I have driven by this place many times in my life but have never ventured inside. I decided to stop last week with my buddy after a day of fishing and I was not disappointed with the hospitality that was offered as well as the food and drink options. The bar was full of patrons and the bar tender was very accommodating. The food was reasonably priced and came out in a timely manner. There is a definite country feel, which was expected.

Their Friday fish dinner is amazing. When my niece comes up for a visit from Pennsylvania she tries for a Friday night so we can all go to Bucks. Well worth the drive. Price is reasonable. Staff warm and friendly.

I went with 3 others, plenty of seating very popular and rightly so. Daily specials. Family owned and ran. Soup, deserts and entrees home made you can tell the difference.

My daughter and I went here for lunch we were greeted at the door with smiles and hospitality we were quickly seated we had the French onion soup which was full of marvelous flavor the munchie platter which is your typical munchie planner cauliflower mushrooms cheese sticks chicken fingers all the good stuff we had the Reuben fries which were good but could have used a little Swiss cheese just my opinion but a Ruben has Swiss in these fries were lacking it but they were still delicious as prepared just seemed to be lacking that little boost the cheese would have given them we also ordered the ribeye steak with mushrooms and onions which came with their choice of two sides we had a salad which was just a traditional salad and mashed potatoes the steak was perfectly seasoned and perfectly cooked couldn't have been better we also opted for the onions and mushrooms on the side which added a little extra flavor not that it was needed for the well seasoned steak but they were a nice addition I also had a cherry Patron margarita which was the topper to the whole meal service was excellent and on Q our waitress was very attentive all in all everything was fantastic and we will be back thank you for the great food and the great service

Showed up at 11:30 am for some lunch and the bar was full, and everyone was drinking.lol, they know how to have a good time here. And the food was delicious. Great place to stop in if you're on a sled. Or just driving threw.

Chrissy is fun. She's the bartender most nights the. The place was very busy last night and she had a good crowd to handle by herself. She did a great job. On top of that, the food is really good. The Bucks Blue wings are not to be missed.

This place never disappoints us! After coming from Kasoag Lake and never getting server to look our way we came into Bucks. They were busy being lunch time but the waitress greeted us and we were seated rite away. Our server was happy and greeted us with a smile and took our drink order and said she would be back to take our food order as she was. The food came out fast and was hot, the bourbon burger was probably the best burger I have had on the trail anywhere! As we were eating another group came in that was on the way in to the last place we were at and said they too had left after 15 minutes. Bucks is always a great place to go and we will continue to go there!

Stopped for lunch on a Tuesday while on a ride. Ate at the bar with a cold beer, bacon cheeseburger and fries. Food was great with hot fries and a pretzel bun on the burger. Bartender was attentive and friendly.

My family and I have been completely faithfully coming every Thursday for dinner. The food is always soooo good and fast. I've never had even one complaint, but most importantly the server Nicole on Thursday nights is amazing. She knows our orders knows our drinks and has them ready before we even sit down. She is friendly and outgoing and right on top of everything. It's so hard to find this kind of service now a days. Thanks bucks and Nicole for making our family look forward to Thursday nights!!!!

Absolutely delicious & very reasonable. The owner Paula just added Fresh Oysters to the menu and did a fantastic job serving them up Ice cold with the briny taste of the sea. The Mixed Fried basket was overwhelming for $10 and the Wings wow! Real blue cheese dipping sauce not ranch add in 2 IPA’s $50 for a great evening out. Thank you we will be back at least once a week. Next time Prime Rib!

It would have been five but I got my appetizer 2 minutes before my entree, also I ordered the munchie platter I did not receive the friend cauliflower as I was expecting. Definitely coming again.

We had fish, it was probably the best fish I've had! Moist, tender and delicious. A very good cup of coffee too. The service was spot on too!

We went in on Saturday at 845pm hoping to have a late dinner and a few drinks. Was told they were closing at 9pm. How is this place even still open for business? 4 people walked in right behind us hoping to eat and drink also. Only to be told the same thing. What bar closes at 9pm on a Saturday, and turns away 6 people willing to eat and drink and spend money??? Wow!! Have eaten there before and since this happened, food is always good, revised my review 👍

Great trail stop for snowmobiling! Prices are a little high compared to other local stops, but Buck's serves a darn good burger and the service was great! They also have an outdoor area for summer dining/drinking.

