Soooo Delicious 🤤!! If I could afford it, I would eat here everyday 😋!!! Pretty pricey! It’s always so fresh! The steak is very tasty and cooked to perfection, the guacamole is the best, and the pico makes it taste so fresh and delicious!! Each bite is so savory🤤! I order a steak bowl with double meat, black beans, a lot of pico, with guacamole added! I order chips and lime with my meal! I squeeze lime over the entire bowl and scoop up each bite with a chip! 😋 staff is friendly and always ready to help you! Much appreciated! I will definitely be back!

If every chipotle could be like this. I get the veggie bowl everytime (Vegan). The food is great! the rice is always cooked through. The guacamole is sooo good! I’ve been to a few chipotles and the rice isn’t done whatsoever. I love how no one is upset because I want a lil more portions even if I have to pay for it. I’ve been to a few and they feel uneasy about me asking for more. I like to eat. Hahaaaa. This is my go to location and I pass a few to get here. Hahaa. The drinks are always in stock. The homemade lemonades are my favorite and they always have it. We appreciate yall. 🫶🏾

We usually like Chipotle. If you've been, you know portions are generally huge. Our bowls at this Chipotle looked really sad. We received about about 1 quarter of the scoops of rice, etc. instead of full scoops and asked them to at least give us half to a whole scoop. They still spooned on tiny amounts at a time. I'm not sure what that was about. There was no one in line behind us, but the employees acted rushed. The guacamole was brown in most parts. My daughter got a few meat pieces in her veggie bowl and had to throw it out. It's just not what we expect from them.

This location is the worst in this area. They’re stingy on the portion sizes here. Also the chips… they’re 99% of the time stale. Like seriously the way they do the chips should be changed. They make them then put them on a shelf in paper bags not sealed and they sit there God knows how long until they get sold. They probably just rotate the ones that didn’t sell one day to the front the next day and that is why they are always stale and old tasting. And that seasoning they put on them is DISGUSTING.

1st time they Did not have any stake 45 minutes before closing. they would not make any..So me and my Daughter walked out. 2nd stake was all dried out not fresh I time Asked for corn on the side instead of on my bowl. They charged me $$$ extra for the corn on the side with none in my bowl. They have done this twice. Meat portions skimpy. Used to love this franchise...Not any more. This is how franchise go out of busines. Loosing customer base by cutting corners and over charging. Sad..
Hiring manager didn't show up to our scheduled appointment twice in a row
This is my second bad experience at this location so I will no longer be going. The first is I went one night around 8pm, and there was 6 staff members there and 1 person dinning. I was not greeted by anyone. I go in line and 2 line works did not look up to acknowledge me, or tell me they will be with me in a moment. I was ignored for 5 minutes straight as I checked the time. The 2 people wiping down the line just walked away without saying anything so I walked out without ordering and went to the location down the street where I was greeted when I walked in. Then, I had a gift card so I decided to try again using the drive though lane. I placed my order on the app and arrived at the correct time. I drove up to the window and could see a group of about 5 employees standing in a circle talking and laughing, so I waited for someone to check on me and see if my order was ready or being made. 7 minutes passed and the women working the drive though line didn't come to the window to ask me anything at all. I could see to the window and there was a bag sitting on the shelves and I hoped it wasn't mine just sitting there as I waited. After an unnecessary amount of time, she finally came to the window and asked for my name, and sure enough the bag that was sitting there when I first arrived was mine. I told her I waiting there and no one came to ask me my name or give me an approx. time for my order and she said they were busy - which would have been understandable if I didn't already see them all standing around talking. Also, knowing my food was waiting there when I myself only had a 30 min. lunch break could have been avoided by simply coming to the window and acknowledging their customer that was sitting there waiting.
I really wish I had taken the time to read the reviews before deciding to eat here. During my visit, I was helped by two different employees. One of them seemed visibly unhappy and looked like she absolutely hated being there, which made the overall atmosphere feel uncomfortable. To make things worse, about 20 minutes after finishing my meal, I started feeling sick. The whole experience left me pretty disappointed and uneasy.
I’m not one to write negative reviews but my experience has been THAT bad with this location. This has happened numerous times where I have ordered pickup and my order is massively screwed up. Whether it’s Multiple missing items, incredibly poor food quality (really bad meat, old lettuce etc) or the portion filled up HALF the bowl. I ordered last night, again 3-4 missing ingredients/food, the bowl was half filled. I understand having a young staff that just wants to go home after working all day, but you are quite literally in the food service industry where it is your ONE job to serve food that people are paying for. It’s honestly disrespectful, I would rather be told that you are no longer serving or out of items than wasting hard earned money. This place has the worst reviews and management needs to seriously do something about their quality, staff training, & consistency. It’s gotten ridiculous.
I love right by this place yet choose to drive to the other down the road is how bad this one is with horrible disgusting rude people working there. The food is awful & over priced. The fast food mexican place in Mc Donalds is cheaper and better tacos & burritos fyi if you dont wanna drive to the other location.

I went into this Chipotle with my daughter the other day and received very bad service from an employee named Victor. He was rude and made it seem like it was a chore to wait on us. I didn't even want to ask him anything as he made the experience feel rushed and as if we were bothering him. When I did ask him a question, he took a couple of deep breaths paused and was brief. His body language was compromised with exaggerated gestures as well. I love Chipotle but I will not being going back to this location to be made to feel like this.

The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. Wow is all I can really say. I mean I could say more but wow, it was astonishingly bad. Comically bad.
