If you go to Burger King, go for the 10 piece nuggets. Like it's hands down the best thing on the menu apart of their Oreo Vanilla Milkshakes. Totally would recommend for those who either want something to cure the munchies or for those who don't have a big appetite. 10/10 would recommend 👌

Stop by Burger King after a trip to the doctor and some blood tests. Needless to say I was quite hungry and Burger King always has just the right thing. I'm not a big eater so I can find something I like. I also picked up a large meal for my grandson which I knew he would enjoy. Burger King has the best burgers.

Came here on Thursday after seeing the new Spider-Man movie with my friends. They didn’t have the Spider-Man Whopper (which was fine, I wasn’t the one who was going to eat it), but other than that, the food was really good. The staff were really nice too and gave us our food in 5-10 minutes. Before that, I had never ate at a BK before, but after eating there on Thursday, I plan on going there again soon.

People were nice and kind here. My family has been coming to this BK for years. Thank you for great service.

The food was good, as expected from a Burger King. The staff was friendly. What was different was the coin operated locks on the bathroom (25c or free token for paying customers), due to frequent vandalism of the bathroom

One of the cashiers had a nasty attitude and the day I went in there.The air conditioner was not working.And it was very hot just wanna to upgrade my soda 😒 she had no idea what I was talking about

Half stars not an option. They always seem to get my orders correct. Interesting since I think nobody there speaks English. 2 ½ stars.

It's OK. Workers don't seem to enthusiastic and have screwed up orders through drive thru. Gave me a kids meal and forget the hamburger.

The food was good like any other BK but the tables were a little dirty, there were a few flies and bees flying around inside and the a/c could not keep up with the hot weather.

Burger King is almost always empty at this location because Mc Donald's is right across from it and also there's a st. center devider making it hard to get to if you're driving the opposite side.

We had to really wait a long time. The manager was taking orders. The fountain drinks weren't working. Tables needed to be wiped off. I will not be back. And the manager spoke Spanish to her employees.

The Whopper is still delicious. Prices are freaking ridiculous now though. I remember my dad used to complain about prices when I was a kid. I can totally relate now! I bought a Whopper with cheese and a large Diet Coke. Almost eleven freaking dollars! What the hell! I remember they used to have 99 cent Whoppers. Yeah, yeah, I know, I'm getting old.

Went through Drive-thru, order speaker was not working, just had to wait a little bit longer for the food. Employee at Windsow was friendly and courteous.

French fries were not very appealing they probably had them under a heat lamp for too long. At least they made the Whopper special order as I requested. Plenty of parking , visible from the street. Staff is polite. Parking lot is fairly clean.

It’s Burger King. 3-stars. That’s all I have to say and it’s across the street to McDonald’s so McDonald’s is a 1 Star in my opinion. Generally only go through the drive-through to get whopper juniors for my kids because they like them we much better than McDonald’s in their own opinion. Otherwise. The people are super nice and accommodating to our orders.

The food was cold. The parking lot is full of pot holes, you need a token or 25 cents to use the bathroom. I was waiting in line for the bathroom and another women came up said her friend was in there she had to knock loud on the door and called out twice before her friend open the door she went in there and I had to leave because they wouldn't come out. I'll never go there again.

Hit or miss. I always use my company’s app to pay with a gift card when I visit Burger King, but for some reason the manager at this location is convinced that they can’t take eGift cards (even though I’ve used them here before). I’ve already bought the gift card so I’ll drive a couple miles down the road to the next Burger King. Restaurant and bathrooms are usually dirty.

The price went up so high just a whopper burger cost about $10.50 the food is not that great. I remember in the past I would get a whopper combo for $6.00 dollars. Not happy with the whopper jr there so small and meat is small.

