Visited March 3rd...see my receipt as always. This McDonalds is off the freeway in Williams California. Today was the day they showcased their new burger called The Arch. I had to see what the hype was! The burger had 2 nice patties with cheese and what appeared to be their own sauce. OK..I don't really go for this type of food very much but curiosity had me order it! My boyfriend and I split it and surprisingly it was delicious! Messy but tasty ( extra napkins needed!). I did have to pull around and wait for it because the employees were still being trained on how to make it! It was worth the hype and extra money for fast food. Good experience!
I got the 5 dollar special meal of 4 chicken mc nuggets. Chicken sandwich, fries & drink. Hot fresh and quick service.
My mom and I love coming here for breakfast if wake up early enough lol—it’s kind of our little tradition. This McDonald’s is super clean, with big windows that make it feel bright and nice inside. The worker who helped us was so sweet and attentive, even during the busy breakfast rush, and he made sure we had everything we needed. The food came out quick and was delicious as always! Just gotta come at the right time! It can get a little chilly inside, so a jacket doesn’t hurt. Still, love this spot!

By far the simplist McD's I've ever been to with laminated sheet menu and one working kiosk. It's McD's in a small town at 9:30pm when options disappear and a double cheese nuggets and a drink will keep a stomach at bay for another 90 miles home.
Remote app order. Took awhile to be acknowledged at the drive thru. Seemed understaffed. Quality of the breakfast sandwich was on par with McDonald's standards, tasty! The oil needed changing from the taste of the hash browns though. That is something I make note of when I eat at McDonald's (which I do frequentlyfor breakfast it's my favorite in the whole world), whether the oil is changed soon enough. You can always tell from the taste of the hash browns, and here I did not finish the hash browns because they didn't taste good. I would say about 30% of the time the oil needs changing and I take that as an indicator of the quality of the management. It's probably a pain to change it but to keep the standard McDonald's probably expects it should be done sooner rather than later.

The service was fine the food is typical fast food. The parking lot however has no lights on so pretty sketchy.
I used the drive through to get a fish sandwich meal. I had to wait a lot longer than I expected at the window to get my meal, which is becoming normal for all McDonald's. The company can't seem to remember the concept of fast food. They run skeleton crews while charging premium prices. When I finish got my meal,I was not at all happy. The fries aren't any good anymore. I think they leave them sitting a lot longer than they used to. The sandwich was just thrown together without any kind of care. Most of the cheese was hanging off the side and a blob of tartar sauce was plopped onto the edge of the fish patty with most of it in the box the sandwich came in, making a mess of everything. With it all over the bun and the box, it was difficult getting the sandwich out without getting sauce everywhere. And since most of the sauce was still on the box, most of the sandwich was really dry and unappealing. With the money they charge these days, there's no way food that bad is worth going there for

