I ordered a kids meal and to start my portion weren’t there. They were very small and weren’t even half of what they were supposed to be. I ordered the quesadilla with steak and it was not cooked all the way I had to send it back then I waited about five-ish minutes if not more for someone to come to the cash register to check us out. I stood there and watch them talk and laugh and mess around instead of ringing up their customers and taking care of their customers I then found a hair in my meal so I went back to get another meal. I should not have done that. I should’ve learned from the first one. I had to send my quesadilla back again because again it was not cooked. It was very much a mess in the workers clearly do not know how to take care of their customers or treat customers. They just want to have fun. I understand having fun and talking with your coworkers but is it it is another thing to do that versus prioritizing your customers and actually doing your job. This chipotle was very much a mess.

The guy who made my two burritos on 9/12/2025 7:15PM was really bad. He put 1/4 scoop of steak and teared both my burritoes and dropped more steak off and made a half size buritto. Never coming back here.

Awful customer service! Employees are rude, miserable & stingy with the food!? I politely asked for extra chicken, and the girl (hello kitty hairclip) purposely put ONE piece of chicken! Then she laughed about it after I asked if she was serious! I’m with my wife and kids, I don’t know what we could’ve done to have upset her? I don’t understand!? I’m sorry she has to work here, but don’t be weird, & make people feel uncomfortable.

Placed an order online and got to the store 30 minutes later. There was a line for online order pick-up. The guy making the online orders made one and then went to the back. I thought he was refilling a meat or something real quick, but ended up waiting 25 minutes more. Guy came back with container of steak and a thermometer and went into the back again and came out and dumped the steak in the trash. The people in front of me in line left and the guy in front of them said he's been waiting for 50 minutes. Finally fed up and just wanted to leave and nobody could help me get my order refunded. Asked for a manager to address the complete lack of service and all I got back was "they said get a refund through the app". Go to any other location, this one sucks.

I stopped by to pick up dinner for my family yesterday .. some tacos, a bowl, a salad, and 2 sides of chicken. The rice was UNBELIEVABLY salty. The tacos were barely edible and I had to throw the entire bowl away. I have never experienced something like this from any Chipotle. I had multiple people try the rice and everyone spit it out. It was so lame having to throw food away that I paid for. Service was fine but I need a refund or something it’s just unacceptable.

I am so over this location, they are so stingy with the food and it’s not like we’re not paying good money for this stuff. This is by far the worst location I have ever been to. Happened to me the first time I figured I’d give them another try maybe it was just an off day but nope, the same thing. They were pretty much out of the brisket and it equal to about a half a scoop when I asked for another another they charge me double so ridiculous for the bowl and chips. It cost me $25 which I don’t mind if they give out appropriate portions. As you can see, I’m not the only one complaining

What an abysmal chipotle. I got here 40 minutes before the place was supposed to close and they were already pretty much packed up and wouldn’t make more steak or chicken. The woman behind the register, literally shoved my bag at me like I had done something wrong. Just rude behavior poor customer service and terrible food. I don’t think I’d ever come back to this place. What a waste of $24.

I uually don't leave any reviews, I came in with my friend and we got steak bowls, they gave him basically nothing, never been to a location with this bad of portions. I paid for chicken as well and they were very stingy. Would never come here again, the worst chipotle location I've been to.

We arrived at 11:00am and we weren’t happy with the freshness of the ingredients. The guacamole was already forest green meaning it was old and probably recycled from the previous day and the cost of adding guacamole is $2.50 extra. You can buy one yourself for $1.50 at your local supermarket and add it to your meal if you take it home. They didn’t have the Guajillo steak as advertised and the lettuce had a lot of those brown marks meaning it was old also. I can’t imagine what other ingredients were old also! The crew looked like they just woke up after a long night of partying with Will Ferrell! Cost for 3 bowls and 2 drinks was $48.90! Inflation or fast food robbery? Sorry but this location needs to be inspected by Chipotle corporate!

I tried to give this location a second chance to see if maybe it would be different but no same nonsense from employees. When my wife and I came in, there were 5 employees at a corner talking once we stepped in the employee helping us noticed two more people walking in and rolls her eyes and says something. As we order we had to say our order multiple times and not only that every employee in the back seems to just not care about any customer service. I understand if they don't want to work late or whatever their excuse is but at this moment they should be grateful to even have a job because due to the pandemic a lot of people are losing their jobs. Anyways this is truly my last time coming here. *Please management work on your employees*