While I have never had any issues with my food at this location, the customer service could use substantial improvement. The employees rather chat with each other and are oblivious to customers waiting at the desk, wanting to place their order. It would also be great, if the staff could better tend to the self-serve area with the soft drink dispenser, lids and condiments. That area is constantly FILTHY and on every visit something was missing. No lids, no napkins, no ketchup ..... which makes sense, because the staff is chit-chatting with each other instead of taking care of business. The drink dispenser is always messy because spilled soda does not drain and leaks all over the counter, into the ketchup dispenser area and nobody from the staff wipes it clean, despite knowing that this counter is old, outdated and in desperate need of upgrading, or complete replacement. It is obvious that the owner of this franchise is milking the cow for what he can, but is not investing into upgrades and maintenance to keep the store up to par with others and competitors all around them.

Well, I gave Burger King an honest try, spent $12.46 for a fish san an fry. 100% Alaskan Pollock, certainly wasn't as described it was a small square fish thing. I had no cheese, no sauce, no lettuce due to my needs. $7.79 - gladly would of paid for anything that looked liked thier shown sanwich. It's cold and pouring rain I am not going back to return. Lets see how this plays out. I ended up with a sliced apple and a yogurt outs my fridge. I will spare submitting a photo on this.. I tried Burger King

I once gave this bk 5 stars but now. I give them 2.. I went tonight and bought my usual king deal dr pepper and 10 pc spicy nuggets. Nuggets weren't fresh, fries weren't fresh, and worse the dr. Pepper was flat

The service is almost always horrible! The food is 1975 fast food, meaning it was good by 1975's standards. It's good for a quick mediocre burger if you're in a hurry. I say if you're in a hurry because there is never a line at the drive-thru.

THIS IS THE WORST BURGER KING EVER!!!!!!! My son and I both got sick. We sat at urgent care with food poisoning. Not a good day.

I didn't get a receipt for my order, the lady with glasses had a big attitude, she had told us pull uo to the window and strangly asked us to stop quarter way in to the the window.

The bathroom was horrible. There was toilet paper in the toilet no soap no hand towel or dryer. Then when i went to go get a a gift card they couldnt even give me one. They said it wasnt letting them i was standing there ten minutes watching the girl and they just said i couldnt purchase one today

Everytime over ever been to this burger king my order has been either wrong or missing several items. Once they were opened and when we ordered they said they were out of meat. Yes meat.

They screwed my order on more than one occasion and everytime we order shakes the machine is not working or they are not serving shakes yet.. one time the machine was on fire and smoking. Employees are rude. They take your order like it's the most stressful thing in the world to do.

Went at 11:45. Don’t close till 12. In drive thru waiting to order. They shut the lights off and everything while we were waiting. The lady even saw us yet still turned everything off on us.

They never get your order right. I've taken my dble whopper back to get corrected, and got a single whopper back. The cook, is missing a few French Fries out of his kids meal.

Cashier that helped me that day did not have any gloves on was putting my food in a bag brought it to his attention that he needs to be wearing gloves if he's handling money and putting food in the bag manager there needs to focus on their crew will not be going there anymore

I started my drive thru order by stating i have a coupon for etc… and the man taking my order said ok. Once i pull up to the window the man tried to tell me that i should have told him i had a coupon. I did three times as i was ordering ……. He then gets my fries and another man that was in there starts asking him why am i getting fries. Amongst themselves they start talking but they are are talking about me very loudly. Im looking at them and they then bring me my order and just the way they handed me my food after throwing my burgers in the bag with attitude was just not customer friendly.

The two workers, one was the manager, were terrible! Rude!! Afternoon shift on Tuesday. Myself and two friends came in to use our T-Mobile Tuesdays free Whopper offer and it was our first time to use the app. The server was absolutely rude and disrespectful and refused to help us which would have been simple. When a customer came behind us then the manager showed that customer the simple button to Click. We were nice, friendly and said thank you. The costumer service was horrible, everything was out of order, workers were slacking. We walked in and didn't get attended till minutes later(keep in mind there was no one there) Orders for the most part were incorrect. The workers were working very slowly, it took us about 10-15 minutes to get our order. If the food was good then I wouldn't be complaining but the food was mediocre. My dad ordered onions on the side and when they were obviously spilled the worker put them back in the bag. This restaurant doesn't even deserve A STAR. Poor, slow service. It took 5 minutes before someone took our order thru the drive thru. The car in front of us drove off because she was tired of waiting. When things are broke down it takes a long time to fix or replace them. We will no longer go there. Last night was the night that broke the camel's back.

