Great place to go to and have a quiet nice sit down lunch. I love the service and how clean the restaurant is. There is parking and always great seatings to have enjoy your meal. The baked potato is delicious here and a variety of options to choose from.

The management and staff was EVERYTHING!! The kindest lady did my order. Although she wouldn’t stop talking abt how she gets turned on by her bae’s younger technology she was still the kindest and sweetest person ever!! Much love shawty. 😍😻🥰😼😈🥺

Just wanted to say this is one of the best Wendy’s I’ve been to, they’re super polite and efficient. They got my burger and meal ready ready in under a minute, I’m astonished how quick they are. 10/10

Order is always correct. Food is always hot, never have I experienced cold fries from this establishment. Breakfast is surprisingly delicious. A solid go to for a quick bite.

This has been a go to place for great fast food burgers for several years. Never had an issue w/this location. Very friendly staff. But it’s also important to note that I’ve only used the drive-thru window.

I was seriously going to stop coming here after the last two experiences. There was someone working who sloppily made the burgers and wrapped them as if they were three years old. However, this last experience, they were prepared wrapped and packaged so properly i was really really impressed. They were clearly not thrown together in a rush and thrown into the bag. They even packed napkins. Maybe they retrained some employees, or hired new staff. But whoever is preparing food, wrapping food, and packaging it on Saturday nights is doing a damn good job. Kudos to you good sir/madam

There are only two registers and usually one one is manned, even during lunch hours, which can cause a really long line. It's not ideal if you plan on eating inside. I find that the drive through moves more quickly so if you're in a rush, use that option. The food is typical of Wendy's so there's not much to speak about. If you've had food at one then you know how the food would be like here. That said, they have the soda fountains that are self-serve and this location has an assortment of soda choices to choose from. Good for people who like options, bad for indecisive people. The staff is always friendly, and always patient. I usually get served by the same few people. It's nice to have consistency with the staff. All in all, I've always had a positive experience. Just wished the lines would move faster if I dine in.

I hadn't been to this Wendy's in a while, and finally decided to treat myself after a while. The food was made quickly, and the quality of the preparation did not suffer because of speed. The staff wore personal protective equipment and it was a marvel at how quick and efficient they are. The food was of food quality as well. They did forget my drink but I can let that slide. Will absolutely be visiting them again.

This Wendy’s really deserves 5 stars - I’d give more if I could. This is the second time coming here and management has THE friendliest customer service - they truly go above and beyond to help. This visit, I called to see what time I could order lunch (turned out I was reaaallllly early) - the woman who I spoke to on the phone said “no problem, whatever you need, we can make for you”. She asked when I would come and verbally confirmed my mobile order after it was placed; quite honestly, more courteous and friendly/helpful customer service than I’ve received at some high-end restaurants. I am super impressed! If only everyone could be this nice, what a beautiful world it would be.... Thank you to this Wendy’s- keep up the great work!!!! ❤️❤️❤️🙏🏻🙌🏻

Quick walk in and out by the team. Appreciated. 10/31/24 I had a breakfast combo this morning and it was very good. I took advantage of the two dollar off coupon savings and it made this breakfast a better value that the "other competitors" And as always, a friendly staff and quick service at this location!

This Wendy’s is one of our favorites. Not just because it is close to our community, but also because we love its food and dine-in experience. Sometimes, it is very busy. But the food has same quality. I only wish they will have the salad we often ordered before soon.

Almost always very busy and great deal of customers. Food is nice. Shame they don't have fish all the time. Would actually gain about 4 more customers from my workplace. Overall very good place. Very limited seats and parking as well. It fills up fast.

I stopped in for the seasonal pineapply frosty but ended up getting some nuggets too. The pepper sauce for the nuggets are fire and I love it. The staff were very friendly and patience while they detailed which sauces they had available. The only thing I would say is I wish Wendy's small shakes are bigger. Paying about $2.69 for a few sips is not enuf but I just had to try the new flavor. It tasted so good but I definitely needed more of it.

Wow, It’s my first time visiting here to get a hamburger and nuggets I'm really impressed with how big they are. The hamburgers are so much fresh, juicy and fresh vegetables on there. All the stuffs are professional. Manager was really really good and kind guy. He was very professional. I would say and give 5 out of 5 because of the guy manager he is such a nice person I will be back to Wendy’s here.