I use the mobile app and I ordered a 20 piece with two cheeseburgers and a large fry. I got to the window and I paid for it and then when I got to the second windows were like yeah can I park you? We are still clicking your fries and chicken nuggets I said, of course, but when they have brought the food out to me, I didn’t check until after the fact, I left the chicken nuggets are hard as a rock and the french fries were not fresh. None of it was fresh. This is something that Williams McDonald’s really needs to work on every time I come to there nothing‘s ever refresh. It’s like I have to go in the store and literally bicker at them. I shouldn’t have to do that. They should automatically already get my food fresh. This one I had never happened if Irma was still there running it whoever you got running and now is obviously not doing a good job. This McDonald’s used to be the best and now it is the poorest when it comes to serving food, they do not have good quantity at all specially being cold all the time. I feel like this is something that everyone that works in McDonald’s, including the corporate should work on this. Does this used to be the best McDonald’s and now it’s ran down to the ground. As much money I spent, I am real disappointed in the food Quality my food should’ve been hot and fresh. That is why they parked me. I ordered a coffee and spicy chicken wrap. I was in the drive thru and ask to move to the front of the building in parking spot 1. There was a car in parking spot 1 and 2 and 3. I parked next to parking spot 1. I waited 20 min. The car in parking spot 1 got their food. I saw people walk in and walk out with food while I waited. When I walk into the store, I had to get in line to complain. I HAVE NEVER HAD TO GET INTO A LINE TO COMPLAIN AT A MCDONALDS. The first few people in front of me wanted fresh food. After I saw the wait for fresh food, I decided I just wanted a refund. Nobody knew how to do a refund, except the girl who was eating fries that were dropped from an order. The remained of the fries were throw away. This girl who i disliked, was only one who knew how to refund my purchase. This frie eater had me refunded and out of the store within 2 min once she started the process. I saw 8 employees and I saw chaos. I blame management for my experience. I am glad I got the refund because I never saw my spicy chicken wrap. I called a number provided on the receipt, the person who answer took my phone number and told me someone from restaurant would call me. I never got a call. I know there will be a computer regenerate message after this post.
The staff are friendly but too busy having their own conversations, instead of helping customers. I did a mobile order for fries and a coke while sitting in the dining room (easier than the kiosks), I sat for 20 minutes before going up to ask and it took a few minutes before they paused their and helped me. Well the fries had been sitting since to the side for about 15 minutes.They said they had called it out but I had been sitting there the entire time. So I asked for them to be made fresh and they walked away and gave me “new” fries with in 20 seconds. They were the same cold fries that I ended up throwing out. They also do not have a changing station. Forcing me to change my baby on a table in the dining room. McDonald’s use to be oriented around families but that is obviously not the case since they can’t even provide a clean, private place to change a baby. Also, want to add, that is was probably 55° in the dining room.
This place was terrible. I ordered my food at 12:17. It didn't come till twelve forty three. There were a lot of other people waiting for their food, but the drive through just kept coming and coming and coming and coming. There were other people who came there ordered their food to go and they got theirs faster, then the people who's when to eat there.
The wait was absolutely ridiculous! I ordered two meals and did the curbside pickup and the first meal took over 40 minutes while others were walking in and walking out with their food. I went inside and asked for my food and they said “They were working on it.” It took another 20 minutes for the second meal. I understand if maybe I just don’t have patience but I have never waited so long for my food!
Service was so slow that it would have been faster to drive out of this isolated area to anywhere else, or even to go to a non-fast-food restaurant to either sit or get takeout. The latter would not have cost more either. Find another option.
The wait times here are inexplicably long. There are rarely more than three cars in the drive-thru, yet employees routinely ask customers to pull into the drive-thru parking area, which is already full of others who’ve been told the same thing. As a local, I’ve experienced repeated issues with canceled orders and inaccurate refund claims. Each time I’m told that my order has been canceled and that a refund will be processed automatically, it never happens—I always end up having to initiate a chargeback weeks later. The staff seems more interested in avoiding accountability than resolving the problem. Other locations manage far higher traffic with faster, more transparent service, so it’s clearly not an unavoidable issue. It’s reached a point where I no longer trust the app’s order status or staff explanations. Receipts, timestamps, and screenshots consistently show that my orders are placed well before the cutoff time. The issue appears to be systemic, not situational, and management should review both the order-handling system and staff training.
Employees and customers alike were rude. Food was expensive and crappy. Si much tarter sauce it made a mess when I picked it up. Paid for extra Pickles. Sandwich only had 1 pickle. 50 cents for 1 pickle slice.
Two cars in front of us at drive thru. Get to the speaker no "Thank you for choosing McDonald's" we get "I'll take your order in a sec". Fine whatever, as he's taking our order get hit with the Dude where's my car "and then" or "is that it?". Fine whatever, get to the pay window and pay which was awkward cause the window was open with guy standing there taking order not even acknowledging us. Next get to the order pick up window and get the classic "we're waiting on your nuggets, can you pull around front?"....Fine whatever, I asked "can you make sure such and such sauces are in there?"....and pull around. Guy behind us was told to pull around too I noticed, got his food brought out before us. I'm a very patient person as I've worked this industry before. Twenty minutes later (our order was 20 nuggets, two wraps, and one cheeseburger meal) not like we ordered for a family of ten, they bring it out. I checked bag for sauces and what do you know.....bada ba da da they aren't in there. Walk into the lobby and go to front counter their lobby is somewhat busy at this point. Lady who brought food out noticed me and I said can I get this and that sauce.....hands me one of each. I said can I have a couple more and she had the audacity to say "I'll have to charge you". I then stated we just spent almost a half hour waiting for food and you want to charge me for sauces? She then gives me the stank eye and hand me a couple more without saying a thing. This happens at a lot of fast food places I've noticed over the years recently not just here.y theory is the sense of entitled minimum wage workers who think they deserve higher pay yet have poorer customer service and thusly food quality sucks as well. During a road trip to Oregon, we placed a mobile order to save time. Unfortunately, when we arrived, our food wasn’t ready, and we had to wait an extra 15 minutes, defeating the purpose of ordering ahead. To make matters worse, the food quality was shockingly poor. I expect fast food to be mediocre, but this McDonald's was below even that standard. We were all hungry, yet the meal was so unappetizing that we couldn’t finish it. Between the slow service and the disappointing food, I wouldn’t recommend stopping here. There are much better options on the road.
It's terrible as usual. I have bad experiences like two hamburgers without the meat and 8 chicken nuggets, 3/4 medium-sized coffee, etc. May 2024, my food was unacceptable. I ordered online and picked it up, and my orders are 20 spicy nuggets. They were overcooked and hard like a rock like it had been cooked for hours. The batter was so hard that it broke into piece when I held it. I couldn't eat any of them. I couldn't drive back and asked for a replacement. I absolutely don't deserve this, I paid the bills. :(