My Parmesan chicken sandwich was burnt including the bread and it took over 20 minutes to get my order so you would think everything would be fresh but the fries were old tasted like oil Same with the Mac n cheetos, bacon king had three little pieces of bacon. I could of went to Wendy's and got a jr bacon cheeseburger and it would of had more bacon and it would of been a lot cheaper. This might be the worst Burger King in all of Southern California. I've had several bad experiences here and just stopped going all together. I went here 1 night and they were all out of whopper meat. They were only serving chicken. Major fail. This cannot be happening. Especially when there is a McDonalds right across the street. I always preferred BK over the golden arches, but sadly it is now my only option. There are 2 McShits within a mile from my house, meanwhile more and more BK's are closing down...and it's restaurants like these that are to blame. A fish rots from the head down.

I wanted a Chicken Parmesan and they didn't have the cheeses, I wanted Mozzarella Sticks and they didn't have it, I wanted a Strawberry Lemonade Smoothie and "nada." The only thing they were able to provide was my son's sandwich and Orange Fanta Smoothie. I was very disappointed.

We've had both good and horrible experiences. During the 2 for $10 whopper deal, it was great. Fresh fries, warm buns. When suddenly, we visit. They said they dont do the deal anymore, although we see the commercial all the time. We understand that not all BK's participate. But that doesn't mean for their customer service to be rude. They forgot our order or fries, and when we finally received our full order, everything was cold.

They literally shorted me $2.00 and even though it's not alot to some it is still the point of stealing since when you try to call the number on your receipt for this B.K it says it's a magic jack number and they are always unavailable to pick up the phone so it is very shady and upper management will be hearing from me soon since the cameras should show the amount being handed to me verses the amount that I had received and also the register will either be over money that day or someone is stealing from there. I even handed the person a coupon on my phone for the chicken sandwich deal being 5.00 and I ordered a pie as well at regular price and all of a sudden my total went from 9 to 14 and i told the guy that does not make sense whatsoever...i handed u the coupon to save money not spend double and they did not understand until someone else came over and had to ask me twice if im only ordering one meal and i said yes that is the point for the coupon them the other person rang it up correctly and then my total was now 7 and change and my receipt evem shows i should get 12 back but only got 10 and change and what was fishy is the guy seemed kinda nervous maybe he was new so if so I'm sorry but what was shady while almost driving off he kept askin everything good u got everything u have everything correct and I was in a hurry at that point so I didn't look at the change since I saw 2 5s forsure bundled up in receipt but once i got home which is 30 mins away i noticed since I put the money right away with receipt in my wallet that it was short 2 dollars so he is either stealing , that whole store is stealing since their phones dont work, or the guy made a simple mistake since he was still learning but if i go there in a few weeks and they do not give me my 2 dollars there will be issues.

UPDATE 07/2025: I am giving 1 Star to all BK locations for false advertising and misleading the public. Today, I tried redeeming the Free Whopper with any $3 purchase coupon sent to me after playing the design-your-own-Whopper game. When I tried to checkout after selecting several items for >$10 and applying the promo, the app says the location is closed and can't complete the order. It then tells you to go to another location. So I tried the same order with other locations and not surprisingly, ALL OF THEM said they are CLOSED. But clearly on the app and on webpages, all the locations are open during today's lunch time. This means BK is running a deliberate and dishonest promotion without any intent to honor the promotion. This is illegal and they should be sued by consumers. I am attaching screenshots from the BK app proving that BK is lying blatantly when they claim all their stores are closed and can't honor the promotion. This is not an issue with the app because if you try to order an item without applying that promo, it works fine. ----------- This location is "consistently" good. Manager and staff are friendly, energetic, efficient, and accurate. I've visited here several times to test them. Well run and well managed BK. I order different condiments and change up the orders to test consistency and accuracy. Unique thing about this place is crew is friendly and positive. I recommend this BK location.
