I had the most delightful experience at the Panera Bread in Whittwood Town Centre! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and genuine smiles from the staff. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a meal. The menu selection left me in awe – from their signature soups to the freshly baked bread, every dish was a true delight for my taste buds. I was particularly impressed with the speed and efficiency of the service – my order was ready in no time, and it exceeded my expectations in both presentation and taste. This Panera Bread location truly knows how to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food. I can't wait to visit again and savor more of their delectable offerings!

We met others here to grab dinner before heading out for the evening. The counter servers were kind and attentive while offering any specials we could do when ordering our food. The food was prepared quickly and was good. We had sandwiches, flatbread pizza, Mac and cheese with drinks. There was also a hot chocolate that looked really good. The only disappointment was when there was a guest shouting out vulgar language, the staff was unaware until informed by other patrons sitting and having to listen to these verbal outbursts until the person was finally removed. This made some very uncomfortable while dining at this restaurant.

This particular location is always pretty busy. Today, we went with the Madagascar Vanilla Latte , Asiago, and Plain Bagel. It was $14 total. The bagels were good and so was the latte.

Been a Sip Club member for years and have spent hundreds of dollars on gift cards, not to mention dining in regularly; couldn’t believe they would nickel-and-dime over something as small as switching between an apple and a baguette, or even a lighter sauce request, due to one’s dietary needs. Used to have rather pleasant experiences with the staff, but perhaps they don’t weather the holiday season well. The main staff at the to-go counter, particularly one of the ladies, was utterly petty today. The brown Hispanic one, with grumpiness written all over her face, responded with nothing but ‘no’ and treated customers anything but welcoming.

After placing my order & paying for it the girl didn't tell me that I was to pick up the food all the way down at the end of the bldg where a sign was posted that said, "online orders", so I sat at a table & waited, & waited, & no one called my name( the girl that took my order asked for my name) so I walked down to where it said online orders & asked, " where do I pick up my order?" It was there & they were kind of rude when I asked for butter.

The seating isn't as good as it used to be. They got rid of the more comfortable chairs and booths. They covered outlets.

I can only reference the food. First I ordered off of door dash a broccoli Mac and cheese in a bread bowl. I only got the Mac and cheese no bread bowl. Secondly it tastes and looks like the Mac and cheese was just put into the broccoli cheddar soup. The most redeeming part is the drinks. It I think it is safe to say I will only be ordering in person to make sure I get what I ordered properly.

The dirty dishes haven't been collected in what looked like maybe since lunch time!No lids or straws for drinks,and the countertopd around the drink area was very sticky and dirty. Like I said very dirty inside.

Just ordered Pecan Braid , new recipes. I don’t understand why this desert can’t make whole piece, must be cut to half? Is original makes chef work more? ????? I don’t like half piece stuff or 1:3, 1/4 ?

The food was great as always! Came for dinner, wasn't very busy yet. But the place was a mess! I've never seen it so dirty inside like it was. Not sure if they were short staffed 😕. Definitely didn’t deliver on my tomato basil BLT too much lettuce half a strip of bacon way to much mayo nd what basil? None was found. Only thing good was my soup !!!!

Well it’s Panera Bread not the Four Seasons. So I guess when I order a chicken noodle soup and a BLT but receive broccoli cheddar soup and turkey blt with avocado, I shouldn’t be surprised. Silly me not checking my receipt before I walked out of the store. It was a half hour before closing so I assume everyone was in a hurry to get out of there.

Unfortunately, the service staff made a big deal over changing a heel to a regular piece of bread.The prices are exorbitant so a small gesture like this leads to a review like this listens to be straightened up.

I know portion sizes are getting smaller across the board, but this is ridiculous. I really should have taken a picture, but i ordered take out on a broccoli and cheddar bread bowl and the amount of soup I received only filled about 2/3 of the bowl itself. I would call the size I received a cup of soup, so if that’s supposed to be a bowl I don’t even want to know what you guys consider a cup. It’s a shame because it was honestly pretty good, I just couldn’t believe how little of it there was for the price I paid. It’s easy enough to make my own soup I guess…

I would highly recommend NOT coming to this panera because there is ALWAYS an excessive wait time to pick up online orders or to even order in person, due to the workers always talking off topic when they are flooded with orders but they're singing like they are the seven dwarfs in snow white.

Very poor service. Ordered 1 breakfast sandwich To Go (with no customization); and it took 21 minutes from the time the order was placed to being ready for pick up. When I politely inquired what happened or why it took so long, they explained to me that they make the order based on "Ticket Time", and not based on the when the order was placed relative to others. So, if I ordered first, but then 12 people after me order an avocado toast (or similar) for example, they will make all those first, and I would have to wait, which I did. I saw at least 6 people who ordered after me pick up their breakfast orders before me. It was only when I made my presence known (again) that I was still waiting, that they started to make my one (1) breakfast sandwich. It was obvious they forgot, which I can understand - we are all human. However, it's better to be honest with customers and say you "missed it" "or "sorry!", than expounding on a technicality, which doesn't make sense at all. If it was a very large order, maybe. But not for 1 breakfast sandwich with no customization. Will order my breakfast elsewhere moving forward.
