I love this little corner Dunkin' donuts. I come here to get coffee after my doctor's appointments and the workers are very friendly.
This place is awesome! They know me by name which is all I can ask for from a dunkin. They get my order right and when it's wrong (which is rare) they fix it. Can't ask any more of a place.

Me and my friend just lost all of our money and a nice employe helped us out on this really hot day by giving us free water, I really appreciate the respect and the helping hand that DD's gives for their customers.

Very friendly staff. If you have a question concerning something they are happy to answer it. The woman has a bubbly personality. They have a good selection of drinks and food to chose from. Prices are pretty much all the same. There is ample seating space so you can stop for a few minutes and enjoy your purchase. There is street parking. There may be a parking lot but they seem to share it with another business. Did not want to take the chance and park there just in case.
This is my local Dunkin. The place is spacious and clean. The staff are really nice and they know how to prepare your order really well.
Convenient location, not a lot of parking, Great ice cream! as Baskin-Robbins is inside of this establishment.. and Dunkin Donuts coffee and products are also very good. Gave only 4 stars because they seem slightly understaffed.

4 Dunkins near me and this one on 154th and 11th Ave is the best one around. Something about their coffee making process just makes it taste better to me 🤔
When I go early on the morning, the staff is attentive. It's quiet and I get my tea and I'm out the door. Parking isn't impossible to find.

If you want stale old bagels this is the place to go
To whom it may concern, every time i come in the mornings on the weekdays my order is always wrong and they have such attitudes. The manager in the blue shirt and her little short friend are always talking and never seem ready to help. I rarely come on the weekend in the afternoon, but i will start to because the staff is so much kinder and nicer. So pleasant and my order is never wrong. TO WHOEVER IS SEEING THIS ONLY COME EVENINGS AND THE WEEKEND FOR GREAT SERVICE. AND the lady in blue is always laughing when ain’t none funny !
Nice looking place half the time I get my wrong order, but I never say anything this morning. The cook lady was so nasty.
They need to work on listening to customers orders .. ALWAYS making the wrong order ! They need help !!
