I don't understand how either my pasta- free plate or the naked pasta looked right to the server who took our order then served us, but... it happened! The pasta went back to be sauced. Had service not been slow already maybe this wouldn't have been so bothersome. They did cover the cost of my hubby's replacement dish, but offering dessert to the table would've been a nicer touch. I think they had an off night. We've been to this and the downtown location in the past and have enjoyed the top quality food and service. We plan to return to the area for an event next month, and maybe we'll try again for the full 5 that we've come to expect.

Times are hard for the restaurant/service industry as a whole so I understand that standards of food and service are not what they were prior to this past year. Will review again once they have hired more front of house and back of house staff. My mistake for not getting the busser's name. He was extremely attentive and had stellar customer service.

The food was amazing BUT.... I was completely disgusted watching the servers and bus boys. They were grabbing at pieces of bread, going to the back of the kitchen to grab bits of food, wiping their mouths and their faces with their hands THEN GOING BACK TO CUT THEMSELVES MORE BREAD AND SERVING FOOD! The same bread that you and I would be eating during dinner. One waiter even stuck his hand in small bowls by one of the chefs and was seasoning his bread, after he had JUST SNEEZED IN HIS HAND! They all reached into their pockets for things, were storing bread in there and touching everything around them, food items included. I am beyond disgusted and grossed out by this. Every server was doing it and they would all huddle in the kitchen and eat from all over. I was worried at one point someone would take food off of my own plate. I don't care if about grabbing some bits here and there, I was a server myself so I get it, but to touch the same bread I was eating and cutting pieces off for yourself whilst touching your face and dirty dishes and God knows what else is not okay. Go in the WAY back kitchen and do that and don't do it every single time you head back. I would've love to come back because honestly the food was phenomenal but I am not going to make any attempt in the near future after witnessing the carelessness of the servers AND bus boys grabbing at bread and whatever other food pieces they could find. NO THANK YOU!

A lot of my problems were around the service and environment. I’m sure they’re under-staffed but the wait to put our order in was too long and getting our food took a while. The lighting in the restaurant was awkward. The food was cold.

Last night we had a party of 30 people, Adults and children. The reservation had started at 6pm. Granted some people started coming in after 6:30 but my step mom wanted to make sure the place was ready for a big group. We had more people come in so the staff had to add another table to the party. After we were all settled we saw that they gave us one waitress for the whole group. Service was slow, my family started going up to the bar to get their own drinks. Our menus were not collected therefore my family members collected them and put them back. At one point the bar tender stepped up and took drink orders and brought out bread and garlic (which the waitress didn't want to give us) we ordered our dinner and didn't start eating until almost 9pm. The waitress was nice but service was very slow..mind you the main restaurant was not busy at all. My step mother will call to report back on our experience. If you have a large group do not go here as they do not know how to handle a large group.

The place went from excellent to really bad in a space of the year. Went there with group of friends this past Saturday. The service was good even if a little slow, but I get it, they were busy. My husband ordered tea and all they had some kind of tea you would get in the Chinese restaurant. But the food was bad, everything oversalted. In addition, the Cream of Mushroom soup was barely warm, the shrimps in the pasta were rubbery. Bunch of us ordered different types of ravioli, all of them had one thing in common they were really bad, tasted like something you would get from the freezer of the supermarket. We didn't even stay for the dessert. In the past, Tuscany was always our go-to place when in doubt, it is sad that in this ever changing wold this changed for us too. Probably will not come back for a while now.

Easter Brunch 4/1/2018- we were finally sat in a corner table in the back room. Food was cold ! Crab legs were frosty. Tomato creme pasta was good. Eggs Benedict on a English muffin that was not toasted , raw dough. Fruit was mediocre. As we were leaving , we found out that there was a carving station /3 meats , and omelette to order !! Spoke to the manager before I left, who gave me a $25 gift card. It will never be used , 7 adults and 1 child , $415. with a tip . Wish we had just gone down to Bob Chinns !!

We were there for a group party in a private room. Slow service. Order a drink and wait over 20 minutes to get it. Waited 2 hours to serve dinner. No vegetable with dinner. Salmon was way overcooked. Filet was supposedly good. Family style dessert with only enough for half the table. And we were next to a storage space, where they kept coming in and out all throughout dinner. Can’t recommend it.

We were there last night... bad experience. My husband told the waitresses his meal was not good. She didn’t do anything.. other then say she was sorry. We thought , a good waitress should tell the manager. Well,, upon leaving the manager said, to us , heard you didn’t like your dinner. He was told and did nothing !! He said, oh I like that pasta Never going back there!

I went there for Thanksgiving dinner yesterday with my family and the experience was lousy. For $34.95, their Thanksgiving Day dinner special left a lot to be desired. There was hardly any turkey in our plates - just scraps and not even a full slice. The portions of the other items served with the turkey were very small and after a couple bites you were done. The dinner was not even hot or warm. It was a complete ripoff and we won't be returning that's for sure.

Worst experience dining at a restaurant. We waited 25 minutes to place our order. We asked to order to 3 different servers but none of them took our order despite telling them we've been waiting forever. Turns out there were no servers assigned to me and the manager served me through the whole dinner. After placing my order, it took nearly an hour to get our foods. Pizza came 40 minutes after and our pasta came out an hour later. While I understand COVID is affecting all businesses, this was totally unacceptable. Avoid this place at all cost.