Cute little Wendy's on Hillside Avenue. Why through drive-thru for a quick snack after sitting in a ridiculous amount of traffic coming from the city. Everything was fresh and the staff was friendly. Order was correct and that's a huge WIN from a drive-thru.

I come here just about every Saturday last week they would have gotten 1 star but today they got for and the only reason i because i dined in and i asked to have my frosty order held back and them to me with my food. Otherwise great food great service. Last weeks visit left a lot to be desired

Bought a double meal. I expected more French fries. There wasn't enough to support the size of the double. Hey Wendy's it's just a potato and you charge enough. I'm willing to pay a little more, don't cheap out. The machine was a joke. Easier to fly the space shuttle than to pour a coke.

While they are very nice and fast the orders of chili are not properly fufilled 90% of the time - small stuff. Wife & I always ask for cheese & onions but only get it 10% of the time. Doesn't matter if we walk-in, drive up or order online.

I've been a fan of Wendy's chili for many years, and I was not disappointed today. The fries were fresh too. The burger was thicker than I remember but the bun became soggy halfway through and made the final few bites a bit messy. Service via the drive-through was pretty quick.

UPDATE: I decided to give this place another chance back in March. Service & food quality have improved and employees are very friendly. This is why I had to write my previous honest experience in hopes the proper changes would be made & they have. What happened to this location? It used to be very good, but I experienced the worst service I ever had at a Wendy's last night. I didn't have to wait on line too long (about 5 min) to place my order but then I wound up waiting 15 minutes just to get my food. I had to ask where my order was and it was finally ready, but when I went to sit down, I realized they got my order wrong, even after showing it to the cashier 2 times. I ordered a #1, single burger, no mayo/no cheese, baked potato with butter on the side, and a small drink. But when I went to get my stuff out of the bag (yes, they don't even have trays!), I saw a small chicken sandwich instead, so I had to go back while the cashier girl argues with the food prep about my order and wait another 5 minutes. I finally sit down over 20 minutes after I walk in, see my burger was sloppily put together without a care or much lettuce or onion, but I wasn't going to go back again as at this point I was more pressed for time as I had to be in a meeting in less than an hour. The burger wasn't well done at all and very greasy. Then I went for the potato, and saw they gave me sour cream instead of butter, so yup, I had to go back again! Meanwhile other customers sitting nearby were also experiencing problems with the service. In addition to all of this, one of the two drink machines was out of service and there was no soap in the restroom. This Wendy's needs major changes in management, what a complete failure of an experience. Everything from the service, to the food, to the atmosphere, very subpar. Won't be back at this location. I also contacted Wendy's corporate about this. They need to make some major changes at this location.

The way fast food is supposed to be. Fast friendly and tasty. They run a good ship at this location. No wonder the line was about 6-7 cars deep at the drive thru. But the wait was not long at all and the food was hot and fresh. Great job!

They have no barbacue sauce at night, clearly it’s an 1 hour or more before closing and they just suddenly run out of barbacue sauce. Clearly there is not any morning shipments, so what’s the deal??? This is has been happening several times.

This is probably the only type of fast food I eat. I used to go to this Wendy's ever since I was in high school. It's about time they finished renovating this Wendy's. I'm glad that they made a drive-thru, but I'm not sure why they made it so narrow.

Yeah searching which has good tasting burger including this place have not found it. Ever burger I buy ends up being cold or luke warm at best. This is buying and getting in car to eat 2 minutes at most from buying to car. Then fries so little after paying what you pay for a 5 pound bag at store. Then poor selection of soft drinks Dr.Pepper almost never available usually look for pibbs but can not get it now can not get Dr.Pepper. . . . . Lots of attention needs to be paid to the details to be the best.

Daytime service deserves 5 stars, but nighttime service destroys their daytime reputation. Chicken sandwiches can be stringy, hard and dry at nighttime (I just tried to unsuccessfully stomach one right now). And their attention to accurate, as-ordered sandwich toppings needs work.

Service and a commitment to great consumer experience were apparent! Menu had a great selection. The desert sampler highly recommended. Their Sangria needs major improvement! It's better to make reservations. Another alternative...order food for take out. Have a pop-up picnic on the grass or boardwalk.

I usually ordered for lunch and sometimes for dinner. Lunch Staff seems to be doing better job than dinner. I like to order from mobile app, it makes the customize easier. Ingredients are always fresh for sandwich. Beverage is not for my taste, either it is too watery or too sweet.