My steak was way over cooked, place only had 1 other table and the waitress was not very attentive. Never came to clear table after salad course. Fish dinners where good.

I had a cheeseburger and fries. The food was good. The diet cola was disgusting and service was extremely slow. There was one waitress and she stayed mainly at the bar.

It was a good burger but the server seem to be super busy working by herself. The place had a neat DECOR but they seemed to be understaffed which hindered the whole dining experience.

Inconsistent. Sometimes the food is great! Sometimes the food is worse than staying home and eating shoeleather. Almost like there's multiple cooks. Done dine-in and take out always dinner costs from 50$ to 80$ for 3 people if ya get an app. Will say the service is always on point and cheerful.

Extremely loud in the dining area tonight. Our server was extremely nice. Food was decent. We enjoyed our soups which were a chowder and French onion. The burger I ordered was over cooked and dry and the wings my boyfriend ordered were overcooked. We have been coming here for years and the food quality has sadly gone down.

It is a nice place to eat but the noice is way to loud for the dining room side .I know you have doors to close off bar but you really should close them . It makes you have to scream to have any kind of conversation. A bar is a bar and restrant needs to be separated.

This was my first time eating at this location. The food was good, the service, not so much... I waited a good 30 min at least to finally get my food. Like I said the food was good, but the service was horrible! After the food was brought to my table, the waitress never came back to check if everything was ok or not. I couldn't so much as get a refill on my drink! I couldn't even get a check to pay the bill. I waited a good 20 min after I was done eating and still could not get the waitress to return to my table! I ended up having to go stand at the register for at least 5 min before someone came to cash me out! I am not sure I will be returning here or not?

This restaurant and bar is a good choice if you're near Williamstown in upstate New York. (I live here in upstate) On this day however, the bartender decided to take my credit card for a "too go order" I called in and then she left it near the front door and told me I would have to go get it out of the machine. Puzzled I asked her, "where the machine was" and she said, "up front by the door". Who does that? The place had 25-30 people in it!!! I handed the credit card to her and she leaves it by the door? First time in 55 years I had a server do that. Food is decent, bartender on this day was a FAIL.

Loud. Service was slow with long wait for food even though there were several waitresses, and the place was not packed for a Wednesday night. Front desk girl was not very friendly. Food was not anything great either, my burger was dry. Wife's wrap had too much dressing. Disappointing, won't go back.

Average food. Burger was dry. Wings were ok. Not a bad place if your hungry and no where else to go.

Waitress was more concerned about her trip to the Bahamas than she was at service. When we ordered we asked to get our soup first in order to feed a hungry baby. 40 minutes passed, I asked twice about if our soup was coming and both times she told me it was. Then she came back to tell me they didn't see our ticket and it would be right out. What she brought us was ice cold beef stew. After they took that back and microwaved it next came our food. We had asked for Mac salad as the side for my fiance's meal, she got chips instead. We had to ask for them to bring that to us. Then the bill was where I decided I wouldn't be back. You charge a person for a take out container? You don't comp them for forgetting your order for 40 minutes? We'll gladly go to a different restaurant, there's better food and better service around the area.

The waitress was very nice and attentive but the pricing is crazy. They charge .50 for cheese even when you order a grilled cheese sandwich that they charge you $4.50 for !! So you get charged $4.50 for two pieces of toasted bread ! The burgers were dry and the lettuce limp and tasted off. So needless to say I think the next time we go there my husband and I will just go to the bar and skip the meal!

It was my first time at Buck's today and I will not be returning. I ordered the haddock dinner and got soggy fish, watery Mac and cheese, a bun with no butter and an okay side salad. The room was hot and the bar was not closed off from the dining room. I didn't really enjoy listening to old guys talk about their sweaty titts. Definitely not a family restaurant.

Not Quick Draw Friendly and they have a sign saying so. I say if you dont want the hassle of Quick Draw take it out! I asked the barmaid to play my ticket it was all filled out from my last games. She put my winning ticket in gave me the money and ran away never playing my ticket. Next draw my numbers came in, ofcourse. No Tip for you little girl. haha oh yeah dont order the loaded baked potato itll be cold when you get it. They will give you another one, but itll be cold too.