Hits the spot and has decent hours. Drive through is pretty tight if you have a large vehicle. Need to better handle delivery order pickups vs customers waiting in line. Delivery drivers cut in front... Updated review as now my pass to orders have had missing items. Boohoo

I come here every now and then, for some reason all the fast food restaurants are no longer hiring local students. The people are friendly but there are times that it's hard to communicate, which makes it hard to order. Not happy with the changes they need to hire back local students again.

I came to this location twice to redeem a deal for small combo, both times the staff charged me extra upgrading to medium combo and told me they can't do small. Ordered a Chicken sandwich meal and 4 piece nuggets, I only got 1 nugget (I’m not joking) and I asked for a medium size for the meal and got a small. Also, as I was driving away from the drivethru window the manager I guess it was, this woman was just staring me down in a creepy way.

Third time they’ve gotten an order wrong, forgotten things or do things wrong! My family ordered chicken sandwiches and decided to give them spicy chicken without even asking! COMPLETELY FORGOTTEN FRIES! They stink… never going to them again EVER.

Pretty rude customer service unfortunately. The young woman started huffing and tapping her nails on the drive thru window to hurry me along, meanwhile they hadn’t even given me my full order yet. No worries though, at least they got my order wrong and forgot my sauces! 🤣

Hard to believe, I actually waited 25 minutes for my order. And yet, the cars at the drive thru seem to be quickly on there way..The manager, who I might add was working Very hard to move things along, apologized for the delay. I always find Wendy's food always "Top Quality", and this visit was no exception. I hope in the future, they can solve their personnel problem. Anyway, I think this was just an isolated incident and I'm sure I'll be back...

This Wendy’s used to be very good. However, for about the past year, they’ve continually messed up my orders, and Sandwiches/burgers are almost always drenched in an unreasonable amount of sauce/mayonnaise. The place isn’t as clean as it was before the renovation that occurred several years ago. Moreover, the employees always act like they’re doing you the world’s biggest favor by giving you an extra package of sauce.

This is the slowest Wendy's I've ever encountered. Understaffed and disorganized. Fast food quality on a sit-down restaurant timeline. Drive thru line winds through the parking lot and the wait time inside is even worse. Not sure what their deal is.

I usually love this Wendy’s but the last 3 times recently when I have gone late at night meaning around 10/10:30 the fries are not fresh nor are they not hot. What is more upsetting is that I always ask can you PLEASE make sure the fries are fresh Nd hot.

This is a renovated Wendy's but the place is not kept up to par. The floors were dirty, tables were not cleaned well and the bathrooms had no soap. Although the food was good and the service was fast. If the environment matched the food and service this place would have scored more stars.

2nd chance try still failed me. Fries are awful why not peel bad skin off. Burger maybe stack and waiting there for too long doesn't look and taste good, better heat after order these little things can make difference.

Any future visits to Wendy's on Hillside Williston, we will either go through the drive thru. Or, patronize Wendy's in Bayside on Northern Blvd., at least it's clean. Wendy's does a good job serving up tasty burgers and salads. But, no one wants to sit in a filthy restaurant. This Wendy's on Williston, is slipping in decor, customer relations & food quality. Both drink machines ran out of ice when we arrived. Some drinks were actually warm...ugh!! Upon leaving, no one had refilled the ice machine.The fries looked wilted and, tasted worse. Drinks came out of machine luke warm. The mgr poured new drink from drive thru window, and he provided ice. It's appreciated. But, Wendy's still has problems, even with a visible full staff in the kitchen area. The floor section viewed by the public, was filthy. In Wendy's defense, the restaurant, doesn't always look thiweres way. So, why hadn't anyone come out to sweep the dinlg room. The floor was full of garbage and spilled drinks. There were other areas in the restaurant that looked worse. Word to the wise, patronize this Wendy's at your on level of comfort with cleanness.

Don't go inside to the counter unless you have 40 minutes to spend on line behind two customers. Also, no straw or sauce in the bag for the nuggets and no ketchup on the hamburger. Very disappointed, the food was fair but very dry.

I got a delivery by Door dash. The order was incorrect. I called door dash. They have to call wendys. Has anyone ever to call Wendy's on hillside Ave. In Mineola?? Phone rings. And rings. And rings no one ever answers. Anyway I never got my issue resolved. I would not go back to Wendy's at all. Very poor service

Messed up on our order by forgetting an item. When we called in, they couldn't refund us because it was a mobile order. They said the best they could do was write our name down to make up for that item on our next visit.

You have to check every order for correctness. That includes checking the sandwiches, the salt on the fries, and counting the nuggets. If you need a remake you need to double check. Location has a less than 10% chance of getting it right the first time. Done with the location.

Both my co worker and I got sick from the frosty..he had to actually leave work and go home. Maybe they should clean the machine properly. He mentioned that the service inside was horrendous. They were more concerned with the drive thru.

There is always a problem when I visit this Wendy’s. One time, the cashier was incredibly slow while helping me. I assumed that he was new but even so he shouldn’t have been that slow. Another time, my mother’s potato was messed. Even though she specifically asked for melted cheese, they still put dry cheese on her potato. This time, not only did they make that same mistake again with my mother’s potato, but they also left out the bacon in my father’s Baconator and my spicy chicken sandwich had the most pathetic and minuscule piece of lettuce in it. My mother noticed that the line cook who made our food was busy talking. So that must’ve been why my whole family’s meals were messed up. Don’t be fooled by how nice the restaurant looks now after it has been renovated. Most of the staff here suck!

No ketchup in dispensers, you're lucky if the soda machines have all if any flavors and if the soda isn't flat or has ice. If you ask where your order is after 20 minutes the staff rudly tells you its not ready. When you do get your food the order is almost always incorrect. Corporate needs to investigate this Wendy's location asap!

Triple check your order they get your order wrong. I ordered spicy nuggets and got regular nuggets order sour cream and chive potato and got no sour cream or butter. Got Coke and not diet coke and i am diabetic so that was a waste of money

Woman cashier who works here at 11:30pm on Saturdays steals from customers and the store. Didn’t give me my correct change at first twice when I came while she was working here. Shorted me $1 each time. Did not give me receipt upon request. Avoid this place. Get some Taco bell.

The service was really bad. They were all standing around talking to another customer about a funeral. They looked at me as if I was interrupting their conversation. The cash register was broken. Had to place my order electronically. They weren't accepting cash- credit cards only. The staff never addressed me to ask if I needed help at all. Worst Wendy's I have ever been to!

Made mobile order for drive thru pickup. Order went in and on digital receipt at 6:31pm. Was told to go inside the store to pick up the order. An hour later and still do not have the order ready for pickup. Walk-in orders that comes later already done and gone. I understand food needs to be cooked, but for a fast food franchise chain that needs to wait for an order of no more than $15 for this amount of time, this is ridiculous.

Walked into the store manager kicked me out right away for no reason. Worst service ever only one employee was working. The other workers and the manager where making jokes together. Absolutely ridiculous, also everytime we ask why we are getting kicked out he does not give a reason. Also EVERY single time i go there and order they forget my sauce. Can never get your order right always have to double check. Alot of workers can be rude and they look like they can careless about their customers or making your food. Everytime I go through the drive through i am told to backup so that it looks like they get my order done quickly when they really don’t (There is a camera that times your order and backing up resets it) Never coming back. You should not come here either. Food sucks and kitchen is dirty. When you call them they never pick up the phone. Used to be such a great place that was clean and had good food until they hired a new manager and workers. They pay way to much attention to the drive through not the actual people inside of the store. I know its fast food but slow down and get the order correct. Last time I was there I waited on a empty line for 30 minutes because the workers were either at the drive through or making jokes together. What has happend to this place, McDonald’s is so much better than this place. Slowest wendys I’ve ever been to. I asked for 15 piece nugget and I got a 50 piece they dont care. Also the drive through is super thin and hard to drive in. This store is not what it used to be

Nice location. Food is good. However since new management or new crew we did not receive the correct order the last 4 times!!! One girl (long braid) had super attitude when we drove by the window the second time asking about missing food. We paid for it so it was only fair to ask. She seemed super annoyed and was very rude. Disappointing! Please train your “customer service” staff.

Waited on empty line for 10 minutes before they took my order. Workers don’t care and stared as I waited and the gm does not care. They prioritize drive through while still messing up the order many times. Fries are usually cold and isn’t so fast to revive your food. Hope place gets better over time but hasn’t in my time here.

I am very upset and outraged that I was just kick out of this Wendy’s in long island at 259 hillside Ave Williston park we was just sitting there quietly enjoying our meal and the manager came up to my table and said I have to leave and my dog is not allowed in the store.. now I go to this Wendy’s a lot bc I live down the street and I see other people of different skin tone bring their dogs in there sitting down enjoying their Wi-Fi with their laptop and with their dogs sitting next to them and they never say anything to them or ask them to leave I think because I’m a black man I was thrown out.. come to think about it the manager was sitting there on her laptop for a while.. the whole time I was ordering I noticed the person taking my order kept looking over at the manager that’s what made me acknowledge her sitting to my right..but I will be getting a lawyer and seek legal advice

All I can say is WOW! I understand it is supposed to be fast food but slow down and get the order right. Went to the drive through at 8pm on a Friday night and literally none of the sandwiches were correct. I usually count the sandwiches to make sure I got everything but I’m not going to sit in the parking lot and open up all the food. Can’t go back because they don’t give you a receipt. They have the phone off the hook so you can’t even call to let them know. Next time I’ll drive the extra couple of minutes to Westbury.

manager kicks people out for no reason also is very rude and it took them half an hour for our food to come- WHY DID YOU GUYS HAVE TO GET A NEW MANAGER?!!? old manager was WAY better also- is it really that hard to not forget the sauce? i would also like to say this- your food is terrible

Ya know before they rebuilt this place, I used to call it the World's Worst Wendy's, after they reopened it was really good for awhile! Last few times it's gotten worse and worse, tonight was DISGRACEFUL!. HOT N JUICY was COLD N CRAPPY, Wife's chicken sandwich was greasy and SOGGY, fries were actually good, the whole 15 they put in a medium order! They even managed to make not one but 2 DISGUSTING sodas! Mine was a regular coke that tasted like a bizzare seltzer, not COKE, my Wife got a diet coke that was just flat and gross!. GOODBYE WENDY'S, YOU DIDN'T CARE ENOUGH TO GIVE A DECENT MEAL, I DON'T CARE ENOUGH TO EVER GO BACK! NO WONDER DRIVE THRU WAS EMPTY AT 6:15 PM! I would seriously consider some new management if I owned this place..

June 23, 2025. 230pm. Very bad service. I made the mistake of going into the restaurant and getting in line for eating at the restaurant. 6 people went ahead of me. No problem. Wendy's is traditionally busy. As It was my turn to order, the ladies behind the counter announce that they are only taking cash. Like the other 8 people behind me, we were credit card only. As I left, I had to raise my voice to the line to let them know that only cash was accepted. Two people thanked me for avoiding my long wait. Restaurants have issues with their credit systems and ordering systems. It happens. Management wasn't present managing the situation. Posting a sign or frequently calling out cash only was a simple solution. The very hardworking ladies behind the counter were doing their best for the customers. Where was the manager controlling the situation? If you like Wendy's try another location.

Attitude from the Hispanic girl at the drive-thru window on Thursday somewhere between 11:30am-12:00pm. Asked her to input my rewards account and she didn't. Order had missing items and didn't include a receipt so I could not come back with evidence. It was not a busy day either. Reflects poorly on the manager. I work in food service too so I know I'm not being unfair or do not understand the workers' situation.

I've been coming to this Wendy's for over 20 years. Up till now the good and service had been excellent. The past few months they've gone down hill dramatically. For three weeks in a row they've messed up our orders. Either by having the wrong food, or forgetting items. When asked to wait in the parking lot for drive through orders I wind up waiting twice as long and still have my order screwed up. They also never give a receipt so when you go inside to straighten it out, nobody inside has a clue you ordered. Seems like they are more concerned with rushing you away then actually giving better service. Will be going elsewhere from now on. Image below is of the fries they didn't put in the bag. Not recommended.

I wanted it to be good....but as Joe Peshi says they f#/& you at the drive through. Ordered a # 7, medium and small chili and cheese. The fries were hot and sandwich good. Chili not hot, as if pre pack the containers at lunch time to speed things up. No crackers, no hot sauce, no receipt. As for the receipt told me one price on the speaker and another when I pull up to the window! That receipt would just complicate things. Oh! And no spoon for the chili! Thus the reason for my rant. I'll just use my soft drink straw to suck up my chilli. Rant over!
